Just six miles south of Myrtle Beach, Surfside Beach is a beautiful family-oriented beach. The beaches are wide and because the town limits the height of the buildings to four stories, there is room to spread out even in the busy summer months. While not as hectic, the location offers the convenience of everything in the Myrtle Beach area, including over 100 Golf Courses, great dining, entertainment and shopping!

The kitchen is fully stocked with both traditional and Keurig coffee makers, all pots (even a lobster pot), pans and cooking dishes you may need. Silverware and place settings for 12 as well as various sizes and styles of glass/drinkware for whatever you may be drinking. Pull up a seat and have a drink at the breakfast bar - the blender is waiting for you!
The Guest Bedroom has a new Full-Size Bed and Twin-Size Bed with newer mattresses/box springs and colorful bedding. The living area boasts brand new contemporary sofa and coffee table (2021), comfortable modern chairs with ottoman, entertainment center with 40" Flat Screen LCD TV with Spectrum Cable plus access for use with streaming services like Netflix, and DVD player. Recessed lighting in the ceiling provides plenty of light for reading, and complementary high speed broadband internet and WI-FI is also available for your use throughout the condo. We also have a separate working desk with an HDMI 24" monitor for use during your stay, whether connecting for web surfing or remote working with a view of the Ocean!
Extra amenities provided with your rental through the use of our lockable outdoor Owner's Closet include beach chairs and beach/sand toys for the kids. Inside we also provide a fully stocked kitchen with all pots, pans, plates, glasses and utensils, as well as hairdryers in the bathrooms ..less for you to pack! Brand new 2022 Whirlpool Washer & Dryer in unit makes doing laundry during your vacation a breeze!
Finally, we also include all bed, bath and kitchen linens and towels (except beach towels) and departure cleaning with your rental for true hassle-free vacationing!
Located at the north end of Surfside Beach in the Shores of Surfside I, you'll be just a short walk from Surfside Pier, where you can enjoy fine dining, fishing or sightseeing. We are on the second floor end unit of a three story, 14 unit building, just a short walk up the stairs. Our complex has a full-size Oceanfront outdoor pool (open seasonally April 1-October 1) with lounge chairs to relax on while reading a good book or just soaking up the sun. Next to the pool area is a grilling area and the private walkway to the beach.
With an outstanding location, you'll be close enough to enjoy all the attractions of Myrtle Beach without all the congestion and crowds. Walk or drive down the beach less than a mile to the Surfside pier (currently under reconstruction) area for dining at River City Cafe, Pizza Hyena (best pepperoni pizza), Gracious Pig or grab a drink a local favorites Scotty's and Bubba's Fish Shack. The condo is a short ride up to great shopping at Market Commons, Broadway at the Beach and other Grand Strand attractions. Just seven miles south of Surfside Beach is Murrells Inlet, loaded with many fine dining and entertainment options. Stroll along the Marshwalk and listen to live music in season and dine at one of many fine restaurants: Wahoo's Fish House, Drunken Jack's, Dead Dog Saloon, The Claw House and Wicked Tuna are just a few of the many choices to dine and relax.
Our condo is a Non-smoking unit and No Pets Allowed. Due to HOA restrictions and in respect to our neighbors, we do not rent to student groups under the age of 21.
We do have a 2 parking space/unit HOA restriction; no trailers, boats, RVs or campers are allowed in the parking lot due to the limited space. Anyone not following these rules may be asked to leave by the HOA.

Condo was equiped with everything you could possibly need and was beautifully decorated in beach theme so it felt like the perfect vacation get-a-awy! Unfortunately for us the weather did not provide us with the beach vacation we imagined....Huricane Debby was a real "downer" for our entire stay! Despite this, we made the best of it with quality family time watching the Olympics and going out to eat. We were so grateful the Condo was very clean and comfortable with an amazing view of the ocean! Tom and Kathy were sure to check in multiple times and were gracious and sympatic. We also brought a 1000 piece puzzle and my girls were determined to finish it before we left staying up passed midnight to complete it on our last night! I would definitely go back to this Condo for a beach vacation "re-do"!

Where do I begin? This place is amazing! We are a family of 4 (parents and two “kids” age 21 and 18). The condo had plenty of room for the 4 of us. It is a comfortable, beautifully decorated place with an unbeatable view of Surfside Beach. Our favorite spot was the balcony that is directly oceanfront. Perfect place to watch the sunrise with your first cup of coffee. There is so much to do in the area! We enjoyed Broadway at the Beach, Ripley’s Aquarium, the show Adrenaline (at Broadway at the Beach), a fishing excursion out of Murrell’s Inlet, walking to Surfside Pier and exploring Pawley’s Island. All within 30 minutes of the condo. There is still so much we want to do that we didn’t have time for. We will definitely be back and will rent from Tom and Kathy again. They were very easy to communicate with for the few things we needed to (basically just to let them know we arrived and that we left). Condo is very well stocked. We brought a few groceries but there are stores right in the area. Some restaurants we enjoyed were The Golden Egg, Dagwood’s, Bar Louie, and Hard Rock at Broadway at the beach.

We knew the condo looked great when seeing the listing but it was SO much more incredible in person. Perfectly clean with everything you could need and the most amazing view/location. Seeing the sunrise from the bedroom, breakfast on the balcony overlooking the ocean, a few steps and you are on the beach... could not have been better. All the instructions and information was very helpful and the hosts were very diligent with how everything was set up. All appliances were in great working order and had everything we needed. Thanks so much for letting us stay, it was incredible!

Condo was even better than pictures depicted. It was clean with nice furnishings, deck chairs and beach decor. Felt very comfortable. Nice little touches such as wall hooks, and little shelves in bathrooms. Location is excellent and quiet at night. We love coming to Surfside Beach where the beach is never crowded. Just a few steps to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and long walks on the beach, not to forget the breathtaking sunrises while enjoying a cup of coffee each morning while sitting on the deck. The furnishings and amenities are top shelf. The owners are easy to reach and respond immediately. Wonderful restaurants are nearby offering a variety of food choices for everyone. We had a great time staying in this condo at surfside beach. Condo was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Storage room has beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella etc for the beach. One of the nicest we have stayed in. You can't beat the view as you are right on the beach. Owners are very responsive to text if any problems arise. Would definitely recommend!

Great family vacation spot
This Surfside Beach condo was exactly as described in the listing. Very recently updated. Gorgeous view of the ocean directly in front of the lanai. The kitchen was well equipped & the condo was even set up with 2 small areas for people who are working while on vacation. The pool was clean & easy to access & the beach is just steps away. The area is family friendly. It’s less hectic & commercial than Myrtle Beach. The owners are very easy to reach & responded immediately to our request. Plenty of nearby restaurants & bars. This is a great place to vacation.

The balcony slants down slightly, which was a little nerve racking at first, but you get used to it. It’s supposed to be that way. It’s not falling.

Just what we needed!
The property looks exactly as pictured! We truly enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable. Two bathrooms were great! Would suggest new patio chairs on the balcony as the current ones are very unstable. Also would suggest supplying a few beach towels for guests. Loved that the kitchen was so stocked! Even a blender, 2 coffee makers and plenty of pots and pans! Overall, we loved the condo and will definitely reach out to stay again in the future!

Owners were great to work with and provided recommendations for dinner. The place was clean and well-organized. The ocean is so close to the condo, you can lie in bed and watch the waves crashing in. The beds were firm and comfortable. It is the perfect place for a beach get away!

perfect year end getaway
This is our second stay in this lovely condo, and likely won't be our last! Kathy & Tom are so very responsive from before the trip and if needed, throughout the stay. The location of this condo is perfect - very short drive to the Market Commons areas with plenty of shops, restaurants, and entertainment - and an easy drive south to Murrell's Inlet with fresh seafood options galore and gorgeous views. Yet, the condo location is tucked away in quiet, family oriented Surfside - just a perfect combination.
The views from this end-unit are wonderful from every room in the house (OK, no views from the bathrooms! haha) This unit is comfortable and tastefully decorated. The kitchen had just about everything we needed - the only thing we wished for was a large enough pot to cook fresh crab legs, but we couldn't find one.
Off season at the beach is wonderful, and though the weather's a toss up, we had gorgeous, warm, sunny skies for our end of December/first of January stay. Perfect! Thanks to the Shermans for sharing their 2nd home!

Awesome condo and location
This condo made it simple to check in with the key code. Was very clean and well furnished. They supplied everything needed right down to the hand soaps at every sink.
The only thing that was not perfect was that the cleaning crew did not check the dishwasher to see that it had been ran, which it had not and contained several dirty dishes. There was only a drop of liquid dish soap under the sink. There was a tack that we had the pound down on the carpet strip going into the bedroom as my bare foot located it more than once. (All very minor issues). Would highly recommend this particular condo and would definitely stay here again if vacationing in the are. Oh yea, last comment, love the new balcony furniture!!!

Exceeded our Expectations!!!
We had a wonderful stay here! Kathy & Tom have taken good care of this property and they were a pleasure to work with. The ocean view from the balcony and bedroom was probably the best. Very relaxing and the entrance to beach couldn't be any closer. We didn't get to use the pool (cold weather), but it looked inviting. The area was pretty quiet, and beach was not crowded at all for a mid-April 60/70 degree weather. Its a great place to stay for families as well. We had 3 of our boys in the 2nd bedroom, and it was more than enough space for them. Thanks Tom/Kathy...we look forward to visiting again soon (for a longer visit!!).

The owners went out of their way to accommodate us when we had an issue with a sink draining. We can’t wait to book another stay here for next year. Great stay right on the beach!
We had such a great time here! The place is very clean and the layout was great for our small family (two children). Beach access is easy and you can't beat waking up and seeing a sunrise out the window. I really love when a rental already has some essentials (dish soap, olive oil, salt and pepper, coffee filters) and this one was well stocked, including a closet with beach chairs and beach toys. It makes traveling with kids so much easier not to have to think of so many little things when there is already so much to pack. We would love to come back!
