Joanne’s house was a great getaway for a last minute girls trip that we decided to take at the end of high season. The house is conveniently located in Hyannis to get to the beach, Main St. shopping/restaurants, and the harbor. Easy to get around all over the cape too for a quick day trip to Chatham, etc.. The house is very clean and comfortable. The back patio was a nice place to relax and hang out during the day. We had brought our main comforts from home but if you are looking for a fully loaded house, this place has it. Bathrooms and kitchen were pretty well stocked with essentials. There was a ton of stuff for the beach and kids stuff available too if needed. All in all, it was a nice relaxing week away with the gals and I would definitely book again in the future. Thank you Joanne!

Jo's house is wonderfully located and fully provisioned.
Not only was the house perfect for our family, but the house had everything we could need travelling with small kids: bed rails, a high chair, toys, and even a stroller wagon. The beach access card was very useful and we were able to walk into the main part of Hyannis easily every day for dinner or dessert. We will definitely stay here again next time we go back to the cape.
We especially loved the cozy back patio and the outdoor shower. This house was a real gem!

Great place that is centrally located. This home was very enjoyable, clean, and accommodated me, my spouse, mother in law, and 3 kids. We definitely enjoyed ourselves and felt comfortable.

Jo's house was perfect for our family, The house is in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from one beach and a short drive from a number of other beaches. While we didn't spend a lot of time at the house, our boys loved the pool table and all the other activities available at the house. Unlike other places we've stayed, we didn't have to bring anything for the beach. Jo has everything you'll need. The house is clean and the beds are nice. It really has everything, and we'll come back for sure.

The house has a fabulous yard and the dining table is perfect for a family. There are a ton of toys (probably too many) which keep kids amused. The kitchen is small and could use some organization. Otherwise the place was great. A tremendous amount of supplies. Walking distance to the beach is great

This house is wonderful for families looking to get away. The house comes with everything you need for the beach and so many toys and games for the whole family. We appreciated the mid-week cleaning service and the early check-in. We highly recommend this house.

This property and the hosts are amazing! The house was spotless clean, fully stocked with everything you may need including paper towels, toilet paper, soap, coffee, clean Webber grill with a full tank of gas etc. It had everything you need for the beach! The locations is superb and a walking distance to two beautiful beaches and under 10 min drive to several others. Hyannis Main St is just a short walk away and has so many options to dine out!
It was a wonderful week with our family at this house and we are looking forward coming back here again next year!

Everything about the house is wonderful: comfortable, beautiful, kid friendly, nice yard , perfect location, full of supplies. The communication with the house owner is good. Jo promptly responded to our questions and helped us to navigate around the house and surrounded areas.

Went just after Labor Day and the place was a dream. A little ways from Hyannis proper, a few blocks from a beach. It felt really centrally located for day trips all over.
House cleaner came twice a week to refresh supplies and tidy. The kitchen was well-stocked, the basement was a parent's dream. Being our first family trip, we overpacked for this house. The crib, toys, and high chair meant that we really could have left a substantial amount of stuff at home.
The living room TV was massive. Lots of room to sit around after walking around small towns. So much great light. Felt very private while also not being too far from folks.
I can't say enough great things about the place. We loved it and hope to return next year. Wow!

This was the best stocked house we’ve ever stayed at, and we travel a lot! The owner has thought of everything you need for kids(babies and older). There are games and books, beach necessities, it was amazing . The house was very clean, cute, great yard. The owner was very responsive when I did have a question and included lists of local places to visit, maps, etc. My kids already want to go back.

Super Host
Host was responsive to all questions and provided extensive information about the area. Host went above and beyond in providing all the items you would typically purchase yourself (toilet paper, tissues, toiletries etc) Provided complimentary coffee for your stay. Could not ask for anything more from a host.

Great time at a fantastic house.
This rental couldn't have been better for us. The house is stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. We enjoyed quick strolls to the local beach and we also loved the beach pass voucher that let us go explore other beautiful town beaches. We even overlooked the fact that the BBQ grill cover has the Red Sox logo, being Yankee fans. It was very close to downtown Hyannis, grocery stores, Martha’s Vineyard/Nantucket ferries. The next town over has the Cape Cod rail trail for some nice bike trails. Joanne the homeowner was assessable and helpful with everything.

A cozy cape close to the beach
This house is charming and Joanne, the owner, is so hospitable. She literally thought of everything. We felt so welcomed and right at home. The children had everything imaginable to do and to play. They spent every evening outside playing badminton or in the basement shooting pool. The beach is just a short walk away and the house had everything we needed for our family of 8, from comfy chairs to coolers and beach wagons, to sand toys for our little one. The house was a little snug, especially around mealtime, but, we ate outdoors at the large picnic table and chairs on the patio. We had a lovely stay.

wonderful family house
Perfect for family with younger children! My 18 month old grandson LOVED the basement full of toys. Large fenced in yard with more toys. And the fisher price wagon that we used to pull him to the beach was a big hit. Quiet neighborhood. Unexpected touch was the newspaper delivered daily! Spotless inside! House really does have everything you need. Well equipped kitchen including rice maker! Very comfortable furniture. Large picnic table outside.
We did bring our own pack and play (there is a crib, & toddler bed upstairs), and it easily fit between the twin beds on the first floor. Each bathroom has a tub, but we couldn't get the drain stopper to work in the first floor tub so bath time was at the upstairs bathroom. Outside shower was also convenient and worked great!
Walked to Keyes beach and used the parking pass at Craigville beach. Walk to ferry, about 3/4 mile.
I can not think of a single item we needed and didn't find at the house! Perfect house, perfect location, and not sure how Joanne arraigned it, but we also had perfect weather!

Perfect house with everything needed
We had two families stay here in July and couldn't have been more pleased. Each family had two boys under the age of 5 and they were non-stop the entire time as there was so much for them to do. The house was perfectly equipped with everything needed so it was nice to not have to pack as much. There was tons of toys for the kids and the stroller availability was nice to have as well as the umbrellas and chairs for the beach. The parking pass was provided but you can easily get to the beach in ten minutes on foot. The outdoor shower was awesome and utilized all week. The water was hot and the pressure was great. Beds were comfortable and there's an AC in every room. House and landscaping is well maintained and sits on a quiet street. We lucked out and had PERFECT weather all week were there. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

Lovely house, great location, really does have everything...
What a great vacation home to stay at - as first time visitors to the Cape, this place was ideal. Hyannis is central, the house is very close to the beach, Main St and the harbor and when Joanne says it has everything, she's right - from the games, pool table, beach chairs, and beach parking pass to the plentiful beds and outdoor seating.
Thank you for sharing this gem of a house.

Great house with everything you need
This was a perfect house for our stay. our group consisted of 2 families with 3 little ones between us and they had everything you could think of to keep them entertained. The master bedroom is HUGE and the outdoor patio was great to spend our evenings and grill out. It is close to Hyannis main st and you can walk to the beach. Joanne was great in providing us all the information and we truly did not need to carry much for our stay. My one small complaint would be the small kitchen area. We also would have loved some basic supplies like sugar, coffee etc. But honestly because the weather was great throughout, we spent quite a bit of time outside and got all the grocery supplies needed from the many stores nearby! Overall a great stay and will definitely be back again.

Spacious, clean, well stocked, comfortable, and conveniently located!
This property was perfect for our needs! We had six adults and a two-year old and we had plenty of room. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. The beaches are close and so is downtown Hyannis. The house is on a large lot with a lovely patio on a quiet street. We had a wonderful time and we highly recommend this rental.

Cozy Cape Cod on Cae Cod
Just large enough. Needed the outdoor space for our family of six. Without rain and lots of beach time, we were mostly away from the house.
Wednesday cleaning was a welcome surprise.
Could not get HP Wireless printer to work. Perhaps it is not set up yet.

charming house and location, clean, quiet, perfect for children,
We loved our stay. Hyannis is also a great hub with plenty of beaches around (Craigville, Veterans, Keyes), a very nice port where all feries depart from, a cute Main Street with shops, restaurants, pizzeria and ice cream parlours. We also explored out surrounding taking short trips to Sandy Beach, Chatham, etc. The house itself is cleaned twice a week, and the owner provides a landlord pass to access all the beaches around (otherwise it's $20 each time for parking). Plenty of toys for kids, BBQ. And worst kept secret: the water on Nantucket Sound is 10 degrees F warmer than anywhere else on Cape Cod. Highly recommend it.

Well maintained house in great location!
We stayed for a week in this house. It was walking distance to a beach, short driving distance to a number of others. We were able to find one we loved that was a 10 minute walk from the house. Easy walk to Main street Hyannis with all the shops and restaurants and close to the marina which the kids loved. House fully stocked with towels, dishes, soap, laundry detergent, etc. I just bought food and then it was just like home. Never heard the kids say they were bored with all the toys and games! The backyard included a great deck set with a grill and an outdoor shower which the whole family loved. Yard was fenced in so that was a plus as well. The owners really thought of everything to make it enjoyable. We had a wonderful time.

Perfect Rental for Families with Infants or Teenagers
Grand Dad and Mimi, daughter and son-in law, and 17-month old grandson had a great stay at this Perfect Vacation Home last week. We live in Florida and wanted to take a family vacation to Cape Cod and other surrounding historical landmarks before the Beach Season began. House was perfect for us. Hyannis has to be the most centrally located place to stay on Cape Cod as easy to get to Woods Hole on one end and Provincetown on the other. House is centrally located for all activities in and around Hyannis. Ferries are short driving distance away, although would suggest going to Woods Hole to catch ferry for Martha's Vineyard to save $56 Roundtrip per person. We were overwhelmed by the way this house had everything we needed to make our stay a most wonderful family vacation. Each bedroom and the living room has a TV and DVD player and there are more movies available for all ages than one can see in a week. Having a crib for our grandson was such a convenience. There are so many toys for all ages that its hard to believe. The basement is an entertainment mecca with pool table that converts to ping pong. Our grandson had a blast. He especially loved running around in the fenced in yard and playing on the slide. The patio grill works great. We mostly ate breakfast and half our dinners at home. You will be glad you rented this house....we are!!!!

Perfect Getaway - just bring yourselves!
3 generations of my family enjoyed this phenomenal house last summer. We loved strolling to the nearby beach with the house-supplied wagon, umbrellas, chairs and towels), playing on the multiple climbers in the yard, grilling on the patio, and playing a game of pool after putting our daughter to bed. This house is incredibly well-stocked for families with books, games, toys, dvds, bed-options (cribs and toddler beds, oh-my!), full pantry, etc. that it really provides a turn-key vacation. It's also ideally located in that you can walk to just about everything nearby but with plenty of parking if you want to drive or take trips to other towns. I can't recommend this house enough!

Great for kids!
We had a wonderful four days at the house in Hyannis! It was great for our son who is 19 months old! The owners thought of everything for babies and kids! There were lots of toys for inside and outside, including three climbing toys in the yard.
The location is great as well! It is about a three block walk to the beach, and about a mile to town where there are lots of restaurants and shops and boats.
We did a day trip to Martha's Vineyard by taking the high speed ferry. Once there, we rented bikes and rode to another small town to get lunch. It was probably the favorite part of our trip!
If you have kids, this house is perfect!
