About this house rental
Surrounded by the beauty of a wooded hillside, this log home is located just two miles east of downtown Wisconsin Dells and accommodates 18 people comfortably. This spacious home contains a cozy great room, four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, wireless internet service and a full kitchen. Outside the home you will find a 2-sided deck with a grill. This home includes up to 18 people that will be able to get to the Wilderness water park passes anyone 3 and above. No additional fee. Bring own towel. You will have to sign a waiver so bring your cell phone.

When we drove up to the cabin we noticed there wasntmuch of a yard to use and even if it was usable the weeds and grass were knee high. We asked if someone could come mow it down and the response was it wasnt going to happen. There were a lot of spider webs on the deck, which is understandable but catching spider webs in the face inside was bit nasty. Not sure the lenght between stays before us. Other than that great secluded spot over looking the river, tucked away out by the drive in movie theatre

We brought some high schools kids and moms up for a waterpark after prom get together. The kids had so much fun and being able to put them all together in the basement on air mattresses was perfect! They had a lot of fun and we hope to do it again next year!

The location was great and very beautiful! There were multiple broken areas of the cabin including sliding door, wifi was extremely weak and a kitchen chair. Unit could use some updating but over all a nice place. I will mention I have never stayed in rental property where we were expected to run the dishwasher AND put away dishes. Not sure why the putting away wouldn’t be the owners responsibility? We were using dishes up until wet left so didn’t have time to wait for the washer to be done before leaving.

overall a very nice place to stay. It is in a wooded area so there is no real yard to play in for the kids. The property could use some updating and maintenance. there was plenty of room for all of us to coexist.

Over all it was a nice property. My only issue was we found roaches in the bathroom and a stink bug on one of the beds in the lower level of the house. IT WAS VERY RELAXING LOCATION QUIET AND JUST PERFECT FOR OUR BIG FAMILY.

The property was beautiful, the area was beautiful!!!! We will stay there every time we make our family vacation trip to the Dells area. We were all there due to losing my mother unexpectedly and realizing our family hadn't gotten together in over 20 years and life is short. So we planned this trip and it couldn't have turned out more perfect!!! Thank you for allowing us the use of your property and making our stay there so special!!!

Broken fire alarms hanging from wall, have to wash and put away dishes before you leave, but not clean when we found it. Beds and furniture could definitely use an update. Overall fun, but would rather stay at a clean hotel with amenities on site and not having to bring everything in.

We had a group of 16 stay for the weekend and it was perfect! There was plenty of space! The property manager communicated well. 10/10 would recommend and would stay again.

Our scout troop planned a trip to go skiing at Cascade Mountain. 18 of us stayed at this location and others stayed at a hotel. This location was perfect for our group size and offered plenty of space. The amenities are as described, but what is not mentioned is how beautiful the scenery is. Amazing views from all around the cabin. This is an older cabin with lots of charm, space and decent sized bedrooms. It was great to have the convenience of a bathroom on each level. The scouts enjoyed the cabin and thought it was the coolest place ever. Adults were appreciative of all the bedding, pillows and comfortable beds. We stsyed in the winter and the cabin stayed really warm. A little chilly in the basement but that is to be expected. The bonus was having access to Wilderness Waterpark and was a nice plus. Management was tquick to respond about questions, thorough, professional and helpful with directions and welcome packet. Very smooth process. Very glad we had the opportunity to stay here.

The location was perfect. The driveway was cleared and salted wonderfully. The view was amazing. Unfortunately the furniture was mostly broken, the pots and pans needed replaced, the carpet was stained, and there were cobwebs and dust all over the house.

The location was awesome, very woody and totally secluded. Needs maintenance, management told us new refrigerator is ordered. Management was awesome, and compensated us for the issues we had. All in all we had a wonderful time with family!!!

Wonderful! Our whole family of 16 , ages 65-0 loved it. It was just the right size. It felt a little small at times but most of the time it was great! Plenty of beds and bathrooms to share. Only issue was it was kinda dusty. Would totally recommend it tho! Perfect secluded cabin!

Great property, great location. The location of Whitetail is the perfect combination of private getaway while still offering the Dells experience. I have stayed at many resorts in the Dells and I enjoyed the Whitetail the best.
The non working jacuzzi was the only big issue. Otherwise things such as the sound system and a gas grill would just be nice upgrades. Team was friendly entire time except one call. Did have one agent get a little frustrated after asking a few questions. Overall, good.

The cabin is always clean and in good order. Plenty of linens for extra beds and pillows. THe property is beautiful with great views of the river and forest. Ample parking, and great proximity to everything in WI dells. Check in is quick, as is check out. Our interaction was great. Easy check in.

The cabin was nice and spacious with a beautiful view. Definitely a place I’d stay at again.

We liked that it had plenty of room except that pullout couch was not good. There were mouse droppings in some beds, all furniture, behind TV, on the towels, in the window sills.. Furniture needs to be replaced. We were nearly hitting the floor while sitting on the sofa.

My family really enjoyed our stay, despite the storm on Sunday morning that caused the electricity to go out for 5 hours! Sleeping accommodations were suitable, there was a nice size gathering room, and the location offered privacy.
Our only concern was regarding the railing on the deck. There are small children in the family, and we were concerned about the open spaces. Upon arrival, George was friendly and helpful. On Sunday morning the electricity was out due to a storm. When I called, Marci was very concerned and helpful.
