Excellent :) Very NICE :)

Sobrang ganda po ng unit, Na enjoy po talaga ng family namin ang mag stay dito :) Super secured, Sobrang babait ng staff. Sobrang lapit sa SM. Malapit sa LRT station.

Near SM Sta. Mesa and LRT V.Mapa

Booked for third time but never again!! went for their most expensive room, but the shower ain't working, no exhaust fan and lots of small cockroach on comfort room. The staff wont even lead you to your room. We didn't even got back the accidental deposit since the staff said we stained their linen but it is there when we get there, this is ironic since is it like they wont do laundry on their linens since there is "policy" that there should be no stain on linens that the staff didn't explained or told to us. My bad since I didn't complain at the first place since I was tired and looking for some good rest but after this experience, yeah price is good but never again.

The hotel near the city center with a subway station.

在办理入住之前我担心去到那边没有床位，提前发信息确认了。酒店方面回复的也很及时。这里的服务跟菲律宾一样超出我的预期。床上用品干净整洁，浴室卫生设施完备。Before checking in, I was worried that there was no bed there. I sent a message to confirm. The reply from the hotel is also very timely. The service here, like in the Philippines, exceeded my expectations. The bedding is clean and tidy, and the bathroom is complete.

The best accommodation in Santa Mesa

The hotel is beautiful and clean, the location is great, the staff are friendly, and the price is very competitive.

Only the air conditioner is loud compared to other hotels.

It was a good and comfy stay.

Property was nice and accessible, it takes a walk or two to go to SM and the environment is kinda safe. Staffs are also kind. Gonna recommend this place to our friends.

The only reason to chose this hotel is the price, it is low. However, even for the low price, everything is worse than expected.

The staff is dishonnest and not friendly, thhe mattresses are too thin and very unconfortable, there's no window in the room, AC very very noisy, they steal the deposit they ask at check-in, WiFi is poor, often useles...

Clean Hotel for short time stay

Very good staff. Clean hotel. Large room. WiFi. Price is ok front other places Staff really polities. General i enjoy one area like 200 years back.

Air conditioning very old and too much noise. Area was dirty and everywhere mosquito. So hot area. Lobby no comfortable to seat. Garden table and chairs in the lobby. No one chair out for smoking. No hot water in the room. Very old furniture with damage. Too much steps. No lift.

The stairs are stressful ,the receptionist are very impolite and rude ,I fell sick while I was there.

The services are poor especially the receptionist. The cleaners are good but the receptionist are very disrespectful impolite and rude.

Near the bus stop.. clean like home

Check in check out time.. They didn't allow check in before 2pm.. if you want to check in before their check in time rules. You have to pay 200 php per hour extra... also their air conditioner is so noisy we can't sleep well because of that noise

I like the location. Very accessible for everything. It's my 6th or 7th times visit to this place already since 2019.

What I didn't like this time is we were placed at the 5th floor. Also, we stayed for 5 days and the room has no table so we usually eat at the bed. We booked 2rooms since we are family of 4. It was fine but when we were about to checked out, we were informed that the linens was stained. Yes I admit it was stained(konti lang) from a coke float we ordered outside. What made me disappointed was we need to pay 500 because we stained their linen. Is it not anticipated that if your hotel was booked by a customer should we NOT USE your linens, towel and bedsheets so that we will not pay upon checking out due to it was stained/used??? I was so disappointed cosidering it was our 7th visit at this place. 🤔😕☹️ One more there was no hot shower only cold and it was not good for a 3yr old daughter to take a bath at 6 or 7am coz we need to go out for an important transaction outside.
