Convenience location, near to shopping center (Ldle), walking distance to city center and Cardiff Uni. Walking distance to bus stop back to London (VV).

Stopped for one night only. The accommodation was comfortable and suited the two of us ideally. Main bonus was that it was not far from city centre, close enough to walk. Bed very comfortable. We didn't use the facilities other than microwave and kettle but the accommodation looked well kitted out.
I would definitely return if visiting Cardiff overnight, property was value for money.

I extended my stay, send a message, made the payment and I went for coffee and I was locket out for almost an hour. My daughter couldn't´t get her laptop and stuff to go to her induction meeting. Thank to a booking lady that help and solve my problem, because the owner was unreachable.

Good location near to a big park and a supermarket. The apartment was lovely - plenty of space, clean and well presented. The hosts were friendly and responsive, they very quickly helped me to sort out an issue I had after arrival.
I nearly got stuck in the bathroom, the door is very stiff, so I didn't dare close it fully. The walls are very thin, so you can hear everything in the lobby and next door - I had no issues, but you are very reliant on other occupants being considerate.

How noisy the neighbours were

Brilliant central location. Clean studio apartment with everything we needed.
The coffee machine advertised seemed to be missing, luckily we'd brought our own coffee. Parking was also a little tricky.

Very easy to approach staff.Appartment Was clean and tidy and had plenty of cooking utensils.
Struggle a little bit working out how to use the storage heaters in the rooms but we did have a plug in electric heater.

The location was good. Close to the stadium
This accommodation is a student squat sold for £ 200 a night to suckers coming to the Stadium. I’m totally amazed that Booking.com are even involved here. The entrance is a rubbish tip, contacting the owner proved impossible, doors and heaters were hanging off and the shower a masterpiece of black mould. The whole kitchen was area was greasy and the hob a picture of grease and rust.
In addition to to the nightly rate it’s required to put up a £ 100 surety against wrecking the place. I had to ask twice to get this done.

Location great
General background facilities of area great
Communication great
Internet didn't work.
Tv remote damaged therefore didn't work.
Cause of above fire TV didn't work.
Kettle didn't work.
Power Shower so week to the verge of almost pointless
Blinds missing some blades
However, still had a fantastic weekend, and there was no realistic opportunity to resolve any of these issues in the time frame involved.
If previous occupants don't accurately report issues/ faults they won't be resolved.

The location is really good, is a nice apartment

Lidl supermarket close by. Location was good. However, parking which didn't require a permit was over a mile away. Car parks within walking distance were not long stay.
No secure entry, door into the building wouldn't shut properly.
Very smelly fridge. Lots of flies in the apartment.
Quality of bed was poor.
Glasses were damaged prior to arrival.
Shower was very weak and tiles outside the shower were cracked under the shower mat.
This apartment is tired and in dire need of a spruce up.

good location
we were given wrong code for lockbox and had to call to get the right one. we were then given the wrong wifi details and had to call again.

The area is attractive and near to a good supermarket and a lovely park. The street would be attractive if it wasn't for the rubbish. The bins are outside and overflowing. The seagulls then attack for food and the mess isn't at all attractive or hygenic. I appreciate that the pandemic will have caused investment problems but this situation really needs dealing with.
The appliances were good in that the heated radiator was on all the time and the immersion. There was a decent fridge and washer/dryer. My son was impressed with the TV until we didn't get a signal for 3 days and he couldn't get WiFi from the supply. I realise funds may have been short but basics, such as door handles should have been sorted. I think a list of instructions would assist for the appliances. I suppose we got what we paid for to a certain extent. It wasn't a bad space but needed tidying.

Good communication & great location. In hindsight I should have contacted the host with any issues immediately as they seemed very accomodating.
The bed was awful - mattress good although bed frame so bad I slept on the floor a couple of times.
Wi-fi didn't kick in immediately especially when I renewed my stay (took 24 hours?).
The shower was dirty when I first arrived.
Would be great to have access to the garden.

Near to a Lidl
If you are considering booking this flat, you may care to read the following.
The flat is in a student quarter and the other flats, I believe are student flats. The building is noisy and noise insulation non existent. I learnt more than was convenient about my neighbours’ sex life. But this will not be the biggest obstacle to sleeping – it will be the bed. To call it a bed suggests an adequacy it sadly does not have. In fact it is the most uncomfortable thing I have ever paid to sleep in. The springs ae coming through in several places and it sags so deeply in the middle, I felt something large and heavy, possibly a horse had been the last occupant.
If you are OK about the ‘bed’, you might want to consider not staying in the winter, because one heater does not work and the other works only intermittently. The electrics may or may not be up to standard. All I know is that the cooker frequently tripped the electricity.
You will receive a nice email from your ‘host’, but they will not respond to your emails, even though they say they are only a ‘message away’. Look carefully and you will see no phone number. I think they are Cardiff Property Lettings, trading as Key Let. The address and phone number are posted in the hallway.
When you arrive, assuming none of the above has put you off, you may find overflowing and overturned bins outside and piles of rotting rubbish. I did.
And then there are the minor things: the ‘keysafe’ is a bit temperamental and won’t easily open to give you your key. There is no plug in the sink plughole, nor no washing up bowl. The sheets on the ‘bed’ may or may not have been on fresh, or possibly they were not washed hot enough, or with soap. Slightly sinister stain in the shower and a few minor trip hazards on the lifting melamine floor.
Good luck!
