La limpieza y la ubicación
Solo que falta más iluminación en área de alberca y jardín.
Falta más variedad y calidad en los desayunos.

La ubicación es excelente
Todo estuvo genial

Pekne izby
Krasna zahrada
Mily personal
Smrad v izbe
Hrozne ranajky, kam musite ist do mesta, co by nebol problem.

Location is great and the reception staff friendly and helpful. They ordered a local taxi for us, gave us an extra coffee pod and were pleasant to interact with. Location is great, pool is lovely and the room's have trendy/modern/boho decor. Lots of storage for clothes in bathroom. Shower strong and provided washing products are nice.
For the price and rating I would have expected better details/features. Towel in room was an old looking, stringy towel with only given per guest. I would liked to have seen real cups instead of flimsy paper cups for coffee (better for the environment and all round better to drink your coffee from). Lights in room very dim, hard to see into suit case etc.
Breakfast above average, coffee not great, but eggs and ham ok. Fruit also ok. Breakfast is served at a restaurant 2 blocks from the restaurant on the square. A bit of tourist trap that likely would have not chosen had it not been attached to the hotel.

Friend lu staff, spotless clean.
place don’t look as proposed in photos, pool area looks messy. Price is too high for the amenities, location and the quality of the place

Nice garden with pool. In the Center of Bacalar on walking distance from the main court.
The breakfast was in another restaurant. Very bad breakfast and services. coffee was not even included and they expect to tip them on the full amount…..!!! on the roof of the hotel are the hot water and airconditioning systems and due to the fact that the roof is build on wood the whole systems vibrates very loud.
4.3
The hotel is well located on Bacalar, making easy to get anywhere in the the Pueblo.
The bedrooms are nice and spacious.
The staff, specially Alma and Jose, are super kind, friendly and very helpful. They are the best asset of this property.
The bathrooms are a bit outdated. By changing a few items would be more accordingly to the hotel standard.
The breakfast is agreed with a restaurant in the area (which is totally fine), but the quality is just poor.
Finally, I found the price a bit to high for what you get.

Location in centro was perfect to explore the best of Bacalar. Within a few minutes walk to many restaurants, shops, the Lagoon, main square/park, corner stores, and mercado. The hotel's courtyard area with pool & pathways overflowing with gorgeous tropical plants & flowers is a beautiful respite from the "concrete jungle." Staff was friendly and helpful & easy to communicate with in English. Our room was a decent size for 5 people, and spending a quiet afternoon at the pool was a great way to spend some much needed downtime. We didn't book a luxury hotel, planning to spend most of our days exploring the town and surrounding area. This hotel suited those basic needs and the inner courtyard/pool was often empty of other guests. This hotel has (I think) 5 rooms, so it is small and intimate. It was a good spot to relax at the end of a day in Bacalar. Parking lot is across the street a few hundred feet from hotel entrance. A great bonus if you are concerned with parking your rental vehicle on the street. It is just a small fenced lot that will fit a few cars to keep them off the street. We parked in the lot and also on the street with no issue. Room includes a small mini fridge with is great for keeping much needed water cold.
The room was a bit on the dark side and could use some more hooks or bars for hanging wet items. For 5 people, with bathroom towels, pool/lagoon towels & swimsuits, the single hook & bar in the room just weren't enough. Adding some more hooks or a line in the bathroom would be very helpful.
The breakfast is provided by a voucher to a local restaurant, which was about a 6 min walk down by the fort/lagoon/park. The breakfast itself was just OK. You can, of course, order additional food to what is included in the voucher, but the food we had didn't make us want to order more from that restaurant. Two days we ate there and then left and went to a second restaurant to feed the kids who were still hungry. The 3rd day we didn't even go there, we got breakfast at a local Cafe. The 1st morning we ate there, the staff gave us the meal options, coffee, waters, egg choice, fruit plate which included a tiny granola & tiny yogurt, and the kods could choose hotcakes to replace the egga. But on the 2nd day we had a really nice server who spoke great English and explained that we could substitute the choices with other menu items of comparable price. But the total price per person given as value for the voucher was 85 pesos. That wasn't enough to cover the price much on the menu and the food wasn't yummy enough to want to go back. Not the end of the world, it's food, if you are expecting included breakfast to be a yummy cultural experience, it's not. Just go to Mr. Taco or there are lots of other local places for a hearty, inexpensive meal of deliciousness.
The room itself was clean, and the cleaning staff came daily to make beds, tidy up & clean our room. Unfortunately, the staff leaves the door open while cleaning, so for the better part of an hour each day, the room is fair game for mosquitoes, which are plenty. So sadly, when we returned to our room after a morning out, we were met with bugs in the room.

Oasis of a garden and lovely pool. Helpful staff. Breakfast restaurant also friendly. Close to the centre, but quiet at night.
4.3
super spacious rooms, super comfortable and clean. beautiful garden with pool. best place to observe all the animals around, perfectly located (close to the two city centers and the lagune)
breakfast is in another restaurant outside the hotel and already predefined. in the end we went there for the fruits and went to other places afterwards

The location is perfect to stroll around Bacalar. The room is simple but comfortable, clean and with a local touch. The garden is the best, full of wonderful plants. The personnel is also very kind.
It was all perfect!
4.3
We really liked the room, super pretty and really comfortable beds. The pool area was nice to relax and the staff super friendly.
The hotel only offers a few rooms and has a very familiar atmosphere which we liked a lot!
The location was perfect for us, it’s a 5 min walk from the main square but therefore more quiet.
The breakfast is not in the hotel but you get a voucher each morning for a cafe on the main square. It’s simple (eggs, fruit & coffee) but we liked that is was included in the price.
4.3
Very central and confortable Hotel for a short stay to visit Bacalar. The central plaza is a few blocks away, easy access to the lake too and very good restaurants nearby. The room is cozy and clean and the staff extremely helpful!
The rooms have only windows on the street, but there are curtains and one doesn't stay much in the room :)
4.3
the inner garden is definitely wonderful and peaceful.
very friendly stuff
the room was quite dark and air was stale.

I wish you guys had a better coffee situation and don’t use styrofoam cups🇲🇽

The excellent location. Well kept grounds, comfortable beds, very clean! A nice garden and pool area!
Our room was not ready at check in, even though we were 2 hours later dan expected.
Not enough towels
Closed bar
restaurants are not on site for breakfast

very kind staff, super clean, nice facility!
small TV

The staff was very nice. The kids loved the pool! Breakfast is not at the hotel, but not far. We did not mind walking.
There is a humidity problem in the room.

The Manager Juan Pablo was very friendly and helpful
The rest of the staff was also friendly and helpful at the image of their manager
We also like the garden and swimming pool which give a nice quiet atmosphere along with some birds
We fully recommend this hotel as we felt at home
4.3
good location, pool was ok.
Did not really feel comfortable or welcomed. The staff was not really communicative. Breakfast is not on the premisses but two blocks away in a restaurant. Had to actively ask for the coupons every day. For the price we were hoping for a little service and nice atmosphere at the pool and bar but that was not the case.
4.3
the people were the kindest🤍, felt so safe and they were so helpful. cleaned the room as soon as we went out for breakfast. close to restaurants and the lagoon. nice swimmingpool and pretty garden.
the breakfast in 2 blocks away and not that many (included) options. but if you know that, it’s fine. just ask what’s included
4.3
Spacious and clean room, great a/c, comfortable beds. The complex looks nice and taken care of.
Could be of better value for money. The breakfast was at a restaurant a few hundreds of meters from the hotel, and the coffee that was served was anything but standard coffee, and full of sugar. We were told at the restaurant that a regular coffee costs extra. We passed..
4.3
Very nice place, near to the main park and all restaurants

The location was great! The staff was super helpful and kind.
The room was big and comfy.
The included breakfast is in a restaurant few blocks away and it was kind of poor without verity..
Tons of mosquitoes inside the rooms so you need to use Off in the nights too.
