The room is huge. Location is excellent
Breakfast selections were not great. Also, the hot water machine was broken.

This is a nice facility. Guest rooms are roomy with kitchenettes. Good value. Decent roof pool and fitness center.
A bit too corporate feeling. I wish it were closer to Market Street. Breakfast was so so. Next time will spend a bit more for a better location, and more charm.

The room was spacious
I couldn't get them to bring coffee till day 3

We enjoyed this room, the town and location. The room was adequete for 2 people, a little tight for two additional teenagers. The breakfast was minimal but better than conteniental. Coffee out early on the bar, and in the room, as well. Very helpful staff (some were associates of Hilton rewards that would visit during morning and evening), although selling additional days and stays, they were helpful with local information. Prompt and efficient service from all staff members.
Thought parking a little high at $35/night. We parked about 500 feet away on a surface parking lot for $18/per night. It was well lit and pretty safe. The pictures on Booking website were a little vague. We thought we were getting a split living area room but, the sofa and bed faced each other. They did not have any availability for three nights to change, so we purchased another room for the last two nights for daughter and friend.

Room was good - never saw any housekeeping.
The valet service!! There was a couple of people there from the UK.... and they took his whole focus. Finally he said we could go get our own car - after we are paying a valet to park and retrieve our car? We will not stay there again! That was rude and when we questioned it.... all of a sudden he had time to talk to us.... following us to retrieve our own car. PLUS, we always tipped on top of the valet service charge. What a joke!

Great location. Few minutes walk to King St with loads of bars and restaurants.
Staff were friendly and helpful. They were able to accommodate our very late check in.
Complimentary breakfast was excellent, great variety of food and drinks.
Room was spacious and spotless. Great amenities; iron, hairdryer, functioning kitchen.
Lifts were fast.
Couldn't fault it and look forward to staying again.
Genuinely couldn't say I disliked anything. Perfect stay.

Location good for us. Very walkable to good restaurants and historic King St.
The rooms (I had two rooms booked) could be cleaned better. Maintenance overall needs to be stepped up. The faucet at the bathroom sink was loose. The shower leaks on the outside. We stayed at a virtually identical Hilton in another city last year and housekeeping and maintenance were the main issues there as well.

Habitaciones amplias y confortables, buena limpieza
No nos estregaban las habitaciones bajo la excusa que estaban haciendo aseo aun, la entregaron sobre las 6:00pm y solo una en principio y eso que teníamos dos niños, incluido un bebe y dos adultos mayores.
muy malo el servicio

The hotel was great! Less than a block from King Street!

Staff was nice. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was SUPER!!!
HOWEVER…. The photos of the room YOU/BOOKING.COM advertised on your website were NOT for the room I selected. The pictures BOOKING.COM showed for the room I selected were for a king suite. The hotel could not change my room the the one in YOUR photos upon my arrival. I am very disappointed and will NOT use BOOKING.COM again. Very disappointed!

The staff was very welcoming and friendly, especially at the bar and front desk! The location was great if you’re wanting to reach history, food, and night life. We walked most places during our stay.
Biscuits and Gravy only being available one day during the stay. I believe this should be an option more frequently. The premade omelets weren’t great.

all was great!

The location was perfect and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was excellent.
The quality of the sheets was inferior. The bottom sheet didn't stay in place, and the top sheet needed to be replaced years ago. The blanket wasn't even a blanket. We could hear the water running in the pipe in the wall near the bed. The mattress was not the quality I was expecting from a Hilton.

location to King Street
disappointed with the staff, Bradlee was there when we checked in at 4 and our room was not ready. At 4:30 he decided to switch us to a different room. Then I was surprised that he didn’t know much about the area when I asked if he could recommend tours or restaurants. None?
He was there when we checked out. we had been emailed that our flight was delayed and then cancelled. I asked about staying an additional night but was told it would be 400$ a night for each couple. we had also just purchased 2 of the specials to travel to Hilton Head within the next 13 months. I am a new honors member and usually stay at Marriott locations and I have to say I wasn’t impressed with the service.

Breakfast provided good choices and good coffee. Bed was comfortable.
A door between the bathroom sink and the bedroom area. Air conditioning seemed very cold.

Kitchenette in our room was great.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
Valet parking (for a fee) was convenient.
2.0
Convenient to museum, public transportation.
Mattress like a paper bag, ill-fitting sheets would not stay on, poor pillow quality, TV was not on a rotating platform- had to manually turn base toward bed to watch from there, bath tub couldn’t fill without the shower head spraying, the only pool was at an adjacent property as the one at this location was closed for repairs ,scaffolding was surrounding the entire building and the roof was covered with a tarp, trash and debris were everywhere along the sidewalk by the scaffolding , the room windows were blocked off by foam panels and red masking tape , parking was $35/night, requested a pen and paper for the room- the front desk attendant said they would call housekeeping but no one brought any.

Great location, close to King street. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful
Room had some stains and dirt on wall, dirty towel in room on arrival. Currently under construction with very loud work starting early in morning and workers literally in your windows working. Valet parking only option at $32 per night. All of above could have been forgivable had we not been charged for a broken table that showed up after check out on bill, we absolutely did not break anything and nothing was broke in room when we arrived or left. We have not yet had phone calls returned and waiting for Hilton to address. 2 night stay in very basic hotel with price tag of over $1,000. All in all quite disappointing
