Friendly staff.
Lovely location.
Not able to open a window, so had to keep noisy air con on all night.
Disappointed there was so much single use plastic.
4.0
The location is exceptional. The room was spacious and quite. Bed was comfortable. Free snacks provided.
The shower was a little underwhelming (no hand-held, not a lot of water pressure). A restaurant on the premise would have been nice (although lots of very good food choices nearby.) Fitness center is very basic.
4.5
The room was lovely. Staff very friendly and helpful
The tap on the bath didn't work properly

I loved everything about this property

Close to Georgetown University.
Fraud: I booked with Booking.com and I obtained a reasonable final price including all taxes and all charges. But the hotel used my bank card to charge me an extra $25 (Destination Fee) without prior information nor warning - and NO refund!
Room was very noisy even at night like if there was a boat machine room in the next room or below.
Soft Drinks in the minibar were supposed to be replenished daily: when I asked to the reception staff they refused.
Room was very warm, but it is impossible to open the window to cool the room as the window is blocked: I had to keep the noisy air conditioner running during the night.
I had a very bad sleep during my two nights stay.
3.5
Proximity to the river and main areas of Georgetown. The rooftop.
Very uncomfortable noise in the room due to outdated air conditioning. Difficult to sleep.
2.0
Its location
Staff not very friendly. They look at you struggling with your luggage and don’t even propose to help
AC is a mobile unit in the room that is extremely noisy and nor really working
2.5
Great location, friendly staff, comfortable room
Living space was dark and windowless, lighting in the room was generally inadequate. Air conditioning went out on the second night and the windows barely open so the room was over 85 degrees and impossible to sleep.

Cookies were great
Georgetown seemed really quiet
3.5
great location and nice spacious rooms
Staff seemed a bit confused, especially when I asked about why I was overcharged. I asked for an itemized bill and was not provided with a full cost breakdown.
Also housekeeping was virtually non-existent other than turndown service. No tidying, new towels or fresh water bottles etc.

location
roof top was booked during entire stay for private parties

Staff was excellent. Very friendly.
Door would not close in bathroom

Wonderful staff
Room overlooking the road is very noisy. "Quieter" room has zero view and is still noisy
2.5
Location and staff in the hotel were wonderful. Very clean rooms, very helpful valet and reception staff.
The fact that a 20% service fee was added to the rooftop bar meant that the lead bartender was rude and condescending. His bar back was more helpful than he was. The drink was so weak. I mean it was an orange juice instead of a vodka orange juice at 15 bucks a pop. When I put the tab to my room he looked at me in disbelief that I was actually staying at the hotel. I have never, ever, ever felt so disrespected at a hotel where I am paying top dollar. And the room, 207, was dark and looked out unto an abandoned building under construction within 10 feet. Horrendous view with no sunlight watsoever and so expensive. The TV and Internet and cell phone coverage were very weak and our devices very sluggish. I will never stay here again and suggest that you look for other accomodations. It's an old "historical" building with old infrastructure.

Location was great, central Georgetown but on a side street with less noise. Easy walk to bus stops, restaurants, stores.
Comfortable bed, nice shower. Check-in couldn't have been any faster. Having large bottle of water provided, and refilled when empty, was nice.
Fitness room wasn't available.
