Although the accommodation was reasonable priced, I did not feel we received the value for the money

Location was excellent, very close to main square. Room was clean. Parking on site.

Water pressure in bathroom sink and shower was non-existent. Water dribbled from the bathroom sink tap and wasn't sufficient to adequately shower. Room did not have a bedside table nor a chair. There was a closet rod but no hangers. Our friends had a unit on the ground level. Their water pressure was good. However, their room also had no bedside table, no chair and no closet hangers.

Bien, estuvo de acuerdo al precio que se pagó, esperaba una mejor limpieza, en general bien.

Una de las almohadas olía a sudor. No cuenta con una sábana adicional. La regadera moja por todos lados.

Disappointing

walking distance to city center.

hallow door, damaged door knob, electrical outlets without covers, putting kids lives in risk, ants.

Very good

Location is great. Good size of the room with some furniture to leave your stuff. Private bathroom with good size too. Wi-fi works well. Clean in general.

It’s a bit noisy so you may need to use earplugs. Staff needs to get more information about the area, I knew more than him about how to go to the airport by public transport.

Needs work. Little maintenance can do so much...

Location is great. Very close to the center. It was quiet, so we slept well. Friendly staff. Good bed; firm, just what we prefer. Good shower 🚿. Shared refrigerator which is nice.

Value for money could be better. We've stayed in much better hotels for less. Poor quality of the towels and the bedlinnen. Needs to be replaced. They're just old and worn. The room was damp and warm. The fan was not working well and was dirty. A new paint job could do so much. Some ants here and there. Mold in the shower. Outside area (parking space) could be better. Tip: put up some benches and some plants and it doesn't look like an American motel.

A perfect location to relax

Yes this community is very kind 😊 A very sunny and bright 🌞 When you sleep at nite you have a sound sleep. When you wake in the morning you have the pleasure of beautiful cheerful music. 😍 The team is also carrying kind and helpful. You can go for a walk early each morning around the community. They are a very close to a community park center where you can sit and relax. Several vendors are located in this great community you can locate everything with in walking distance Vendors of all types: Fresh fruits vegetables, fresh cut meats and poultry with home made sausages, fresh cooked foods, fresh baked pastries, farmacia, full groceries store supplies. Hand made clothes and jewelry, electronic stores and much more all in walking distance of this location. The Church is also in walking distance. You can also find all types of local transportation if needed for extended travel purposes outside walking distance. Thank you 😊

Stay away...

It's a fraud to say this is a three-star-hotel. It was obvious that the room was't cleaned for a long time, the sheets was't changed and there was't even a toilet seat cover in the super dirty bathroom. Do a favor to yourself, stay away from this ugly place...

Acceptable except for the ant infestation

Great Location close to the boats to Sumidero (the reason I stayed here. Secure parking for my Moto and the staff was super helpful and accommodating to me and my requests to keep my Moto gear safe when I checked out and went to the boat for the morning. Price was right.

You can’t really expect much for the price. But the red ant infestation, crawling all over me and the bed was a bit much. A few other bugs and no hot water, whatever it’s a cheap hotel in Mexico with a good location, you get what you get. Put down some ant traps for **** sake lol

close to centre of town

Cleaners sweeping outside your room from 7.50am waking all the guests. That’s the sort of thing stupid women do to destroy businesses.

Taken by surprise

The bed was comfortable along with the refrigerated air unit cooling you down.

The tiny details go a long way...I thought I was paying for the name and it was not the case. A paint job and maintenance goes a long way.

The best way to describe this is just having a roof over your head.

The location was good.

Wifi was super unreliable, the shower was cold, there were people hanging out in parking lot area playing loud music, the staff was guys in their teen and early 20s that were really nonchalant about everything, the bed was hard.

It was the worst accommodation during our whole 1-month trip in Mexico. It looked like a rat hole and we had to pay more than it was written in Booking. It happened only once to us in Mexico and it was only few euro more but I don’t like this kind of unclear prices. There was the noise from the outside in the evening and again early in a morning. Very unpleasant experience.

Pleasant

Price is affordable

Everything is too basic. The place is way too noisy. The fan seemed to be almost about to fall, there was a blood stain in the sheet of the first room they wanted to give me. I would rather a toilet seat, before a tb with cable.

Cozy place in the city center

The location was perfect. The beds were very comfortable . Big room and spacious. We rented it for a day and used it as a place to rest a bit before heading to the airport for a midnight flight

The wifi wasnt working very well.
