We really enjoyed our stay 😁. Quiet neighborhood and peaceful surroundings. The beds were very comfortable. Had all utensils, dishes and pots and pans that we needed. Close to everything. Hot tub was super clean.

Property was as described. Neat and clean. Out of the hustle bustle of town but still close to wherever we wanted to go. Would without a doubt re-visit. Our host, Steve, was very polite and helpful!

Oakridge is a beautiful and amazing cabin. It is spacious, impeccably clean, and exceptionally well stocked with cookware, utensils, and everything else one might need for a stay. The fact that the hot tub is within a screen porch is a nice touch, as is the rest of the porch, which runs around most of the cabin. The beds are comfortable and all the rest of the furniture is in excellent condition. The cabin is easy to find and close to Helen, Unicoi State Park, and other attractions. I especially appreciated the excellent communication from the owner, who always got back to me extremely quickly with any question that I had. I’d be delighted to stay in Oakridge again, and a big “thanks“ goes out to the owner.

We loved our stay at Oakridge! This was our second time at this cabin and everything was great! Mr. Steve was awesome to work with and answered all of our questions! Highly recommend!

Me and my family had so much fun. We stayed in the jacuzzi watching the nesting red tail hawks. The house was awesome with all the decrarions. The kitchen was stacked with everthing u needed to cook.The house was close enough to everything in town. But far enough to be super private. Thanks for the wonderful property. We will see yall next year...

The views are stunning, cabin super clean, hottub clean and relaxing, everything you need is a short drive away with still being in a Very secluded location. We absolutely loved every part and our host communicated amaingly, friendly... would visit 100 times again

What a wonderful cabin! Everything about our stay was perfect. The cabin is very well stocked, exceptionally clean, and very cozy. It’s just far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet, but close enough to get right into town for some fun. My favorite part was watching the deer off the porch in the morning! The host was great with excellent communication. We will absolutely be back to this cozy cabin! Thank you so much for sharing your cabin!

I took my mom and 3 of my Aunts on this little mini vacay and this place was perfect! We enjoyed the beautiful spacious cabin where we had plenty of room. We enjoyed the hot tub that worked perfectly and was clean! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for cooking! We also enjoyed a fire in the fire place however you will need to bring your own bundle of wood along with some kinlin to start it with.

My wife and I bring our children to Helen every year for a Christmas trip. This cabin far exceeds anything we’ve stayed in. The cabin was incredibly clean, it had everything we needed to be comfortable and to even cook a full course meal for our children. The added touches of the Christmas decorations made our trip even more special. The property was beautiful. This cabin is in pristine condition. A few days before our trip, we asked the owner if we could bring our two nieces along. They were very accommodating and even had extra pull out beds so everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. We hope to make this cabin an addition to our annual Christmas trip for our family. It truly felt like home!

Perfect place to get away from the daily grind. Located near so many State parks. My family and I hiked everyday and relaxed in the hot tub at night. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a true cabin in the woods. It was very private and secluded but very close to Helen and other attractions. Very clean pleasantly decorated with a true cabin feel. Hot tub was a nice feature. Would definitely recommend

The cabin was great and comfortable for our family. The kitchen had everything that you need to make great meals. We were impressed with knifes being sharp. The hot tub got used to help with relaxation after biking and hiking in he area. We were able to enjoy the screen porch to play board games and to eat dinner. We will be back!

We had a wonderful time except we could not go outside the screened in porch. It was very slimy and slippery. My daughter tried to go out but it was all she could do to keep from sliding. Everything else was great.

It’s such an amazing place to be, especially with kids! The location is very close to town with lots of things to do and see, while also being set back and secluded enough to really feel like a retreat from the world! The cabin was clean and cozy and having a full kitchen during vacation was so nice! The kids absolutely loved the hot tub and we enjoyed sitting in it and watch in the sunrise over the trees. Definitely will be coming back to such a perfectly quaint little piece of paradise.

This is a great family mountain getaway. Fair enough out of town to be peaceful but close enough to Helen and elsewhere to be convenient. The cabin was excellent and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very clean and well kept. The hot tub was very nice and soothing to relax in after a long day. Our kids enjoyed the upstairs and and the rocking chairs out front. We stayed in June and had a good time catching lightning bugs also. Would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable family retreat.

Loved the cabin, area and everything in between. Cabin was super clean, had a full kitchen and the hot tub was a perfect relaxation at the end of the day. Beds were super comfy and the space was excellent for our family of five. Beautiful location and while very isolated it was close enough to civilization that we visited Helen, Toccoa and a number of stops in between. One of my favorite cabins and I’ve stayed in ones in California, Wyoming, South Dakota, Utah and Illinois. Thank you for a great start to our Smoky Mountain trip.

It was close to Helen. It was quiet, sort of secluded and fairly easy access. The cabin was really nice. the tv controls were very aggravating to use. We could have used more towels and bath cloths. Overall it was a relaxing and very enjoyable stay
