I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Nepal Pavilion Inn, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was met with warmth, hospitality, and an ambiance that truly made my stay memorable.
The Nepal Pavilion Inn is a hidden gem in the heart of Nepal, and it offers a unique blend of comfort and culture. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the decor tastefully incorporated traditional Nepalese elements, giving guests a genuine taste of the local culture. The attention to detail in the design of each room truly stood out.
The highlight of my stay, however, was the owner. His commitment to ensuring his guests have an exceptional experience is evident in every aspect of the hotel. He went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, providing valuable insights into the local attractions, and even taking the time to personally engage in friendly conversations with guests.
The restaurant at Nepal Pavilion Inn is another testament to its excellence. The traditional Nepalese dishes were prepared to perfection, and the flavors were an absolute delight. I appreciated that they also offered a variety of international dishes for those with diverse tastes.
The staff at the Nepal Pavilion Inn are equally remarkable. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. Their genuine smiles and willingness to ensure a comfortable stay were much appreciated.
The location of the hotel is convenient for exploring the beautiful city of Nepal, with many attractions and markets within walking distance. Whether it's the bustling streets or serene temples, you are never far from the heart of Nepal's culture and heritage.
I highly recommend the Nepal Pavilion Inn to anyone looking for a wonderful and culturally enriching stay.

The service of the staff was superb who went above and beyond to look after us - Mahesh was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel is in a good location within Thamel and is decorated with lots of interesting artefacts, it was like a treasure trove of history and culture! An intriguing place and excellent value for money.

Central location tucked down alleyway so nice and quiet. Good sized room and bathroom. Helpful staff
Room had window that faced adjoining building window so had to keep curtains closed. As a result had little natural light

Authentic and local, perfect positioning in Kathmandu close to shops and restaurants amongst the hustle and bustle. Staff were nice and also helpful when I had questions. Let me pay later on check in as I didnt have cash. Cute little roof terrace with food. Comfy beds for the cost you're paying and rooms were cosy with kettle & water etc. I would stay again!

The staff were amongst the friendliest and most helpful we have encountered! When we needed a bus ticket to Besishahar, the owner drove us to get a ticket on his scooter and when we got sick after being in Pokhara, he gave us rehydration salts and water and was always checking in on us to make sure we were ok. The hotel itself is in the perfect location in Thamel, and despite being on one of the main streets, it’s so quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be staying here again when we return to Kathmandu!

Staff were helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable
The walls are thin and people would talk outside our room. There were also no windows in our room so no natural light

We really liked this place. Very good value for money. The place is really nicely decorated and very quiet considering how close it is to the main street where everything is very noisy. The staff are really great and super helpful

I stayed total 9 nights (4 before trekking and 5 nights after trekking) and I would definitely go back if (or when) I will take my 6th visit to Nepal.
Hotel location was good, central but not noisy. Hotel decor as very nice and different. Wifi was available. Rooms were comfortable (including bed) and clean.
As an independent trekker, I found the hotel also to be good value for money (very good quality for reasonable rates).
Most importantly, the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating!

The lovely cheerful owner who goes above and beyond to help you in anything you might need while not asking anything in return.
