Pupukea Beach house. House was fine spaces it could’ve used some more cooking implements in particular a wok. Very close to the beach but at this time of year not really swimmable waters also the crowd/street noise is considerable. Nice garden nice folks but we prefer something a little quieter with less traffic and better swimming opportunities

Great experience. Marisa was excellent in communication and extremely helpful. The property is located near quick access to the beach and within a 15 minute drive to Haleiwa “North Shore” and Sharks Cove to the south and Turtle Beach to the north. Main city of Honolulu is about 30 minutes away. This is a quiet area with no places for much of a night life beyond 8-9pm so don’t expect that. Perfect place to sit back and relax after a fun day exploring the island.

The location and the property/yard are really nice. The beach hammocks on the lanai are lovely and it’s a nice place to hang. When you book VRBO’s vs hotels you’re looking for amenities, so location, comforts of home, cleanliness, etc. I didn’t feel we had that here. Many things were dirty and not very clean- cobwebs inside house, floors were very dirty, dishes we pulled from the cupboard were dirty, the curtains were too small and see through, and a musty smell is in the house. There is no AC so be aware of that. It does feel Comfortable at night with the windows open, but if you’re sensitive to street noise and upstairs noise this is not the place for you. The bathroom venting is not great so if you’re staying with multiple people who shower back to back it turns into a slip and slide. There’s no ice tray so you have to buy ice, and we were pumped about the beach gear but watch some chairs are broken and the umbrella was broken. All said and done the location is great, lots of fun animals, parking is great and easy, Netflix on TV was nice, and the beach right across the street is amazing to watch the sunset. It just came down to the little details. With some fine tuning and clean up this could be amazing.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It is on a beautiful property with lots of greenery and just across the street from Rocky Point Beach. Each morning we would take a beach walk to Pipeline or over to Sunset Beach. Marisa was very helpful in the booking/arriving process. The bedrooms were very spacious. I would book this again and recommend this place to friends.

Stayed in the lower level 2-bedroom house. Large bedrooms and living room. Beautiful porch and easy access across the street to the beach. No A/C but the house stayed comfortable with the doors and Windows open. On the downside side it is pretty noise with the busy highway out front. However, there is heavy vegetation, a fence, and beautiful landscape that adds to privacy. We would definitely stay there again.

The property is located across the street from a public beach access and the yard was tropical and beautiful. Their were some plumbing issues with the septic however the problem was handled appropriately with property management and we were given a 2 day refund for our inconvenience. There is a rental unit above this unit with guests that arrived at different times during our stay. Their is also a smaller long term rental on the property towards the back. We appreciated the property management team handling the issues on a Sunday. We had a great trip despite the issues with the septic that I think has been resolved.

Good location for surfing
The rental is across the street from Rocky Point surf spot However, when we visited in March 2019, the entrances to the beach had been completely sealed off by the County due to beach erosion. Needed to access beach at Pipeline, about 1/4 mile north by walking along rthe bike trail.
The rental is the lower half of a two-story home. there is a friendly long-term tentant in a cottage on the property and a large house behind with numerous tenants that also serves as the parking area. The rental has two large bedrooms, with good basic furnishings and comfortable, but could use some better lighting. Exterior gardens and patios excellent for chilling. Manager was very helpful and attentive. Possibly would rent again (or rent the upper larger floor) if on a pure surf safari. However, during our stay on the North Shore, we encountered several instances of potential theft Unfortunately, you apparently cannot trust some of the locals. The other BIG turnoff on the North Shore is the very busy Kamehameha Highway that provides the only access along the coast. The rental is immediately east of the highway, so you need to cross the highway on every beach excursion, not terrible but it adds a bit of stress. Also, you pick up some highway noise in the house, especially during the day; traffic drops off greatly at night.

A quaint lovely getaway on the north shore
This was the perfect place to launch our first visit to the north shore. The location is amazing. It is right across the street from some of the most breathtaking beaches on the north shore. The grounds were exquisite, a lovely garden and property (with an incredible outdoor shower). The home itself was simple yet had everything we wanted and needed. It was well stocked, had extra supplies (towels, a few extra kitchen odds and ends, etc), and was spacious for four of us (three adults and one toddler). Our host was very accommodating, bringing extra freshly washed towels the second night as we had a bit of cold weather. Overall we couldn't have asked for a better location and little bungalow to call home for a few days as we explored this beautiful piece of paradise.

Great location, perfect for relaxing
I've stayed at the house twice now, and been super happy both times. It's right across the street from the beach, and walking distance to Sunset Beach. The house feels secluded, with nice views of the mountains from outside. There's a full kitchen and grill. It's well-located, and a great jumping-off point for a stay in the North Shore.

Beautiful property, great spot for families, amazing location
We were so comfortable in our hideaway! Even in July, the breezes were blowing and we were always cool enough. We loved sitting outside on the patio or in the hammocks.
The property is located right in the midst of all the incredible surfing beaches on the North Shore. And the beach right across the street was awesome for surfers as well as kids.
Being so close to the bike path was fun and convenient for bike riding (to avoid traffic) to other beaches along the way or to Foodland.
We can't wait to return next year!

Absolutely amazing property
I had a great time staying at the property with my family. It was very comfortable and breezy. The property had everything we needed to make us feel like we were at home. Adrienne was very kind and helpful with anything we needed. The property was close to everything we wanted to enjoy...swimming...awesome snorkling..and food. We would definitely return with other family and friends :)
An overall excellent experience!!

Amazing Surf Pad
We were very impressed with this location. Clean, quiet, and close to some of our favorite surf spots (Rockies, Gas Chambers, Pipe, etc). Adrienne was great and all of our needs were met. Highly recommend!

Close to great surfing beach
If you are a surfer, this spot is perfect for you. Just across the street from sunset beach which has incredible sunsets and surfing waves.
The place was cozy and comfortable and the manager took care of our needs. It has a nice yard and private, enclosed parking and the price was very good. It is right on Kam hwy, so you do get the road noise, which is common and it can be treacherous to cross, but the locals will stop for you. You won’t get a view of the ocean, but the yard is beautiful and well maintained. All in all, it’s a great place to stay.

This is a well-managed and lovely property. Adrienne was interested in maximizing our experience !
This was a very comfortable home on a private gated property surrounded by a nice yard and garden. Access to the beach is directly across the road. Shopping is convenient. A short drive into Haleiwa offers lots of restaurants without being in the midst of it all. We would definitely return to any of Adrienne’s properties if we come back to Oahu!

Perfect place!
The Rocky Point house was the perfect spot for our North Shore getaway. The location couldn't better -- just steps from the beach, a short bike ride from local dining spots and a grocery store, and a short drive to Turtle Bay and Haleiwa. The house is very well furnished and all set up for cooking, doing laundry and any other household needs. The yard and environment are beautiful, and we particularly enjoyed lazing in the hammocks. Adrienne, the manager, is also really great. She couldn't be easier to communicate with and will go out of her way to make your stay comfortable. We couldn't imagine a better place to stay in the North Shore.

What a wonderful location!
Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It is very close to Foodland and close enough to everything else too. We were a little bit disappointed that Rocky point beach was not really good for swimming, but it was great for building sand castles and just laying around on, plus Wailea beach and park are just a short ways away.
If you surf, I don't think you could beat it because the family that was staying upstairs were going back and forth with their surfboards constantly.
We also really loved how close it was to Haleiwa town, the dole plantation and many other activities. We really wish we would have stayed away from Honolulu(we stayed 5 days in Waikiki) and just stayed on the North shore the whole time and commuted to Honolulu to take in a few of the activites that we enjoyed doing there.

The house was in a Really good area for access to the beach being across the road. Very comfortable

Good surfer/family location
This is for the downstairs 2 BR 1 Bath unit. There is no A/C but it is not needed. Centrally located to surf breaks and Foodland. The kitchen appears to have been constructed a bit disconnected but is serviceable. The grounds are beautiful and there is very comfortable patio furniture to chill out, read or nap in a hammock. The BBQ grill is a newer high quality model. The king size bed was very comfortable. Property manager Adrienne is responsive and accomodating. The unit is suitable for children as it is walled off from the highway. I would stay here again.

Best location ever!
Traveling with my family to this paradise on earth called Hawaii was already thrilling, but when we arrived at the house... oh my god! Was even better then what's shown in the pictures. The green area was huge and was just across the street from Rocky Point! They were also preparing the second floor for rentals and we're hoping to come back soon. Adrienne was also very nice. I definitely recommend the place, specially if you are in a surf trip like ours.

The best location with a house that is comfortable and functional looked after by managers that care
We had a great time in this house located 50 m from the Rocky Point beach, spacious tropical garden and a fully functional house that was easy to kick back and relax in. We were looked after by Chris and Adreiane who were genuinely interested in us enjoying the location. It was exactly the Hawaiian experience we were looking for. We would love to go back. Regards Andrew Gradisen
