The location was good and the grounds were pretty.
The room was very dated, there were leaky spots on the ceiling and duct tape on the balcony door. The indoor pool had a hole where the hot tub had been, the area was dilapidated and the bottom of the pool was dirty. We couldn't use the outdoor pool due to the weather, but its condition wasn't much better.
4.0
There wasn't a breakfast option
The apartment was very nice and efficient
The club house could have stayed open later
And possibly have a cafe on location

Property is lovely, it's a good place to walk, and the pool is nice. The staff is courteous and friendly, and the apartment itself is comfortable, quiet, and clean. Nice kitchen, and a little porch on the back overlooking the pond and fountain.
There was an outside light that stayed on all night. It was right outside of the bedroom, which didn't have drapes - only slatted blinds, so the light actually kept us awake - frustrating! Also, the wifi was not very good:(

The location was nice and the place is nice
The check in was confusing and when I went to resolve the issue I was denied the accommodations I was seeking. I did not receive help until late the next day. Poor communication and poor cleanliness.
3.5
Good location
Heated pool not working
Jacuzzi tub not working
4.5
great deal over the property’s direct web site, spacious condo space vs standard hotel suite, well maintained, pool and tennis and lovely “lake” around buildings.
minor issues: some rental condos have more hotel-like amenities like shampoos and maybe a few basic items in the kitchen? indoor pool was cold! (minor as I said)

The location is spectacular. We were surrounded by woods and country roads. It was fall and the foliage was breathtaking. I was able to run close to the property as it was quiet and traffic was light especially early morning. The room itself was clean and had everything we needed with full kitchen and dining area and a patio overlooking the pond. Staff was super helpful with information. Great customer service. When our toaster didn't work, we were given a new one on the spot. I was only sorry that we were only there for the weekend as I would have liked to have stayed longer.
The room could use updates/repairs. The blind was missing in the kitchen window and the bathroom molding was falling off. Small and unimportant but just a detail that should be addressed. In the big picture, it was minor.
4.5
The location was close to small towns, the property was maintained beautifully. We also enjoyed how peaceful and quiet it was among the other residents.
A little dated, but we expected this.

The one bedroom with sleep sofa was a nice set up. Nice to have a kitchen. Pretty setting. Use of a pool nice, Staff friendly
The place is in a state of disrepair. Condo had a missing shade-told to use a black plastic bag like the last folks(so NOT a new issue). Broken floor tiles by sink and other facility upkeep needed.
Booked for 4 but had to ask for sheets and towels to have enough.

well situated
a bit run down- within the apartment itself.

Good location, very nice setting, good pool and tennis courts
houses could use some upgrade
4.0
Location and located on beautiful property. so close to Tanglewood
Landscaping around complex needs lots of cleanup and removal of invasive vines and weeds. Really detracts from the quality of the units. units could use updating as well. But all in all everything we needed was there. Beds were comfortable
4.5
Great location, quiet, great space
A/C units could use updating, didn’t dehumidify well, air was very damp.
5.0
Kitchen had all of the appropriate equipment to make meals. Great location for Tanglewood activities.

beautiful setting
super 70’s condos. garden tubs with jets are very common in homes now. Mirror in upstairs bathroom has a gross stain. fan in downstairs bathroom is very noisy. no shampoo!!! aaahhhgg!
3.5
The location can't be beat. It is centrally located near all the Berkshires has to offer. The grounds are also beautiful. There are nice amenities like an indoor pool and tennis courts. The size of the unit was also great.
The unit is in need of a serious update. The furniture and the fixtures look like they haven't been changed in 20 years. The sheets on the bed were thin and overwashed. The pillows were so uncomfortable, I went out and bought my own pillow. The main bathroom cabinet drawer was being held together with tape, and the wall near the bathtub had peeling paint.
3.5
The unit was large and a great home base for my one week stay. I especially liked having a full kitchen and the serene setting.
The sofa and love seat are so old - very uncomfortable to sit on and so compressed from time and use that they are difficult to get up and down from.
4.5
The apartment was beautiful with a beautiful view and a lot of privacy. The staff was very nice, professional, and helpful in finding things to do and places to eat. We enjoy the swimming pool and the SPA features (hot tube and Sauna. It was very clean.
The weather! We came during a storm, but the ponds at Foxhollows have an indoor pool and an activity room, so we still had a very good time. It is a great feature of this place, no matter the weather, we are not stuck in one room.

great location
Dated interiors. The pool area was in rough shape. Old boxes laying around. A random ladder by the hot tub. Hot tub was also freezing.
3.5
I like the size of the room.
I did not like the fact that the hot water runs out and the rest of the family has to wait about 30 min for the water to become hot again. Some just had to go to the restaurant without a shower and that is not good.

1, Our bedroom ceiling was peeling off widely and it makes us unhappy.
2, The bathroom tile came off and there is a rattling noise every time we use the bathroom.
3.0
location is great! indoor pool area was great for the kids.
Front desk staff were not accomadating. We booked two units and were promised to be in the same building but then discovered upon arrival they were in 2 separate buildings…. check out is early- 10:00… and we’re denied an hour extention. front desk staff never answered the phone.
