Very helpfull and welcoming staff.

A quck break to the edge of the Cotswolds. Beautiful country pub just outstide Banbury Cross.

Lovely warm welcome from the hosts, really made to feel at home. Nice rooms with spotless clean linen and the fluffiest of big bath towels. Hot water a plenty and a deep bath. A pretty well thought out barn conversion with two rooms inter-connected. Good for family. Two double beds in room, fridge, TV and coffee station.

One of the rooms was a smoking room and as non smokers this was a let down. Be sure to ask for the non smoking room when booking. (2 double beds with bath)

Very spacious and comfortable room with huge bathroom and plenty of towels. Lovely friendly hosts.

Miserable weekend

There was no heating,weren't told at time of booking that the kitchen was closed. I have a bad back and my bed was too short. I was in so much pain so miserable and cold that we left after one night

We return as a party once a year and all agree this place suits us just fine.

Three of us were travelling out from The Lampet Arms to Silverstone and had used this inn before. The new owners were friendly, co-operative and even better than their predecessors. I will be going there again as a private matter with my lady friend, confident that she'll love the location, facilities and welcome.

Great stay and look forward to coming back to see the improvements to the bar and restaurant.

The hosts could not have been more welcoming and friendly. The accommodation was excellent and separate from the main building so it was really nice to come and go freely. We had the upper floor of the out buildings which consisted of two rooms. One with a double and single bed and the other two doubles. Both had en suite shower rooms. The rooms we very clean and well presented. We discovered that the hosts have only recently taken over the premises and have great plans for improving the bar and restaurant area and I have no doubt that with their enthusiasm and passion that they will succeed. We would certainly be very happy to stay there again.

Property has just been taken over by new hosts so the place is just being upgraded. Staff super friendly. Room was very comfortable and clean. Sadly, kitchen was not up and running.

No food, due to kitchen upgrade.

Fantastic stay

We had a fantastic stay at the Lampet arms on the 24-25th March 2021. The staff couldn’t of been more friendly, helpful and welcoming and made us immediately feel at home. We got more than we could of asked for for our money. The property was homely, clean and tidy and the location was beautiful, with gorgeous scenery and views around. The rooms and en suites were lovely to stay in and the whole experience was really made by the staff. They helped us with all of our needs while we were staying there. Would definitely recommend and will definitely stay again. Thankyou
