Our family traveled from Georgia and absolutely loved the property! The house was perfect to meet our needs and well stocked and CLEAN! The neighborhood was clean and quiet and absolutely wonderful!

I can not say enough good things about this property, home was everything and more but the outside omg, we didn’t have to go anywhere, the little downhill behind the home was perfect for sledding, we were suppose to stay for the weekend but got stuck in the snow and host was more than amazing, they kept us updated with road conditions and asked if we wanted to stay another night, we didn’t think it would be as bad but it was. They quickly assisted and we were able to stay another night and enjoy the snow some more. House has everything, fireplace heats up very quickly, we all loved it and even weeks later still talk about it. We will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Cannot recommend
5 night rental, left after one night. TV cable did not work, filthy rear deck furniture, yard overgrown, neighbor with scattered junk, welcome book stated “if you need fans (it was warm) go to Dollar Store & will reimburse.” Huge disappointment, inconvenience and would not recommend.

Great location
Great location and house. We loved our stay and the property managers were very responsive. The only feedback I would give is the items like linens and towels seemed old and there were not a lot of extras. This is minor. We loved our stay and would go back.

Overall the house it’s self was decent,it definitely needs a little TLC..when I arrived at 9pm there was absolutely no lighting on outside, being in the woods and unfamiliar area,I was a little bit on the Leary side and wasn’t sure how to get to the front door where the lock box was,I had to call to have some light bulbs replaced, and then the very most important thing was, there where not 1 Fire alarm in the house,a carbon dioxide alarm was in use only..Very Comfortable and quiet but just needs some attention to the important things

.TERRIBLE
.As soon as we arrived I called the agent to let them know that the carpet and rugs were dirty, they offered to send someone to clean but I declined and told them to do it after we leave, they said ok, but after we left THEY CHARGED ME the cleaning. They are not to be trusted, I have already put the word about them in my community, social media, etc.

Nature and convenience-best of both worlds
The house has a great layout. The garage provides convenient parking. The location is 10 minutes from downtown NAU and restaurants. There are comfortable beds with ample linens and towels.
Great place to stay for some R&R.

Wonderful,spacious, forested retreat
Perfect place to celebrate our 4 generation Christmas! All the comforts of home: well equipped kitchen, clean and welcoming, plenty of room for kids and adults to relax. Appreciated the holiday “touches” throughout the living areas. Woke up to gently falling snow on Christmas morning, and kids were able to enjoy sledding. A memorable Christmas for all. Thanks Eric and Molly for the use of this beautiful home. We made many memories this week.

Very comfortable house.
Enjoyed the interior of the house very much. It is comfortable, well appointed, exactly as pictured. The house was spotless and the kitchen well equipped; the only item I did not find was a can opener, but no problem, I brought back a can of tuna ;o). The beds were comfortable and there is plenty of closet space. This is a great location for anyone looking for easy access to Flagstaff, Sedona, the Grand Canyon and everything in between. Hiking and walking trails abound. Be aware, no cell service from inside the house but the internet worked well.
Thank you for the prompt refund of our deposit.
The only disappointment is the exterior. Maybe after renovating the interior, the exterior is next? Our first impression: we were at the wrong house. It looks abandoned because of the overgrown front lawn (not sure lawn is the right word) and although seating is provided on the front and back porches, there is no view to "enjoy" unless you want to look at the neighbors (in front) and look up at the very near hill (in back).

Cleanest House In Flagstaff!
Upon arrival to this home I was a little bummed that the yard was such a weedy mess! On the front porch there was some chipped paint on the porch rails...BUT when I opened the front door to this home, the inside was absolutely immaculate! Pine look flooring throughout bottom story and carpet upstairs. Not the most up to date decor but it was clean and VERY functional. Everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. It's also well insulated because it was almost too warm during our 30+ degree weather while we were there. The backyard had beautiful pine trees and a series of rocks up the hill that were very picturesque!!

Shabby chic
Nice property priced low but could use some maintenance. Living room furniture was worn out and miserable to sit on. No directions to fireplace were included. Otherwise clean and comfortable. Property manager responded promptly when rain washed out the gravel driveway. Arabic wall hanging and multiple copies of the Quran were a bit off-putting. Would probably not stay here again.

Nice country home for a short stay in Flagstaff
We enjoyed our stay in this home. It was peaceful and comfortable. It is as pictured. The realtor/owners were responsive and kind. The interior was clean. The porches could have been cleaner but I understand how difficult that can be with large pines around. The king size bed was a little tired as well. The pantry was well stocked with spices, etc. I couldn't give it 5 stars but I would stay again.

Best combo location, quality and price
We rent a lot of cabins. Sometimes we splurge and sometimes we budget. We rented this cabin because of budget. It was the best combo location, quality and price. You will be pressed to find a better deal in the area for this size home.
We liked…
Location is super because it is not crammed in with other cabins. It’s a bit elevated giving a better view.
Owner Molly has excellent communication. She responds quickly and is very cordial and welcoming.
Cabin was VERY clean inside. The home is older and everything is dated but the water fixtures shine like new with no hard water spots. There was no dust to be seen.
Family room and dining rooms are very comfortable with terrific views of mostly forest.
Master Suite is vaulted with a walk-in closet and a soaking tub and a separate shower.
Front porch has a great view and a good spot to sit and read even in the rain.
Cabin is generally well stocked including makeup pads and Q-tips.
Garage has parking for 2 with extra room.
Bedroom and bathroom setup good for sharing. Shared walls buffered by closets and bathrooms.
Could be better…
Yards were natural but unkept. Laying around the back were a shovel, sock, water bottle, ladder, bits of trash and unswept deck. The front is quite overgrown attracting plenty of insects.
Driveway had chunky debris from a recent flood. It was awkward to walk on and I did not want to drive my new street tires over it, so I swept it off first.
Decor seems overlooked. An odd combo of Christmas meets the Quran in August.
Could be more outside seating. 2 weathered chairs in back and 2 in front.
Most kitchen pots and pans are tired with worn non-stick coatings.
No table lamps in the secondary bedrooms.
Bottom Line: It would not take much time or money to move this to 5 stars for us. Would we rent this cabin again? Yes, if were focused on budget. We would also consider Molly’s other rentals.

Perfect!
After spending 3 days in Phoenix where it was 110 degrees plus, checking into this house was just what the doctor ordered. Quiet, comfortable, and within driving distance of so many interesting places to visit!

Peaceful and homey!
The house is wonderful. Very roomy and in a quiet neighborhood. We would recommend this home to stay in if you want to be centrally located to do lots of activities in the area.

Great home base to return to after enjoying the many sights in and around the Flagstaff area. Would definitely recommend this home for your stay. It is truly a home away from home.

Great Location and Good Value
I stumbled across this home while doing a wider search for the Flagstaff area. I was looking for a 2 bedroom rental but expanded my search and found this beautiful 3 bedroom home in the same price range.
On the map it looks like it is way outside of town, but it actually is a short 10 minute drive into Flagstaff. It's also handy having a gas station and Dollar General right in the neighborhood.
The outside of the home looks weather beaten but once you open the door you find a gorgeous home with hardwood floors, a nice living room with gas fireplace and large screen TV, a large kitchen, a breakfast area and a more formal dining area. Upstairs the rooms are nicely furnished and the bathrooms are great. There is a large front porch with great views of the stars at night. The home is set on a hillside with only one house nearby. It is a very quiet area, great for relaxing.
Before arriving, we stopped at a store to stock up essentials for our stay, but when we checked in to the house, nearly everything we had purchased was already there in the pantry. It was a quick drive to Dollar General for anything we couldn't find. Molly was quick to answer any questions and her office is right in the neighborhood as well.
It made a good home base as we explored Sedona, The Grand Canyon, The Petrified Forest National Park, and Out of Africa Wildlife Park. This is a great home for a family or small group retreat. This was a good value for the area.

Perfect getaway
Eric and Molly were excellent and very helpful throughout the trip. The cabin it’s self was great, all of our guests thoroughly enjoyed it. This is certainly going to be our go-to place when we’re looking to get away for the weekend.
