High price did not cohere to the quality of the hotel.

Location

Damaged hall lights, too much clutter behind the front desk, stained carpet on the second floor, mold in shower, too restrictive on the housekeeping.

Needs TLC for example needs good cleaning, mold in showers, light shade in hall broken, toilet bowl loose.

the room was gross and the staff was nasty I can’t believe this is a Fairfield inn and suites by Marriott it cheapens there brand and the assistant manager is going to run this hotel to the ground

In summary, I would have to say that the overall experience was substandard.

I liked Mary at the front desk. She is pretty funny!

Pool was out of commission for the entire week. The fitness area was less than expected. Would have preferred to stay at a place that has a bar/restaurant attached (and will next time I am staying in Plattsburgh). In summary, I would have to say that the overall experience was substandard.

loved the room layout breakfast was amazing.

Well at about 11 o’clock the lobby seem to generate everybody who had rented a room there so we got quite loud but it was also New Year’s Eve, so that being said besides that it was a great time

Superb

The room was excellent and the hotel itself was very well kept. The breakfast was good enough. Only problem with the stay was the wifi was out the whole time, and the TV in the suite was not working (the one in the bedroom worked fine). Overall, would do it again.

Great size room. New and clean. Comfortable bed. Bathroom set up was great. Sink was really nice.

The price through Booking.com was high. I got the same room for much less using priceline

Room was clean, comfortable and good sized.

Staff all smoked right out in front of the building entrance so guests have to walk thru all of their second hand smoke going in and out of the building.

I would recommend staying at Fairfield Inn Plattsburgh

The location was good. The room was a good size and clean. Easy booking and friendly staff!! It was an enjoyable stay.

Breakfast could have been better for almost 300$ a night there could have been more variety and better quality food items.

Hot tub not working Exterior doors didn't unlock w key card had to go to front door to enter No manager on duty at ck in Only available between 11pm and 7 am ? Could not bring problems to his attention Sheet on the king size bed we had was not fitting properly and very aggravating No one with authority on site to here our complaints Told us we didn't have a reservation when we arrived as it was listed under Michael and not Camarota Not what we expected from a Marriott property

would have liked an extra blanket and pillows. breakfast was disappointing. we went at 8 and there was no food left.

Staff was very friendly, very little breakfast offered and what was there was not fresh.

location was very convenient.

chose it over being across the street at the Hampton Inn due to the desire to have the hot tub. It was closed without notice online. And the breakfast was very substandard.

Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean.

Breakfast was horrible. Coffee was good. You had The Bass pros in there and each truck took up to 5 parking spots and left no room for people to park there cars in a normal parking spot. Had to park along curbs. Makes it a real safety Hazzard especially fire department.
