Certamente la posizione e l’ampiezza dell’appartamento. Mark ti aiuta on line per qualsiasi dubbio.

Con le valigie la scomodità di salire al terzo piano senza ascensore e con scale strette. Il materasso andrebbe rinnovato.

Un paseo por Venecia

Ubicación muy céntrica. El apartamento estaba reformado y nuevo. Dejan desayuno para uno o dos días. Mark es una persona muy agradable.

Valoro positivamente el apartamento, pero hay varias cosas que no me gustaron: - En la información no se explica que Ca’Dell”Arte Luxury posee varios apartamentos y hasta el día de la estancia no sabes cuál te han asignado. La dirección que me dieron no coincidía con la que se especifica en la reserva, y en el laberinto de calles de Venecia, google maps no encontraba RAMO BAO. Callejón sin luces ni vistas - En el apartamento asignado estaban muy descompensadas las 2 habitaciones: una era muy grande y con un armario inmenso, y la otra habitación era bastante más pequeña y con un armario minúsculo y solo 3 perchas. No había ningún otro mueble que dispusiera de cajones. - La 2ª tarde-noche se presentó una familia con niños en nuestro apartamento, la cual abrió la puerta con el mismo código que teníamos nosotros. Nos pareció un fallo de seguridad intolerable. Esa familia estaba perdida, sin encontrar su calle; igual que nos pasó a nosotros el 1º día. Cuando salieron a la calle, dejaron la puerta del portal abierta: doble fallo de seguridad… - El 2º día no nos arreglaron las habitaciones ni cambiaron toallas. Nos pidieron dejar entrar en nuestro apartamento a la trabajadora limpiadora, para recoger una cuna. Entró, vació las papeleras y no volvió a limpiar nuestras habitaciones. - Al comunicar los incidentes por WhatsApp, se disculpan reiteradamente, pero no nos dan ninguna explicación. - No hay recepción como tal y es difícil la ubicación, al no saber a donde debes dirigirte. - Nos ofertaron un paseo en barco que aceptamos, pero no nos informaron de que no ofrecían ninguna información de los sitios por los que se van pasando. No la recomiendo.

We adored everything. The property was clean, well maintained, warm and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, the entry was well organized. The staff was very responsive, helpful and friendly. The location was also perfect, 5 mins walk to the main attractions. If somebody likes to spend a few days in Venice and if the property is available, don’t hesitate, you will never regret.

El alojamiento es increíble, hermoso por donde lo mires, un edifico con mucha historia. El apartamento que nos tocó fue súper grande y cómodo para 5 personas que éramos. La decoración y ambientación es bellísima.

Que el día de ingresar al alojamiento me enviaron un mensaje diciéndome que tenía que dejar la cocina en las condiciones que la encontré porque si se encontraba sucia me cobraban una multa de 50e. Estaría bueno que lo aclaren antes de hacer la reserva para saber ese dato.

Comfortable

This was an hotel like apartment, where there are staff coming in to clean the apartment every morning. Staff was very responsive and helpful, even helped us book a tour by boat. This apartment is perfect for a family of up to 6 people to stay in. Really worth the money.

There is not much to improve it is very good already.

Great place to experience the beauty of venice

this was a traditional venezian apartment. Great location, very clean and the hosts are very accommodating. large rooms, very clean, comfortable beds and generous kitchen area with table. We loved it, decorated in a traditional style and well maintained.

Like a fairy tail

Best choice for our Venice trip! The apartment is very clean, you have everything you need. Close to the center, easy to get to from the train station. The only suggestion would be for the loft, to find a way to get some fresh air.

Bad service and technical problems!

The apartment is good as such, it was the other factors that ruined the stay a little.

Cleaning was not finished when we arrived, but was almost 2 hours late before we could get the apartment. The cleaning lady apologized saying she was busy! The apartment's interior entrance door, which was perhaps 100 years old, could not be locked at one point, due to problems with the lock box, which we fixed ourselves. One day when it was 18:10, we came home to the apartment and the door code didn't work. We tried for 20 minutes and nothing worked. Then we called the contact person for the apartment and no one answered, despite trying both phone numbers that we had, no one answered. It is simply too bad and have never experienced such a low level of service. We also wrote to them and only after 1 hour did they respond and we finally got in, which meant that we missed a booking that we had made.

Great location. Spacious. Comfortable beds. Well appointed and decorated. Excellent showers. Having a washing machine.

Being told at the last minute to leave the kitchen perfectly clean or incurring a 50 euro fee. Leaving a few dishes would be consistent with the price paid for the room and similar places we’ve stayed.

Very nice time. Once we found the place, it was easy to get to many places.

Had 2 addresses to the place, one address was made when making the reservation, the other address was provided a few days before arrival. Was hard to find. A picture was provided before arriving, but more pictures and instructions would have helped. Called number and person was able to help me get there.

The apartment is really tricky to find but Elena was so so helpful. Possibly this accommodation is best suited to 4 guests rather than 6 as the loft is not an area to stand upright and there is no covering for the huge skylight (sun/light comes in early).

Wonderful stay and we will book again if visiting Venice!

the apartment was perfectly located near all the main attractions. Our host was responsive and very helpful. There are steps so beware of over-packing. We had a well stocked kitchen, comfortable living area and two large bedrooms with private/modern baths. I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Venice. We had a wonderful stay.

Great little place to spend a few nights in Venice

The apartment was nice and large, clean and had all the amenities for making things a little more luxurious. It actually looks better in person than the images. Each room had its own code to access if extra privacy was required. The provided breakfast isn’t anything to write home about but we preferred to eat in the cafes around the area. The entrance might have been in a tiny little alleyway, but it just means greater privacy. One of the rooms did overlook the square with a restaurant but noise was never an issue. The great thing about the apartment is its close proximity to St Marks Sq and rather central location. It is only a few minutes’ walk from San Angelo ferry station so it was easy to get to the apartment if you take the ferry from the airport or from the train station. The big plus was that it was well priced for Venice.

The provided breakfast wasn't great but not a deal breaker.
