The house was very spacious, with lots of indoor and outdoor options for relaxation and fun. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds were all very comfortable and air conditioning was adjustable in each bedroom, which was great since the 3rd story bedroom needs a little more air than the lower levels. The neighborhood is quiet, and as advertised, just a short walk from the beach. We enjoyed the separate biking/walking/running lanes that connect the house to much of the town.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was absolutely spotless. There was plenty of room for three single adults to spread out. We each had our own bedroom, there were two decks and a screened in porch. The house was on a quiet street, which ended with a beautiful beach. The host provided fun games which came in handy rainy evening. They were also bikes and beach chairs available. The only thing I would alert future guests to, is there are skylights in the bedrooms which let in early morning light, so if that bothers you, I would bring a blindfold
6.0 / 10.0
This house is in a fantastic location only a block from a protected bay and beach. The setting is on a quiet residential street within walking distance of Hyannis Port and Main Street shops. This three-story home has ample parking, an upscale kitchen, a large deck with a BBQ, and deck seating.
Our group consisted of two mature couples who travel together every year and typically use sites like VRBO to rent a home. There were several issues that affected our stay. The first was a lack of proper window coverings. There are large uncovered skylights and thin bamboo shades allowing sunlight to stream in at dawn each day making it impossible to sleep past about 5:30 am. Bathrooms: The two bathrooms are on different floors (all the bedrooms are upstairs) so we drew straws to see which of us got the upstairs bathroom. For some, these may only be minor concerns, but adding window coverings (and replacing the flimsy, prone-to-sticking bathroom door) would have made this stay a five-star for us.
BTW-Evolve manages this property and sent us information links by text, but neither link actually worked. The rep eventslly responded back at 11:30 pm. Luckily, we also had an email with the necessary information.

The house was down the block from the beach on a quiet street. It was clean and had everything we needed. The owner/manager was very responsive! I would definitely stay there again.

Great location: easy walk to beach and Hyannis center. House was immaculate, very spacious and located on a very private lot. Wonderful deck and balcony. Big kitchen, comfortable with air conditioning in almost every room. Unfortunately, bathroom window did not open so hot and humid, sliding door is very difficult to open/close for privacy. No extra amenities. Kitchen could use aluminum foil / plastic wrap, salt/pepper. No facial tissues, extra soap.

Did not disappoint
House was beautiful and the location was perfect! I loved the trees around the property made it feel very private. It was a minute or so walk to the beach at the end of a dead-end street. I would rent this property again.

Great Location-close to beach
This property is a few items short of being a 5 star place. Super clean, private and comfortable, it is located just a 2 minute walk down a quiet road to the beach with great views of the local ferries, small harbor and Kennedy compound. Interior is very nice and comfortable. But could use a little TLC. Bathroom needs the paint to be finished, exterior paint is peeling and the deck has some squishy, rotted spots in the corner. I'm lucky that I like a firm mattress since they are about as firm as you can get (futon-like) Kitchen is well appointed with a nice layout. Overall I gave it a 4, but with a little TLC it would easily rate a 5.

Owner was wonderful
The owner of this property was wonderful. He made an extra trip to make sure we had everything we needed and added a bottle of wine as well. The location is perfect . Steps to the beach and you can walk to restaurants and a very short drive to the ferries to Nantucket snd Martha’s Vineyard

Winter Get Away
We had a nice time over a long winter weekend playing games by the fire, walking along the snow covered beach, and getting take out from a pub in town. Plenty of space to spread out, I bet it is lovely in summer!

Excellent location, great for family vacation
We booked the house for a family vacation and it was wonderful. it is literally a 3 minute walk to the beach on a side road. It is close to Main Street (we drove) but it could be a nice bike ride or long walk. There were amenities that were not in the description such as an outdoor shower, beach chairs and toys, even a couple of bikes. All appliance except for the stove were up to date. We would recommend updating the stove top and a couple of the bar chairs on the deck. AC was in every room with their own controls. We would definitely recommend. Thank you for helping make our family vacation a memorable one!

Excellent location
Rented the property for a 3 day girls weekend to celebrate a birthday. There were 7 of us and the size and layout was perfect. Home is at the top of a short hill that dead ends to Keyes Memorial Beach. 1-1.5 miles from Main Street Hyannis and the Ferry pier so you can walk or bike pretty much anywhere. Recommend Black Cat Tavern for dinner and ferry to Martha's Vineyard for a nice day out. Home is exactly as described. Linens are provided but they are well worn, I would recommend bring your own. Kitchen is pretty well equipped and a very new looking Weber grill on the main deck but we did not use it. Great place for hanging outside with a large deck and seating. Several beach chairs and 1 beach carts are there.

Great large house
We had 3 families in this house and still had room for more! 3 min walk to beach we all loved the house

Had a great time with the family
The property was spacious and comfortable. The two bathrooms and the amount of rooms were very convenient. The only downside for my family was that the bedrooms were in the second floor. It makes it difficult for a senior with some medical conditions to use the stairs. Other than that, it was a very private and relaxing home.

House could use some fixes
There was basically no communication with the owner which was frustrating and the house really could use some repairs. Location was nice

Great house in Hyannis
We really enjoyed our stay! We were walking distance from a quiet beach and walking distance to downtown Hyannis. The house had everything we needed, the accommodations worked perfectly for our family.

Needs Some TLC/ Finishing Touches
A number of issues:
Beds had no top sheets- completely unacceptable
Skylights in bedrooms had no shades so up with the sun
Need starter items for house on checkin - bar of soap, paper
towels, etc.
House needs TLC-outside paint peeling, moss on the patio, weeds on the brick walks/ steps, etc
Janeen (prop. mgr.) was excellent- helpful and friendly,
House is in great location- close to beach & town.
Second bath comes off the kitchen- poor location
AC worked great
Beach chairs & toys were a help..

Hyannis family vacation
We stayed at this house in Hyannis for two full weeks. During the vacation, our family was able to visit with us whenever they wished for as long as they wished. The living area allowed everyone space to pursue whatever: cards, internet, reading, cooking, tv. Each couple or individual also had their own bed and or room.
It was a very humid time on the cape. Every room is equipped with AC. Set it at the temp you like! Come home from the convenient beach to a cool house!
The location is ideal. Walk to the ferry, Main Street, or just walk. Level streets on all sides. The beach is an easy 2 minute walk. And although this is not a beautiful cape beach, it is safe and convenient. There is plenty to see with the continuous ferry traffic and wind surfers and sailing.

An unbelievable vacation retreat/hideaway!!!
We loved our stay in this amazing Hyannis home. The home is wonderful, complete with a large eat-in kitchen and amazingly private front yard and deck for dining. Add that the beach is just about 500-600 feet away, well, what's not to love!!

Incredible Home
I cannot write enough great things about this home. It is as advertised! Our family of 10 had plenty of space and the home is beautifully done. We were able to walk a block to the beach. The home is conveniently located to local attractions and restaurants. We had a few glitches, but the management contact, Rick, was easy to contact and quick to respond. Thanks for helping to make our family vacation such a success!!!
