I won’t stay again.

The food was pretty good. Children liked the pool. The location was in a good spot.

Staff was very rude and not the nicest. The pool is very tiny and meant only for children. It is very shallow. The rooms are mediocre and not the cleanest.

Just a place to sleep. No extras at all

Some what clean

No towels available, Ac didn’t work correctly in room 126, No hot breakfast.. no bars of soap available, and toilet paper we had to ask for the first night stay

HORRIBLE

Nothing about this Place was pleasing. Check in was at 3pm (per web), we arrived at 2:45pm, rooms were not ready until 5pm. we waited in the lobby for 2 hours, finally given a room. Desk Clerk was rude, laughing and not to helpful! DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Rooms ready on time, employees a bit more concerned about customers and not laughing about the situation. The Dining/Bar area was dirty, tables had crumbs, dust, and who knows what else on them.

Fresh towels were not replaced in the room. The manager was not helpful at all. When asked any questions, she didn’t want to help but made excuses. Very poor customer service.

no phone in room, no way to call front desk, no elevator, poor water pressure in shower, dirty toilet, inconvenient locations/very few electrical outlets, no checkout time listed, rude front desk staff, TONS of potholes ALL over parking lot, horrible value for the money

The bar wasn't open in the hotel. Had a pool area but was more like a kiddie pool. No hot tub.

Awful

Nothing. Well, I actually liked that the room had 2 big beds and also a set of bunk beds for the kids. That was nice. It was a decent sized room.

Everything. Trashy, rundown place. Ripped curtains, cracked bathroom sink, broken heater that let cold air flow in from outside, broken bathroom door, cobwebs in room, nasty dirty sock in the room. We were treated rudely when we asked for new towels. She told us we are only allowed new towels if we leave the used towels outside the door to be replaced during housekeeping hours. She said it was a health code rule. Yet, she told us she'd give us new towels if we brought her our used ones. So, we walked all through the motel and to the front desk carrying our used towels. I guess that's not a health code violation? We got a knock on the door at 11pm because we had placed our trash bag outside the door. She told us it couldnt be there and we had to take it back into our room. We saw plenty of other people that had placed trash outside their rooms. I guess she goes around late at night waking people up and telling them to being their trash in? The breakfast isn't good. The waffle maker was over cooking the waffles. They were burnt when the timer went off. Then they accused us of putting something (butter) in the waffle iron when our waffles stuck. When I told her it was probably because the batter was literally the consistency of water. The pulled the waffle mix and unplugged the waffle irons ending breakfast an hour early. I will never stay here again and don't recommend anyone else to either.

Not worth it, stay somewhere else, safer.

Great location

Staff was never at the front desk, no extra pillows because people kept stealing them, few towels, room was not the cleanest, our “King Suite with Sauna” was okay, but there was no sauna, no hot tub. Hallway smelled heavily of marijuana, (be more discreet? it is Iowa.) No maid service, we stayed 2 days. Patrons kept the fire door open at all times, was supposed to stay CLOSED and LOCKED at all times. Our room was right next to the door, felt very unsafe. And COLD! No security measures. Front desk clerk spent their time at the bar. Breakfast was sketchy and closed a half hour early on a Sunday morning. Patrons put their garbages outside their doors? Are people living there??? TV was tiny and clear across the room from the bed. Stay next door at the Quality Inn. And what was up with the ceiling? Do they have a handyman? This place needs major TLC.

Well it was quiet except for my refrigerator, I did like the pizza delivery being available and the snack room what's good.

Well we gotta get bigger T v's the parking lot was a disaster and, I would have loved to have on site dining available

the location is perfect, puts you near a ton of locations and with quick access to the freeway.

the parking lot needs to be redone, the concrete is loose and shattered.

the location was good

the The lady that checked us in was not very friendly, she was extremely sarcastic she was more worried about the hanging plexiglass falling because I accidentally bumped it. There was no elevator in the hotel which is not noted on the website. The hotel is not wheelchair accessible even though it says that the pool is yes it is located on the first floor but there is no wheelchair accessibility into the pool. The fan in our bathroom did not work the safety lock on the door was broke. When I asked the front desk clerk about the fan in the bathroom her reply was when they go out they would have to hire an electrician to fix it so they don’t do that. So you can charge for us to stay in the room but you can’t pay to fix things that are wrong. I asked the clerk at the front desk what time the bar was open until she said 930 it was closed at 8:45. The coffee machine in the breakfast area was out of order. The room was dirty there was no water pressure, which makes it extremely hard to shower and then not having a fan makes it very hard for three people to shower. I will never stay in this hotel again. if Windham wants to buy hotels they should check them in the hotels nearby should have to follow Wyndham standards. I stay in a lot of Wyndham hotels and this is the worst one I have ever seen. It reminded me of staying in the ghetto as it seem there were a lot of longtime clients there hanging out in front and making it look not very comfortable and kinda scary.

Hotel sold us unavailable room

I made a reservation for the week of Labor Day, August 22nd. We were 5 people which is why I booked a triple studio suite room which has 2 queen beds and a bunk bed. 1 day before my trip, they called me and said that the room I booked was not available. They gave me 2 options. Either take a small room or cancel your reservation. I could not cancel the reservation because it was too late to find a new hotel, so I asked them to give me a discount for the small room since I paid $100 more for this room. They did not accept. They said “This is not my problem , and it is an issue with booking.” They also said “Booking always allows reservation with unavailable rooms. You are not the first person to have this problem , nor will you be the last.” Since I had planned this vacation out with our friends ,and it was too late for other hotel options I couldn’t cancel the reservation. The room had 1 king bed and a bunk bed. 3 people slept in the king bed, and none of us were able to get sleep because the bunk bed was creaking constantly. It was terrible 2 days for all of us.

The room smelled like a dingy basement. When I reported it to the front desk she explained that there was water leaking into the carpet the day we arrived but they had a fan on it all day. It didn't help the smell it was disgusting.
