My husband and I enjoyed two weeks in this condo. The unit is somewhat small, but clean and well equipped. Beautiful beach view and lots of good restaurants within easy walking distance. Communication with the host was great, and checking in and out was seamless The elevator was broken more than half the time we were there. This wasn’t a problem for us, as the unit is on the second floor. Felt bad for people staying on high floors, although the front desk people tried to ferry them up and down manually. Also, the dryer vents into the unit, which generated a lot of humidity. Overall, a great stay and we hope to return!

Tim’s place was very clean and welcoming when we arrived after a long drive. w Check in and check out we’re very easy. We loved the screened in balcony, especially for sunset views when we weren’t on the beach. In addition to the comfortable lounges on the balcony, we really appreciated the hightop table and stools. So perfect for morning, coffee and a crossword puzzle or two. Loved our time there and will be back!

Great place to stay and enjoy the beach, even by just lounging on the screen porch overlooking the beach instead of putting up an umbrella and chairs. Just as advertised and very comfortable. Great parking and access situation. We expect to stay here again.

This was our first time staying on Marco Island. We enjoyed the condo location and the conveniences of the beach access. We were especially grateful for the balcony views! We were disappointed with the pool (too cold for swimming) and the hot tub (not clean). Amenities in the condo were adequate, but a starter set of dishwashing liquid and laundry soap would have been helpful. The owner was extremely responsive to all of our questions and even sent a repair person to fix a couple of things during our stay.

We had an amazing week at Marco Island. The location of the condo is perfect and so convenient to the beach as well as restaurants and shopping! We enjoyed the lovely pool and hot tub and ease of getting around.

Great location with an amazing view of gulf. The cleaning crew could use some review/training. Spare blanket (we didn't need) was still wet in closet while the pillow cases and one hand towel looked to have makeup stains (hopefully) on them. One of the 2 lounge chairs on the balcony was broken and essentially unusable and we reported to owner. The 4 beach chairs provided had stains on them (whether sweat, dirt or otherwise) and so had to cover with towels. None of these was a show-stopper, rather you just come to expect a certain level of cleanliness/function for this price.

My family enjoyed Marco. Condo was in a great location. Could use some updating. Basic kitchen items are needed. No can opener or kitchen items needed to cook a full meal with. A trip to Walmart would do it. Beds are comfortable Happy to experience Marco.

Our family had a great experience in this condo. The owner is great with communication and the listing is completely accurate. Tim is great, and he has a great condo that was perfect for our stay in Marco. The condo has everything you need: plenty of beach toys for kids, chairs and umbrellas and a beach cooler. The condo has plenty of towels, linens and kitchen utensils. We could not have asked for a better stay. We will certainly book again!

This is our second time staying in Sea Winds and we again enjoyed our time on Marco. The condo is cozy for a family of five but we had everything we needed. Perfect location for watching sunsets and you can’t beat being located right on the beach.

We had a fantastic vacation and truly enjoyed our stay in this rental. It was very clean and function - it had everything we needed. The views from the balcony were amazing and we loved staying right on the beach. Would love to return.

The condo at 202 Seawinds was perfect. Great location! It was nice to have the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler available. The kids loved the pool and the beach was amazing. Getting the keys mailed prior to arrival was nice also.

Best rental we have ever stayed in!! Jerry was extremely helpful in all of his communication making sure we received the keys to the place ahead of time, because we were driving from Chicago and stopping along the way. He had the keys overnighted to us so that we would have them by the time we left. I can’t say enough about how incredibly wonderful our stay was. Condo is in a perfect location away from the busyness of many other oceanfront condos. We were on the second floor so it was easy in and easy out and the condo was very quiet. The sunsets were awesome! The beds were very comfortable. The water pressure was fantastic! The kitchen had almost everything that we needed. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys in the closet. Washer and dryer in the unit. Plenty of electronics. Super easy checkout. We can’t recommend this place more HIGHLY and hope to be lucky enough to revisit in the future!

We had a wonderful stay on Marco island! Who knew this beautiful place even existed?! The view in our condo was amazing! The huge balcony was the best part. The condo was nicely decorated and furnished with everything we needed as a family with small kids. On site washer and dryer was so convenient and we love being on just the second floor! The pool and shelter houses around were beautiful and the walk to the beach is wheelchair accessible and short. The owner was so great, he even over nighted the keys to us since we booked only a couple days in advance. Overall, a really wonderful place to vacation and we will come back!

My husband, our 2 kids and I enjoyed our week on Marco Island’s South Beach the second week of June. The owner was great to work with and answered our questions quickly. Ample parking, short walk to the beach, everything you need in the kitchen. We enjoyed coffee on the lanai in the mornings, the pool in the afternoons, and sunsets on the beach (and a couple of times from the couch). Having a washer dryer was a big help, especially with kids. We will definitely be back.

Very comfortable furnishings. The unit was very clean and well stocked. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available for our use. The size of the unit accommodated my wife and me very easily. It might have been a little tight in the living room are with two other adults, Jeremy and Jerry were great to work with and answered any questions we had. Looking forward to returning next year. The beach and pool were a very short walk. The evening sunsets were great from the screened in lanai.

My family really enjoyed this condo. It was very updated, clean, and offered a nice, screened-in porch. There were tons of shells to be found on the gulf, in addition to many great restaurants near the condo to choose from. I recommend a trip to the Everglades. It wasn't too far, but was well worth the trip to see alligators in the wild.

My friend and I stayed for a week in late April and it was perfect. The condo is bright, spacious, clean and well equipped with all the necessities (beach chairs, pool toys, etc.). The location is perfect - right on the beautiful beach. We especially enjoyed the screened in balcony that was perfect for enjoying a pre-dinner cocktail, reading, breakfast, etc. The owner was super easy to deal with and addressed a small issue we had in a timely and fair manner.

Condo had everything necessary for a carefree stay. Rooms were clean and well kept. Kitchen was well stocked with all of the necessities. Deck was nicely furnished and the view of the sunsets was spectacular. Fishing in the surf was great and provided many varieties of fish. Complex was beautiful and well maintained. Owner was easy to deal with and addressed our concerns in a timely manner. I certainly would stay here again.

I have friends that have been to Marco for 13 years and heard nothing but great things about it. Looking into family vacation, we decided to check it out. After scrolling through 100's of listings this one continually stood out, with an exceptional price and an even better view. Exactly how described, very clean, very well kept. As an added bonus we saw Dolphins everyday from our balcony. The beach chairs provided were extra comfy. We sat on the beach for hours daily in them. I will definitely come back to this condo on our next trip to Marco!!

The condo was as described, I would however add some baking pans and one or two bigger pots. The bathroom with the King size bed needed a shower liner and the beds were not comfortable at all, especially if you have a bad back. They were way to soft. There were only two beach chairs and the people that work the front desk were not friendly at all to us whenever we had a question. The location however was perfect, right on the beach and to watch the sunrise and sunset every night from the balcony was just amazing. We saw dolphins and a stingray jump right out of the water. If you are into shelling this is the place, just amazing the shells we found there. This is a very laid back, quiet vacation spot so if you are looking for a nice, quiet, no drama atmosphere this is the place.
