While the location and parking were excellent, we feel that this hotel was not worth the money paid.

Breakfast this morning was a nightmare. There was little to no hot food, no hot water, when asking staff anything they either ignored us or got hostile about what they had. They ran out of hot water, so I took the container to the back and staff was pissed. This was at 850 ish. It was not clean around any of the food area, and no one seemed to care. I got tired of asking so I stopped. I was surprised at the room cleanliness, as the bathroom towels were dirty along with most of the rest of the bathroom. We also couldn't get the room above 68 degrees, which was not ideal, but we were tired and wanted to go to bed.

Nice and clean but noise level was high.

Close to wedding venue. Ample parking

Walls are very thin. Could hear hallway noises. The trains run often and you hear it also. I could not get good sleep. Between the toddler screaming, people running the halls and the trains running I left exhausted

Cool downtown hotel - but pricey.

Loved the location downtown - walking distance to several breweries. Clean and safe are my priorities and this definitely satisfies both of those criteria.

Super pricey for a single night - I’ve paid less in Manhattan for a hotel. Breakfast was just ok. And prepare for trains to wake you up. They do provide ear plugs - use them!

Very comfortable and yummy! Very nice place!

Great breakfast! Loved being in the historic part of town. Within walking distance of five flags, where we were going.

Along the walk to five flags and back there were many bars and some people hanging around outside them. I felt a little uneasy and watchful, but it was uneventful and interesting. I would not do that alone.

Great way to see part of Iowa and take a trip down the Mississippi.

I liked that this was so close to all the places I wanted to visit in Dubuque.

I was sorry breakfast started at 7 a.m. instead of 6 a.m. on Saturday.

It’s nice but has a lot of scope for improvement!

It was design smart

The bed was very uncomfortable. The carpet held a lot of allergens and cause my family and I strong allergies. It was decently cleaned but I still found many details that should have been addressed. One of the pillows was dirty and had some mold stains on it . Due to our dietary restrictions I had to make breakfast for us, the cooking pan was dirty with burned grease and food, I had to improvise to clean it up. The coffee maker was dirty and the k-cup tray components hadn’t been cleaned, I had to wash that also. The furniture and tvs were dusty and I had to clean most things up to reduce the allergy flare ups.

I liked the space the room provided.

The first morning breakfast was available and plentiful. The 2nd morning there was nothing available for breakfast because it was not stocked up. There were 6 people waiting for food before my kids and I got downstairs and they never refilled it for us. They said breakfast was served from 6 until 9. Not 6 am until gone because that's what it was. Very disappointing

Superb

Location was great and the room was excellent. I loved all the extra features that you usually don't get in other locations. You could tell that every item in the room appeared to be a well thought out choice to make the space more comfortable for a short or long stay.

It was a little pricey compared to other locations. For the price we have had larger more accommodative rooms at other locations, however they do not usually have the full kitchen, or other room items which made the stay feel much less like a hotel.

Annie at the front desk was very nice, she’s very good at her job! She remembered me from my trips and greeted me by name.
