Poor business pratice. The facility refused to honor the reservation confirmation price.

The facility was conveniently located for the purpose of my visit to the area. The room was reasonably clean and had plenty of hot water. The bed comfort was acceptable and the air conditioning cooled the room sufficiently.

My poor rating for this facility is based on the fact that my confirmed reservation price through Booking.com was not honored, despite the fact that the reservation was made almost one year in advance. The facility exterior needs some refreshing and the surrounding grounds are commercial/industrial. There is a lot of traffic noise. The bathroom was small and no hangers in the closet.

booking price was $86 plus taxes, total $99. on arrival was told price was $99, plus taxes, total about $110.

We left to find another hotel because we were so appalled by this hotel.

It’s a dilapidated 2 story roadside motel marketing itself as a mid-level hotel. When I showed up I felt totally duped. Their profile on Booking.com only shows interior staged photos, it was misleading and completely different from how it was marketed. It was dirty and falling apart.

2 queen beds. Room had refrigerator which was nice

Hotel was run down. I could hear the traffic going by. The office was not apparent. I had to ask someone where it was and would not have found it if someone did not open the door.

there was no lobby and didn’t think to take pictures. it gives your site a bad name.

nothing was a complete mess

everything, there is nothing good I could say about this hotel. we even left a day early and they didn’t give us back any money that we paid. we just couldn’t stay there any longer. the tv didn’t work the room was dirty they never even asked if we wanted clean towels. they spoke no English and when we got there to check in, it’s so bad there they had the office door locked when I said I had a reservation they shut the door and locked it went and checked the computer and then came and let me in. the also tried to charge me more then I booked for and said it was taxes and fees. I then told them it said that was included so they gave that price. we had to find a new room for the rest of our stay.

Good, clean, well-equipped room in convenient location

Very, very clean , spacious room and bathroom. This is a basic motel but well and practically furnished.

A tissue box in the room would be nice.

Get what you pay for.

Bed was comfortable.

Very noisy right on a busy 4 lane highway. No noise shield (trees, fence, decent windows). Air conditioner making weird un-normal noises. Tried to charge me extra tax after I already paid the full price including tax through booking.com. Key was very hard to pull out of slot. No directions where to leave the metal key.

The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was newly renovated. Even though it’s located on a busy, noisy street, we couldn’t hear much noise inside.

Location. It would be nice to have something to walk to.... town center, coffee shop etc. the street is extremely busy and industrial.
