-- THE PROPERTY --
Bedroom 1: King Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Bedroom 3: Twin/Full Bunk Bed, Twin Bunk Bed
This inviting unit is the perfect home base for your Rocky Mountain retreat. Get settled into your rooms and grab the pass off the key hook to access the free clubhouse across the way. Get a quick workout in at the fitness center, soothe aching muscles in the hot tub, or swim laps in the heated pool.
After a day skiing at Winter Park, return to the condo, drop your skis in the ski locker next to the front door, take a hot shower, throw on your sweats and warm up next to the gas fireplace. Curl up on the couch with a blanket and book, or turn on the flat-screen cable TV for some easy going entertainment. Another flat-screen cable TV can be found in the bunk room.
Make your way across the hardwood floors to the fully equipped kitchen to prepare a crockpot of chili for the group, or sit at the 4-person breakfast bar to snack on appetizers and sip wine.
Add a little fire to your meal and step outside to the patio to prepare meals on the gas grill. Gather at the 6-person dining table or expand it with the built-in leaves to seat your entire party of 9.
Retire to your respective bedrooms at a decent hour for a peaceful slumber so you can wake bright and early to be the first on the slopes!
-- THE LOCATION --
With Winter Park Resort just 10 minutes away, you can sleep in later than normal and still get a good spot on the ski lifts. Just hop on the free shuttle that stops near the condo for a stress-free transportation option. Spend the winter skiing, snowboarding, or snow tubing and the summers hiking the many nearby trails.
For more nature views and wildlife sightings, drive 40 minutes to the Rocky Mountain National Park. Keep your eyes peeled for buffalo or the occasional moose sauntering by. If you would rather be on the water, Grand Lake is the same distance away and offers boating, swimming, fishing and more.
On days you aren’t scurrying to get on the mountain and partake in activities galore, take it easy and go for a stroll through town, stopping in at boutiques, coffee shops and restaurants.

The condo was very clean. The pool and hot tub is right across the parking lot and was very clean as well. One of our guests left some clothes in the closet, the owner mailed them back to them at no charge. I will diffently stay here again!

The towns of Fraser and Winter Park had plenty of dining options. The condo was clean a served its purposes but the technology was a little dated. The master television was small with a grainy image and the remote was missing batteries. I understand not having air conditioning in the unit but there were only 2 small fans for 3 bedrooms. The mattresses were good and the pillows worked well. We didn’t use much of the club house since we were busy with the national park. Overall it was a nice stop for us.

Perfect stay for big family. Great location and facility

Our stay was fantastic, and Brian was very quick to respond to any minor questions we had (WiFi and Club access). The free Winter Park Line shuttle bus picked us up basically right outside our unit to go skiing, and the outdoor hot tub at the club directly across the parking lot was beautiful and had great views of the mountains. 5/5 stars, would definitely recommend staying here!

We shared with another family. The kids all slept in the bunk room. A walk across the parking lot to the clubhouse for a hot tub soak. Other only minor issue was getting the heat right in the house. The bedrooms would over heat if the temp is set properly for the living room.

Our first impression wasn't great, so that's pretty much what we remember. Upon arrival after driving 9 hours from Amarillo, plus day before 8 hours from San Antonio. My hubby parked in the parking spot right in front of the condo. We have 4 boys, youngest is disabled and any new place we have to lift him and carry him inside. We probably should apply for handicap sticker, but I just haven't done it for various reasons. We parked in that spot approximately 30 minutes, to unload, then moved car to another spot. I didn't even notice it was handicap parking spot until later. Apparently a neighbor that must "own" that handicap spot decided to write obscenities all over our car late that evening. F Texas, spelled out, all over our car, along with handicap parking. I have little kids, so seeing that was very disappointing. We won't be going back there. And we found who did it, if the owner would like to know, you can ping me. Sad world we live in today.

Our family sincerely enjoyed our time at this stay: the owner has thought of everything, you will be right at home. The club house is across the street, which makes it easy and fun to use. The living room with a fireplace allowed a cozy place to watch movies at night. We were well cared for!

We had a great family vacation staying in this condo. Perfect size for my husband & I and our teen & preteen. The condo was spotless, beds were comfortable & kitchen was stocked with everything you need for family meals. Our kids enjoyed walking right across the road to the pool and tennis courts. Great place to stay! Thank you!

well stocked, great location
This property worked great for our group of 5.
Pros:
-the owner is very responsive and helpful
-the house is very well stocked (kitchen items, towels, games, sleds)
-location was great, right across from rec center and a couple steps to the free shuttle
Cons:
-You can hear every movement the people upstairs make. Luckily they weren't that bad, usually just when coming and going in the mornings and evenings, but it's loud enough to wake you up. They also have dogs that they let pee and poop everywhere, including our walkway twice and in front of our grill.

Great location, clean and on the shuttle route. The kids had a great spot to play in the snow just outside the door. We loved this place and would definitely recommend. Perfect for families.

Great Fraser Property
We stayed here with our family and our kids friends for their birthday. It was a great location. We loved that the pool and hot tub we’re right across the street and we’re still open during the pandemic. It was a wonderful location with proximity to lots of activities. We would highly recommend it!

Fun birthday weekend!
We rented this property for a 50th birthday party and had the best time! The condo was really nice and well maintained. The area was super close to a bunch of restaurants/ grocery if you needed. Although we cooked everything in the nice kitchen! Plenty of room for the 9 of us that stayed!! The clubhouse and hot tub were a big highlight! We will definitely be staying again!

COVID Get Away 2020
This property is impeccable. It was absolutely spotless. We loved that they took extra care during COVID to have 3 day spacing between renters so the condo could be deep cleaned. It really showed, it looked brand new. We loved its first floor location and that it was right across from the club house. We appreciated the all the extra touches that made it feel like home. We used the BBQ grill, card / board games, racket ball / tennis equipment, and pool towels. The kitchen is well stocked, we made most of our meals at the condo. The bed rooms have tons of space and the bed arrangement was perfect for our family of 6. We were thankful the club house was still open during COVID 19. They did a fantastic job of scheduling the right amount of people and keeping the areas clean and protected, they were also super friendly and helpful. It is perfectly located to visit all the main attractions in Winterpark and Grandby. We would recommend this property and give it 5 stars. Thanks for the amazing hospitality.

Excellent
Wonerful condo. The condo was clean, confortable and very inviting. It felt nice and roomy-especially liked all the hooks to hang coats, etc.. on. The kitchen was fully stocked with a nice gas fire place. We enjoyed going to the hot tub at the clubhouse after skiing all day and the clubhouse was close:). We drove to Winter Park to ski but did see that there were shuttles that could drop you for skiing as well. The Safeway grocery store was close as well as places to eat. We will definately be returning to this condo!

Great place in a great location!
Beautiful condo that is well equipped with everything you need for a mountain get away! We were pleasantly surprised with how nicely furnished and well stocked the condo was. It is located right across the parking lot from the pool/fitness center which is super convenient if you want to soak in the hot tub after skiing. Just a short drive to everything you need and on the bus route. We will definitely be returning!
