About this house rental
** Please be aware that there is ongoing construction currently next door to the Lodges Complex that may cause disruption to your stay (i.e. building works noise). **
Fabulous, central location with stunning views.
Lodges 10 is situated just off Lake Esplanade, a short walk to the town center. Lodges 10 offers guests the convenience of being able to enjoy all that central Queenstown has to offer whilst also being able to enjoy the peaceful surrounds and views of Lake Wakatipu.
Lodges 10 is a three bedroom, two bathroom holiday home and accommodates up to five people. Upstairs and situated above the living room area is a double bedroom with 2 single beds (can be set up as a king if required). Every detail has been considered for the best in guest comfort.
Recently refurbished, Lodges 10 has a fully equipped kitchen and is well appointed should you wish to dine at the apartment.

AGE OF GUESTS Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Additionally, all guests who are unaccompanied by a parent or guardian must also be over 25 years of age. MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD The minimum rental period for all holiday homes is 3 nights, except during Christmas and New Year Periods where a minimum of 5 nights may be required.

Check in time: the property will be available from 3:00pm on the day of your arrival
Check out time: is 10:00am on the morning of departure. Please return the key to the lock-box on check-out.
NO SMOKING POLICY -室内外禁止吸烟 -Smoking is not permitted in this holiday home, outside or in any of the common areas. Breach of this policy will result in a cleaning fee being applied to the guest who made the booking.
Our holiday homes must be left in a clean and tidy condition upon departure. Should the home require excessive cleaning over and above what is deemed reasonable, a charge of $40.00 plus gst per hour will be on-charged to the guest who made the booking. This includes but not limited to doing dishes, pots and pans, removal of rubbish, cleaning the oven after use and the BBQ.
As our holiday homes are all non -serviced we provide complimentary consumables sufficient for the first 2 days of your stay such as toiletries, toilet paper and soap.
The other condiments, spices etc in the pantry cupboard are for your use but are not intentionally provided. Feel free to use what you need but it would be appreciated if you could replace or leave something similar when you leave.
RUBBISH - We kindly ask that you dispose of the rubbish correctly. If rubbish is found on your departure which is not in the correct bins provided, any disposal and sorting costs incurred will be on-charged to the guest who made the booking.
As residential homes you are asked to respect quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. The number of occupants is as per the reservation and may not be increased without approval from Harcourts Property Management. Increased occupancy, excessive noise or illegal activity may result in penalty charges and eviction and forfeiture of all prepaid rental monies.
DAMAGES /NEGLIGENCE
We accept that breakages and accidents do happen, the person who made the booking is responsible to report any breakage to Harcourts Property Management and Rentals.

Great property, easy to get to town - 5 min walk easier to go down the steps to the left of the property than the road. Has all the facilities you could want, enjoyed our stay here.

Easy walk to centre of Queenstown
Great location with the centre of Queenstown only a few minutes walk away. This is a huge plus as parking in town is difficult to find. Wonderful expansive views from sitting room. Bedrooms warm and comfortable. Bathrooms clean and include heaters and heated towel rails. Road access and parking space quite tight (and not for the faint-hearted!) Property manager very responsive and on hand to help. Would definitely recommend to others.

This was a fabulous townhouse/apartment for our family of 5. Plenty of room, great views, awesome location and proximity to town. We were very comfortable here, and highly reccomend to others

Superb position and lovely view of the lake. However,-
We stayed here for 6 nights at the end of July 2015. When we arrived we discovered there was no wifi, despite promises of this being rectified it didn't happen. On the 4th night We were provided with a very slow service which we couldn't access.
On arrival the dishes were not very clean and we discovered the dishwasher was not working properly-My husband spent the best part of half an hour cleaning out the dishwasher so we could use it .

Loved this location!
Great Property within few minutes walk to the shops, food, activities. Awesome view from balcony. There was a very steep driveway or lots of steps to get to the property but this didn't stop us going exploring.

Not very clean. TV was on when we arrived which was strange. Needs sharp knives and new coffee mugs without chips.

Lovely place to stay with family. Excellent location and well appointed facilities. Would recommend.

Stunning views
Difficult to find as unit sign/numbers not visible. Steep hill to get into town but did find steps on day 2 (maybe leave note in unit advising steps are easily accessed). Everything you would need is in the unit and the lake view from balcony is superb. Would highly recommend.

Great location just a short walk from town. Great view of the lake from the balcony and the downstairs bathroom is very spacious. Only downside, the sign for the driveway is hard to find as it does not face the street and the dryer is a bit temperamental but not a huge issue unless you are doing a lot of laundry.
Overall great place to stay. Definitely recommend.

My adult family had a fantastic stay at Lodges 10.
My adult family had a fantastic stay at Lodges 10. Thank you to Lisa and the owners :) The property was clean and well equipped. The view across the lake from the balcony was so pretty and the nights were quiet. We particularly loved the fact that it was only a couple of minutes walk to the water front bars and eateries. Hoping Lodges 10 is available next time we visit QT!

Lodges was absolutely perfect for our stay in Queenstown. The location is fantastic- an easy walk to town and spectacular views over the lake and mountains. The configuration was also perfect for us with the separate floors for bedrooms and bathrooms, and living room on the middle floor. The apartment had everything we needed and provided heating kept us cosy.
We'll definitely stay here again.
