This was perfect for my wife and I. It's within walking distance of many restaurants but still feels cozy and private. We were there to go to the national parks but we're going to go back for all of the other activities.

Great little place. Was perfect for my stay. Very clean and organized.

Our stay at the creekside cottage in Moab was great! Close access to Arches and Canyonlands, walkable distance to downtown Moab, and easy check-in/check-out. The house is adorable, but there are two things to clarify - the hot tub is communal (shared between three cottages), and the bugs are bad because it is located right next to a creek. We didn’t spend much time outside of the cottage for these two reasons, but in all honesty, we didn’t want to with all that we had planned in and around Moab. The Creekside Cottage was the perfect place to crash after a long day of hiking in the national parks.

Shaded! Easy to eat breakfast at the Moab diner next door. Having sheet to cover the bed and couch for our dog was great! . Very convenient to all of downtown

As far as the location, this was a great place, however this cottage could use come clean up. Whenever we arrived there were ants on the kitchen countertop and bugs on the ceilings that eventually fell in the bed. There were spiderwebs inside the cottage as well as the floors being dirty. The backyard sitting area needs to some pressure washing to it as there were many of spider webs, spider eggs waiting to hatch, and home to bees. The vegetation is out of control and could be unkept.

We loved this house! Perfect for a family of three.

Everything was great. The only thing is that the patio was really dirty. But that’s the only complaint we have!
4.5
Better than photos/ description. Really loved the deck, the sound of the stream nearby, access to town and park. Great place.

This is a cozy one bedroom in downtown Moab. It has on-street parking.
Downtown Moab is within walking distance and it is easy to ride your bike to the trail behind the house.
I would recommend staying here for a couple.

Loved the cabin and Moab as always

Comfortable and well located.

Creekside Guest Cottage was in a pristine location, it was close to shopping, dinning, and even the Riverwalk path. I definitely will stay here again if there is availability. Parking was on street but we never had an issue with the street being full. The cottage was big enough for 2 adults and a kid. We had a great time while we stayed here. This place is a hidden gem!
4.5
It is a very quiet location with all the items you may need.

Nice hot tub. In the heart of Moab and could walk to park and thru woods. Right off the bike path. Clean and friendly feel.

This little guest house is right in the middle of downtown Moab, adjacent to the great little Moab Diner and other attractions. Because it's on the creekside, its actually very tranquil and private given it's location in the middle of town! I wouldn't hesitate to visit again!

Nice clean cottage right off the busy main street of moab. As mentioned, there were a few elm bugs, and some bees on the back deck, but the bed is comfortable and the wifi works well as well as the basics needed for the kitchen. It’s within walking distance of the shops, grocery and restaurants.

Location is great, check in and check out were flawless. Very clean and as advertised. Will stay here again, and definitely recommend.

Lovef the location of this little cottage. Right in town so we could walk to restaurants and right on the creek and dog walking trail that runs through town. Perfect for our 2 dogs
Only negative was issue with TV pulling in channels for downtime in the evening but Internet and wifi worked great so I just plugged in my personal fire stick and was good to go for the hr ncaa playoffs.

We loved the home, enjoyed the hot tub by the creek, and were glad we could walk to dinner easily each night.

Enjoed the property location and setup. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Easy drive to Arches and Canyon Lands.

Perfect location to visit both Canyonlands and the Arches National Park! Comfortable, cozy and clean!
4.5
Well maintained, very convenient to downtown and surprisingly very private.

This cottage is a little gem just one block off the Main Street. Private, quiet, charming and cozy and super close to everything downtown and within 25 miles of all of the major national and state parks. We were off season and it was just wonderful!

Spectacular stay with the exception of the dryer not working since 11/23. We had planned on laundry during our trip. Also leaving shoes outside as required it snowed and they got wet with no way to dry them.

This was a cute cottage right on the creek. Loved it!

We had a wonderful 2 night stay. Everything was so organized. Extremely clean. Great setting. Anything we needed was provided in the rental. I would definitely recommend.

The design of the cottage is very thoughtful and cozy. The location is perfect - within walking distance of shops, restaurants and trails and still peaceful.

We loved this cottage. It was cute, comfortable and in a perfect location. We plan to return annually.

This was walking distance to everything. View of creek was nice.

This cottage is right next to a creek and a walking path. It is conveniently located near to downtown shops, restaurants, and the city market. And it's in Moab! What more could you want?

I loved the decor and the location close to the main strip in Moab. However, the motel across the street isn't what I would choose as a solo woman traveler and the creek isn't exactly quiet and secluded! Vacasa was great about working around a problem with the keycode and otherwise it was good for a short stay. The neighbors are really nearby and the one next to me was smoking outside our front doors, so I don't know if I would recommend it to another solo woman. Otherwise a stepstool would be great for shorter guests to reach the kitchenware! Thanks for a good stay.

This little casita is built like an add-on to the house but completely separate. We parked on the road right in front of the casita. When we needed to load or unload, we did it on the driveway. Very nice and quiet place. Beautiful view of the Pine Valley Mountains from the house. We used the microwave and fridge for our meals without issue. The lights flickered quite a bit when the microwave and AC were running. The closet beside the bathroom was perfect. Might add a night stand on the right side of the bed. Lovely place. The drive to Zion National Park was beautiful! Will recommend. Thank you!!!

We have never stayed anywhere other than a hotel and we were very pleased! It was clean, so cute and cozy and decently priced! I saw in a previous review when you first get there is smells a bit odd, but we opened the windows and it went away! No issues after that even when we had them closed.

Very comfortable beds. Location ideal for town and nature. Windows/light well designed. Thank you

The cottage was in a great location for traveling to Arches and Canyonlands. It is a block off Main street with easy access to restaurants and groceries.
The cottage was clean and very well furnished with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and area quiet for great sleeping after days of hiking.
I think there was some recent flooding in the area with some down brush around the porch and slight musty smell inside. The smell quickly went away when we opened the windows when retuning from the day.
Would recommend staying at the property to others.

A oasis in the middle of Moab, shady quiet.
