About this house rental
Elegant townhouse, very well appointed with excellent high-end furnishings on Providenciales (Provo), part of the “beautiful by nature” Turks and Caicos Islands with 230 miles of pristine white, sandy beaches and turquoise water.
The house sits alongside the 18th fairway on the well maintained 18-hole championship golf course-- twice host of the Caribbean Amateur Open.
Blue skies and sunshine, panoramic views and tropical breezes all await you at Provo golf course, where the Club House is two or three minutes’ walk from the house.
Depending upon the time of year, the Course opens from 8 AM, and the Club House serves breakfast, lunch and dinner from the open, shaded terrace and lounge with panoramic views of the golf course.
The stunning Grace Bay beach, named in the World Traveler awards as “world’s leading beach” – is five minutes away. Words cannot express how beautiful this beach is--- on a good day it would be impossible to paint the colour of the ultramarine water, which is a pure delight to swim in.
The house is part of a small complex with its own well appointed, large, quiet, communal pool just a few steps away.
Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and there is a down stairs toilet. One bedroom has a queen double bed and the other two twin beds.
The kitchen is well equipped, with the usual amenities to keep the chores to a minimum, including full cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer etc.
Getting there is easy. American Airlines have two or three daily non-stop flights from Miami, and a daily flight from New York. There are also flights from Dallas, Charlotte, Philadelphia and Boston. Delta fly in from Atlanta, and Jet Blue daily (depending on the season).
Air Canada have two direct flights from Toronto, and there are direct flights on a Sunday from London on British Airways, or alternatively any day of the week in to Miami with a connecting flight to Providenciales.
The Turks and Caicos Islands are a group of spectacular islands offering tranquility, beauty, wonderful diving, snorkeling and just about every conceivable water sport. Combined with this is the golf course which is always very well maintained, has an abundance of wildlife and where water is a regular feature to test your playing skills. The golf course also has facilities for tennis.
Dining out is a true culinary journey with first-class cuisine. There are a large number of excellent restaurants to choose from, and because of the size of Providenciales everywhere is near to hand.
The island also has good medical facilities. A new hospital was recently built which is very well equipped.
In short, a truly tropical paradise to enjoy, whether it is island hopping or staying on Providenciales.
A wonderful, healthy climate, where the only caution is to beware of the sun and bring plenty of lotion.
Although TCI is ideal for those who wish to unwind and recharge their batteries, there is nightlife of a sort, including casinos, a multiplex cinema and evening entertainment in most of the luxury hotels which are open to the casual visitor.

We were a group of 4 on a winter getaway and couldn't have asked for a better setting and location. Thank you to our host Patrick! The house was clean, comfortable and provided many amenities. The pool area was a bonus and we prefer to grill meals when we can so the outdoor grill was another bonus as dining out can be expensive. If you love the beach or golfing, both venues are walking distance from the house. Can also walk to restaurants and shops. The closest beach to the house is beautiful and relaxing.
Worth renting a car so you can explore the spectacular pearls this island has to offer.

We stayed for 12 days over Christmas 2023. The house is in a small quiet enclave next to the golf course. It has a well equipped kitchen and nice dining area and a comfortable lounge with a terrace ( enclosed with mosquito netting).
There are two generous bedrooms with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms.
It’s a 10 minute walk to Grace bay beach and the cafe there . We preferred long bay beach, but that is a personal preference.
I would recommend this property as a lovely, affordable place to stay on the island ( which can get very expensive otherwise).
For noise sensitive people, there is noise from the green keepers early in the morning taking care of the golf course behind the house and occasionally you can hear the leeward highway , but nothing major.

This cozy town home is in the best location. We were minutes away from the beach and just a few steps from the pool and golf course. I would definitely recommend this to place to other family and friends who wish to visit Turks & Caicos Island.

Love this property! This property is very clean, well stocked kitchen and we ate at the enclosed patio every morning. There is also BBQ which came in handy. We appreciate that there were beach chairs and umbrella and some beach toys that we took with us everywhere. We booked this place due to the proximity of Grace Bay, pool and golf course. But we didn’t spend much time in Grace Bay, didn’t use the pool and didn’t play golf during our stay. We would recommend you rent a car so you can venture out to other parts of the island. Grocery stores are nearby. We took day trip to Middle and North Caicos - spectacular view of Mudgin Harbour. Wished we stayed overnight.
The host was quick to answer email and very pleasant. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home.

Great location, close to golfing, stunning Grace Bay beach, and diving. The backyard pool was a very nice place to read a book with morning coffee. Very close to great restaurants, we loved Cocovan. Patrick was able to accommodate early check-in and late check-out on short notice, which was much appreciated. Bit low on basic provisions, would recommend picking up some extra toilet paper, cooking oil, and salt / pepper when you're in town. Would stay here again!

Everything about Patrick´s place was great from the very beginning. I booked this unit about 8 months out and Patrick was extremely responsive to all of our questions. The place itself really cannot be beaten. If you are a golfer, it is right on the 18th hole of a beautiful golf course with clubs available at the house. Great space, two bedrooms with comfortable beds. The chairs, pool, cooler, and grill are all things we look for and they were in great condition. We look forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you again!!

Amazing location, very clean and a lot of space for family of 4. Very quiet away from all the noise on the main strip bit very close to it.

The proximity to the fantastic Provo Golf Club couldn't be better. There was unlimited golf for a week and my son was in heaven! The pool was steps away and the condo has everything a vacationer would need. Great stay!

A friend of mine and I had a wonderful stay at this quiet, but close to everything, property. The property itself was very clean and had everything needed; it also looks much nicer in person as the quality of the photos do not do it justice. Beach access with a rented car was super convenient as well as restaurants, grocery store etc. I would absolutely stay here again! While staying right on Grace Bay would be nice, it is crazy expensive and I just don't like the crowds and resort vibe most seem to enjoy. The closest beach access (2-3 mins in car max) was perfect - beautiful part of Grace Bay and not much of a walk on the beach to fins a perfect spot away from the crowds. I am so happy I stayed here. I dod not have to contact the owner for any reason, but the directions/guide they sent upon booking was super helpful and accurate.

Amazing stay !!
Our family of 4 stayed in this gorgeous townhouse for 9 days and our stay could not have been better! The townhouse itself was absolutely perfect in every way -- comfortable, super clean, and the location was outstanding. It's a short drive from the restaurants and shopping of The Saltmills and from Grace Bay and Leeward Beaches and is located right on the golf course, with the greens and a community pool right outside the back door and the clubhouse and tennis courts a short 3 minute walk away. In the house, there was everything we needed, from beach towels and beach chairs to all the cooking amenities one could want. The beds were extremely comfortable (!) and the decor was lovely and tasteful that made us feel like we were at home. Patrick, the owner, was very responsive and easy to work with, and all the instructions we needed were provided ahead of time, including an on-island contact (which we did not need). If we come back to Provo (and we are definitely planning on it), we will absolutely be staying here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful property, would stay again
This was a very last minute booking due to a problem with another property. Patrick was a wonderful host with great communication and the property was excellent, very well located and very comfortable. It was great drinking coffee looking out on to the golf course and being close to all the amenities.

Great house on the Golf Course in Grace Bay
Our first visit to Turks and Caicos was a great experience. The house was located in a nice area of Grace Bay, a short distance to the beach. The amenities in the house were great, the kitchen was well equipped. Patrick did a great job communicating before and throughout our vacation and providing a lot of useful information. The pool was also very useful for our toddler when we were not at the beach. Grocery store, cafes, restaurants are a short drive away from the house. Overall, it was a super easy and laid back place and I would recommend to any couple or a family who is visiting TCI.

Great location
This is our second time visiting Turks and we found this location ideal for exploring the island. Close enough to restaurants and the smaller IGA (which had everything we needed) but away from the bustle of the main strip. The beach nearby is lovely, park at Ricki’s and if you walk east for a few minutes, you have stretches of grace bay to yourself.
The condo is comfortable, good wifi and the kitchen has all you need. Really nice neighbours who know the island well and will help with anything you need.
Try coco van for dinner it’s great! Also the neighbours suggested Mr Groupers and they were spot on. Best seafood we had while there though the ambiance and location are misleading.
We have small kids and the location is quiet and they loved the pool in the afternoons.
Hope to visit again one day and would stay at this property again.

Absolute Serenity
The unit was immaculate, steps to the pool and golf course! The added bonus is it being an end unit, the grounds are well cared for and quiet aside from the occasional golf cart. Grace Bay Beach access is a short stroll across the street, close to restaurants and 1.5 miles away from the super market.
Patrick and Rosa were perfect anything we needed was handled in record time.
I would highly recommend enjoying your stay at this condo!

Fantastic Condo
The property was immaculate and well located. The owner, Patrick, was great with suggestions for our stay and his instructions and recommendations were spot-on. The condo had many "small" touches that were greatly appreciated, like beach towels and beach chairs. Highly recommend.

Nice condo and good location
Family of 4 with 2 daughters 21 and 18 years old stayed for 6 nights at Patrick's condo. Condo was nice, well maintained and spacious, the area was safe, located in the premises of Provo Golf club, though we didn't play we loved the view in the back yard. My daughters used the pool in the back (20 yards from veranda) especially when coming from the beach. Condo is close to the Grace bay area a mile or so (my daughters ran several times). The closest beach is a couple of minutes with car. We used our rental car for all our trips and explored most of the island. Some areas that recommend visiting in addition to local area and Grace bay is the Blue Haven Marina market place (good coffee), Sapodilla bay beach and Taylor bay beach, stop at Las Brisas or Bugaloos for lunch/dinner, da Conch shack (South west), Turtle cove (Mango reef), Coral gardens (Somewhere restaurant) good for snorkeling, Smiths reef good for snorkeling, Mr Grouper restaurant, Hemingway's, Coco Bistro (a little touristy). On the way back to airport stop at Mr Grouper (2nd site 200 yards from the airport) relax and enjoy your last meal in T&C with a beautiful view of the airport and surrounding area. Good place to be back and hope Patrick will have this Condo available.

We had a great stay in Providenciales. The property was very clean and comfortable. We had plenty of room and the kitchen was well organized. The pool was literally right out back of the unit., and was a good size - never crowded. It was about a ten minute walk to the beach, which was beautiful. Never played golf, but the property is located on the 18th hole. The course was in great condition. Looking forward to visiting T and C again in the coming years.

Great Town House
Many thanks for the rental of your Provo town home. The facility was exactly as advertised on VRBO and was very clean upon arrival. The town home worked out well for my wife and I and we enjoyed our time on the island as always.

Great Golf Course Condo
Nice condo for family of 4 as a home base for exploring Provo. Close drive to both beach and downtown Grace Bay. We didn't golf but kids enjoyed the pool close by. Patrick was very responsive and gave us some good tips to navigate the island and things to do. thanks again!

Perfect place for family get away
My husband, two teenagers (16 and 14), and I a fabulous experience at Patrick’s condo. The location was perfect! We easily walked to the stunning beach just across the road. In the mornings, we enjoyed snorkeling at Coral gardens and then enjoyed coffee by the pool until the kids woke up. I highly recommend renting a car to explore the other parts of the island. The condo was very clean and spacious. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, which was perfect for my son and daughter. They also had their own bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and we ate most breakfast/lunches in and dinners out. My kids loved the frozen yogurt at Turkberry! The place was really quiet. Patrick was very responsive and we would happily stay there again!

Great Vacation!
This was our 1st time in TCI. Enjoyed everything about it. Our condo was perfectly located, clean, well appointed, comfortable & convenient to everything! The listing did not lie. The owner was pleasant & so easy to deal with. He answered all of our questions & made sure all of our needs were met. Beaches are beautiful and there are many great restaurants. The locals are friendly and extremely helpful. If you go...be sure to buy fresh fish from "the man in the red truck"...but get there early! You won't be disappointed! We look forward to returning. We definitely recommend this property. Thank you Patrick for being a great host! Bob & MA

Home Away from Home
Our family of 4 (2 adults & 2 young kids) stayed in the home for 9 days. It had everything we needed. The home is tastefully decorated, spacious, tranquil, comfortable, clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked. No detail/gadget/amenity was missed. It made cooking a meal very convenient especially when the kids were tired of eating out. It was also lovely to have use of a pool in your backyard. We always felt safe and noticed security doing their walk-about at night. The home is centrally located and is close to Grace Bay beach, the grocery store, and restaurants. Grace Bay beach was within walking distance, but we rented a car and drove because it was easier to transport the kiddies and the beach chairs/cooler. Having a car made it easy to explore other beautiful beaches/sites on the island and access the grocery store and restaurants. We highly recommend Sapodilla Bay beach in Chalk Sound for young kids which was shallow, warm, calm, absent of rocks/shells in the water and absolutely breathtaking. Only 15 mins away by car. Be sure to play the Provo golf course. It is a well-designed and beautifully manicured course. All and all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Provo in this home. The home owner was professional, accommodating and helpful. We will definitely be back.
Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

Great Place to Stay
We stayed for a week in February. Two adults and two teenagers -- we had plenty of room. You can walk to the beach, but if you have kids, a car is best to get around the island to check out all of the different beaches and restaurants. The condo is right near the pool, so that was nice to have coming back from the day at the beach and two full bathrooms is key when traveling with kids. Provo is absolutely breathtaking!

Amazing Place
The house is amazing, there is a good space, great location and full equipped. We loved the view to golf club, there is a nice pool near the house and an amazing beach, in my point of view is the best in Providenciales, is my second time there and this part of the beach is no so crowd, near to the restaurants, supermarket. Patrick help us a lot, his house its loved place with new furnitures and comfortable rooms.
100% of certain that we going to go back. Don't lose time and money stay here and enjoy.

Accomodating and Relaxing!
A very desirable and safe retreat to stay on a beautiful golf course. We had a family of 4 with a17 yr old and a 20 yr old. The townhouse was very comfortable, clean and fully stocked! It it so reasonably priced to stay on such a beautiful and expensive Island. We ate breakfast in, sometimes packed a lunch and ate dinner out all but one night. Patrick was amazing to deal with all through the reservation process and got back to us immediately. Carla on the Island helped us with a few minor things, again very quick to respond and accommodating. We didn't get a chance to eat at the Golf Club but will try next time. A few of our favorite places to eat were: Infiniti, Hemingways, Somewhere, Boogaloos, Tiki Hut, Mango Reef, Las Brisas and Baccia. Our favorite private beach to visit was Taylor Bay (a car is needed to get there and is very cheap to rent for the week, highly recommend). We also visited and lounged on most of the resort beaches on Grace Bay. It is the bluest clearest water you will ever see! Don't miss out out on seeing the Potcakes (Island Puppies) in Salt Mill Plaza. They are adorable and you can take them out for the day and walk them. We will be back next year - can't wait.....Stay Here :)
