It was a nice hotel would I stay again. No I think

That it was Next to restaurants and had a pool.

Our room had blueberries on the wall from previous people I am thinking. Pool towels ran out. The overall hotel smelled funny. Elevator also sounded like it was going break ever time you used it. Coffee cups had no kids that fit. Hot tub looked like needed to be clean mold.

We forgot my nieces air pods and then staff at that time was great! Went above and beyond to make sure we found them.

When we arrived the staff was really rude. We had an issue getting into our room not because the key wouldn't work but because the door wouldn't open when the light was green. She gave us attitude for having to help us.

Disappointed.....not up to standards set by previous stays at Country Inn hotels

Hotel was just really dirty. Lots of trash around the stairwells. Lots of broken stuff around the hotel. Just looked really rundown. Hand rail on hot tub was rusted so bad the bottom post was broke off. Broken looks on hotel guest room. Breakfast was not busy only a couple other guests were in the room while we ate but it seemed Staff was not able to keep food stocked.

Disgusting toilet seat in our room. Staff was rude when we had to call from the pool room to the front desk to request more towels for the pool area. We were told to go to the front desk for them. However, the towels were brought to us instead after we explained that us being dripping wet and walking down the hallway might not be for the best... No shower hooks in our room bathroom. Someone's belongings (plastic bag full of beer with dirty socks next to it) left on a table in the lobby for the entire night (they had been picked up by the morning though). No sheer curtains hung, just the decorative and heavy/thick curtains in our room. Even though there was all the hardware available for the sheer curtains. And finally, our refrigerator barely kept anything cold. When we informed the staff they came to look at it some time later we were basically told it was working good enough...

Good stay at this location except for the visitor in the room.

Comfortable beds, nice and cool air conditioning, the pool and hot tub was amazing.

Moved the pillow and right away a giant spider started crawling on the bed. The front desk clerk was not very personable when checking in.

Breakfast and Comfy Beds

Beds were extremely comfy and immediate hot water in the shower. Breakfast had many options - hot items, cereal, make yourself waffles, cold items - lots to choose from and impressive spread.

Service was bad - check in person seemed put out to be there. Later we couldn't get into our room and nobody was staffed up front, but you could call. I did and told her our room number which she recognized it immediately - it turned out we had to turn our door handle UP and it will open then. Maybe put a sign on that door or fix it if its a known issue.

This used to be a great place to stay but has rapidly been declining , breakfast was good but that has gone down as well

Price is great so we stay here quite often

the side door nearest to the room would not work so after carrying everything to the door you could not enter . The elevator was also out of commission so you had to take the steps which would have been nice to know before hand

needs to be updated and cleaned. Repairs need to be done.

The elevator was unavailable. The bath tub had an overgrowth of mold, along with the pool and sauna. No room service for multiple days. The towels were stained and frayed. The vents in the bathroom didn’t work; more than likely because it was full of dust balls. The paint was bubbling and flaking off.

welcoming, good location and clean

lacked a lot of attention to detail. Uncomfortable pillows, terrible insulation for sound from other rooms, still signs around that have COVID excuses for lack of services.

Location was awesome, hot tub nice, pool was a little cool

Breakfast wasn't the greatest, pancake maker didn't work, biscuits were hard as a rock, coffee cups were to little, no cookies at night time like said on website. Guy working the Breakfast touched all biscuits with his hands, no gloves when filling silverware it fell on floor and he put it in with other utensils. Need better pillows.

there was brown stains under the sink on the wall in the bathroom, the house cleaning people did not knock before trying to enter the room and the 2nd time they knocked twice but like they were the police!
