Visiting family and touring. Convenient for both. Great accommodations.

I’ve stayed here repeatedly over the years. Great location and great staff. Excellent having food and drink on site.

Disappointing, I thought a Bonvoy hotel would be at a higher standard.

The view.

Tv was not operating properly. Breakfast understaffed with long wait. Even coffee station was not maintained. Had to pay extra to park in the hotel lot.

Good amenities, except for the Wifi.

The room had a great view of the river and the hotel was airy, clean, and modern. The shuttle to Downtown Charleston was convenient and the driver was friendly and informative.

The Wifi did not work.

The refrigerator didn’t work, for the money there shouldn’t have been holes behind the commode, there were seams coming apart in the ceiling and the balcony was really small. The pillows were awful

Sympa si vous ne voulez pas être en ville et avoir une vue reposante

Nous avions une chambre avec double vue hyper agréable + l’emplacement, le fait que ce ne soit pas en centre ville et qu’en plus il y ait une navette gratuite pour y aller, quand vous rentrez en fin de journée c’est agreable+ le balcon même s’il était vraiment pas large, il avait le mérite d’être là

Une Clim dans la chambre tellement bruyante que nous devions l’éteindre la nuit pour dormir, un coin restaurant / bar impersonnel et froid et une salle de bain avec toilettes et douche dans la même pièce et lavabo séparé dans un espèce de couloir. L’hôtel n’étant pas dans le centre ville c’est dommage qu’il n’y ait pas un resto et un bar cosy pour le soir. Très belle vue mais ponts de chaque côté de cette vue avec de la circulation

Prima verblijf, voldeed aan alle verwachtingen.

Fijne kamer, prima ontbijt en fijne shuttledienst naar het centrum van de stad.

Personeel bij het restaurant was wat traag, maar misschien had dit ook met de omstandigheden te naken. Iedereen in het hotel zat daar vast ivm orkaan/ tropische storm Debby

Excellent. I definitely recommend and would definitely go back.

The hotel amenities are nice and well maintained. The shuttle that was available to take is to town every half hr. I like the view to the harbor and I loved the spacious lounge area. The room was very spacious.

The AC was loud.

The card readers were hard to enact. Especially the parking garage elevator. Also, the construction crew took up several handicapped parking spaces and should have just moved their materials over

Very pleasant.

The hallway to the lobby was well kept and beautiful with posh furniture.

One of the shower head parts was coming off from the wall. However, a male staff at the front desk was kind enough to change rooms and we were very pleased with the new room.

It was less than I expected overall for the price.

Breakfast was ok, but not great. Staff at restaurant was friendly. Staff at check in were friendly and they were able to give us early check in.

Bathroom tub/toilet area could have been cleaner and the caulking on the tub looked like a old hotel fix it job. The lady that checked me out was less than friendly. I also had to prove to her I pre paid for breakfast and then she acted like she was doing me a favor by honoring it.

Amazing would book again

I love that I could connect my Netflix account to the tv. I love the balcony. I love it was 5 mins away from the cruise port. It was quite, clean and the staff was very personable

Delightful stay!

A lovely, peaceful place to stay, with great river views. A free shuttle to town was a brilliant service and we used it a lot. The staff were so friendly and kind, nothing was too much trouble.

Our room was so smelly and musty

Location

The room smelled like mist and smoke. Husband ended up having an allergy attach as soon as we walked into the room. Would not even change our room and booking.com wouldn’t give out money back. There was old food/peppers on the air conditioner that we had to clean up, at first we thought it was a big blood spot. Also the bathroom had some kind of awful smell, don’t know what it was.

Just the Location that's it. And the View of the boats. Other than that nothing did we like about this Hotel OVER PRICED HIGH EXPECTATIONS , VERY DISAPPOINTED..

THE SMELL IN THE HALL WAY TO OUR ROOM FROM THE WATER LEAKS IN THE WALLS , THE STAFF LYING TO US ABOUT THE SMELL AND PAYING TOO MUCH FOR THE ROOM

My stay was unpleasant and disgusting.

The staff was very friendly.

The room was dirty and there were cockroaches everywhere. We found many in the refrigerator, closet and bathroom.

Overall good experience and would stay there again!

It has a large, beautiful patio with lounge chairs and rocking chairs. A wonderful place to relax in the evening. - Shuttle service to downtown was great!

Hall carpeting did not seem clean.

Hotel staff and house keeping were great. Hotel could use some improvements

Staff was friendly and house keeping came every day. The shuttle downtown was nice.

The rooms need some renovations in the bathroom and on the balconies. There was a birds nest with dove in the nest (that never left the nest) and hornets nests on the balcony. The walls were thin, so would recommend bringing a sound machine.

Would 💯 stay again, just wouldn’t order food to-go

The property itself is great. We loved our room and the amenities. It’s truly wonderful to sit by the pool and also see the marina.

The bistro messed up 2 orders significantly, one of which was to-go and so could not be fixed. We were given free parking as an apology.

the hotel was a great location, not far from the downtown area, we could easily take the shuttle from the hotel down there which was very convenient or a quick uber ride. it was a nice setting looking out over the river and the pool/outdoor patio area was very nice! we also had complimentary breakfast each day was was a great and everyone as nice and friendly.

Location on the river. parking, open area of lobby and dining area, outdoor space and pool. Shuttle access to French Quarter.

In the room, I did not like the location of the sink outside the main bathroom.

Pleasant

Avocado toast was sad, very thin layer of avocado, could hardly taste it. Egg sandwich and egg plate was good.

We stayed on 4th floor. Carpet was filthy and wall paper was peeling off.
