Breakfast choices were good and location of hotel was good

Nothing that really matter except sunbeds being 'booked' by other guest by placing towels on it even though observed several not used for best part of the day...excess of 4 hours not used...depriving other hotel guest the use of those sunbeds..

Great hotel definitly recommend it

The location and the facilities.. pool for babies\kids ..aquagym and yoga! large choice of areas with sunbeds. fully surrounded in the middle with the hotel keeping wind to a minimum

The photographers prices were ridiculous and not worth it .. used a treestump as background :/ In tenerife you have so many great places to take pictures .. they used sepia as a finish not even used adobe after effects on the pictures and then ask so much. Putting towels in the morning to reserve sunbeds.

Basen z bardzo ciepłą wodą zimą i rewelacyjne jedzenie. Polecam

Bardzo ciepła woda w jednym z basenów zimą. Dzieci wchodzą do basenu po śniadaniu i wychodzą dopiero na kolację bez obawy, że się przeziębią. Hotel duży lecz fajnie podzielony i wypoczywający nie przeszkadzają sobie nawzajem. Rewelacyjne podejście personelu. Mieliśmy błąd w rezerwacji i wykupiono mnie właściwą opcję, która powinna kosztować więcej ale menedżer wziął to na siebie. Takie podejście jest rewelacyjne i hotel z całą pewnością można polecać. Bardzo dobre i urozmaicone jedzenie. Nie ma problemu z parkowaniem samochodu w pobliżu hotelu lub w parkingu hotelowym. Sporo zadbanej zieleni. Dość cicha okolica.

Na najwyższych piętrach słychać szum wentylatorów z kuchni.

Excelente hotel para familias con peques

Me encantaron todas las instalaciones, muchas especialmente pensadas para niños, como el peque club, la piscina climatizada, los espectaculos para niños... La animación estaba muy bien y estuvimos muy cómodos. Además la comida estaba bastante buena y era variada.

Por poner alguna pega, pensaba que estaría un poco más cerca de la playa, al haber tantísimo desnivel se nos hizo un poco largo llegar con los niños. La cama supletoria de la niña era el sofá cama abierto, para ella fue más que suficiente pero quizá en niños más grandes o gorditos, el grosor de ese colchón sea insuficiente.

Morgunverðurinn var mjög góður. Sólbaðs aðstaða ágæt.Eina glaðlynda fólkið var fólkið sem vísaði til sætis

Lyftur að hruni komnar. Virkuðu ekki allar. Drykkir á allt innifalið lélegir. Kokteilar fá 0. Skemmtiatriði mjög þreytt. Maturinn frekar lélegur aldrei neitt mjög spennandi, vantaði gleði í starfsfók.

En general todo muy bien

El hotel super grande, con un montón de piscinas donde elegir, el buffet tanto de desayuno como de cena estaba muy bueno, es la primera vez que voy a un hotel y la comida me gusta casi toda. La habitación es bastante grande, dos camas individuales pero que juntas eran super grandes, y bastante cómodas.

Un camarero gastandonos bromas que ni gracia tenían, es más, parecía que se estaba riendo de nosotros.

Nice hotel with a good location and very clean, will book again.

Family friendly and very nice staff. Multiple pools added to the variety. Overall very clean and no issues with the property. A nice location with everything you need close by and a nice little walk to the beach.

An excellent hotel with superior food.

I felt the hotel food was fabulous, comparable to the many cruises we’ve travelled on. The choice of dishes was exceptional when dealing with so many holidaymakers, and the different soups were excellent, especially seafood and Mexican. Our room was superb with two double beds and a small sofa with a fabulous sea view. We actually came to the hotel in May as a reconnaissance before our family came. They have just arrived at the hotel. We will of course be back. Our overall experience was excellent.

not a relaxing stay

location

it states on signs, not to reserve sun loungers. every morning people threw their towels on them and went off for hours not using them. I explained this to management and they were very dismissive, their explanation “maybe they went off and did something” defeating the purpose of their signs. hotel very dated. very noisy hotel, woken at 5/6am every morning people screaming, running through the halls. management again said there was only 2 night porters on for 1400 guests. included picture example of sun loungers by the pool 4 hours they were like this with nobody on them.

The rooms are huge with a decent sized balcony. mine was overlooking the outside of the hotel but that didn’t bother me as the sun came up that side. The food was varied and very tasty. Staff were lovely and very attentive. Location is very well placed, 10mins to the beach and restaurants.

The room. No view. Looked onto a palm tree. The room was directly above the hotel garage and every time the garage doors closed, it sounded like there was a clap of thunder which went right through the room.

Nice stay

Best location in Costa Adeje :) Very close to playa Fañabe and Playa del duque. Close to bus station, restaurans, walking areas, parks. We got the all-inclusive package which was convenient. Good, varied food. Furniture is a bit outdated but the hotel is clean and staff is very nice and polite. Pools are not actually heated. all had really cold water including the kids swimming pool. The room had a really nice view. I recommend the top floors.
