Great B&B with great hosts.

Quaint knotted pine beams and floors. Chloe and Sean are great hosts. Excellent breakfast tailored to dietary requirements.

Situated on a very dark rural highway. The sign is hard to spot until you are right upon it.

Lovely gem just outside of Lenox

Lovely, special spot just outside of Lenox, MA. We came to see a performance at Jacob's Pillow and stayed one night. It is a wonderful area to explore with many excellent options for hiking, dining, and the arts/museums. This darling inn added to the charm with a well appointed room and delicious breakfast in the AM!

Exceptional

If you have plans anywhere near Chatham, then look no further. The Inn is absolutely lovely and so well managed. The property is beautiful and the setting magical. The room is very comfortable and well appointed. I unfortunately didn't have time for breakfast but it looked great and will plan better next time to enjoy that generous addition to the room rate. The reception area is open 24 hours with access to a nice selection of teas, coffee and snacks. Couldn't ask for more. I will certainly return!

Disappointing

Difficult to get in touch with the hotel over the phone. Nobody answered on multiple attempts and my message was not returned. The property is remotely located with no public transportation or uber. The hotel does not provide an option for free cancellation. I called the property before booking and was advised to rent a car. I booked and then it became clear that no cars are availbale as the return options are very limited in the area. There was no way for me to get there in the evening from Boston. I called the property to cancell the first night and told that free cancellation was dependent on booking.com through which I booked the hotel. I contacted booking.com who understood the problem, was ready to refund if the hotel would agree. They requested a free cancellation from the hotel and received a "no" based on policy that all bookings are non-refundable. Why has the owner not told it to me directly and made me go through the hoops of contacting booking.com, etc.? And sad that they did not want to be flexible. I ended up not coming due to thecancellation of the meeting, and the hotel refused to refund even the 2nd day. Disappointing.

Gorgeous views, amazing service, beautiful B&B

The common room was glorious! Breakfast options were perfect!

The grounds, the fire pit, the lighting on the fence leading you home at night. The linens!

Great stay

Sean and Chloe were wonderful to us and it really felt like at home. We sat at the living room at night and it felt very cozy. The place is cute and ideal to spend a quiet getaway weekend from the city. Recently renovated.

Not nearly worth the money.

Before arriving, we received a lengthy missive about how and how not to check-in, must be between 3-7, would cost extra before 3, special arrangements after 7, but upon arrival, no one to greet us, just a key in an envelope. For the high price, room was average size, breakfast buffet was meagre at best.

Chloe and Sean were awesome. Always making sure everything was just right.

Breakfast was delicious. Bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. Lots of hot water and shower pressure.

Exceptional

This was my second time staying at the Inn and again I was blown away. This time I was in a cottage room, last time I was in a sapling room. Both are equally gorgeous. Breakfast was amazing and they were very attentive to my dietary restrictions and had plenty of options for me. I love the fact that staying here feels like being home.
