This property fit our family of 6 perfectly. Very close to slopes and very comfortable accommodations. Views from condo were beautiful. Communication with owner was effortless. House had everything we needed to cook all the meals.

Great luxury condo. My family and I stayed in February. Close to the slopes. We had a great trip! Always check the hot tub first, is a lesson I've learned the hard way. Especially when you rent a Vrbo specifically for the personal Hot tub! So, I did, and there was an issue. It was beyond the homeowners control... Bad previous renters. Josh was amazing! He went above and beyond to get it repaired for our stay. I would recommend a few details, as previous renters, a few more towels, and a deep clean. I know its hard to keep a big space clean! Otherwise had a great stay, and would definitely return!

We brought our large family and the condo was spacious, cleanly, and owner was easily accessible and communicated quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Our family of 5 was very comfortable here. Location was great. It was a little too far to walk to the Giant Steps lift, but a quick drive with easy parking at the lift. There is also a shuttle stop near by with a number you can text for service. We loved the garage, mud room for ski storage, fireplace, hot tub, and nice kitchen.

We loved this property! The location was so close to everything! The kitchen was very large with a ton of countertop space. Two car garage with easy access to the condo. We have stayed in Brianhead before and had to carry loads of stuff on multiple trips up 6 flights of stairs, so the fact that we just parked in the garage and unloaded everything was fantastic. We will definitely be booking this place again when we go back.

Very clean. Enough space for 6 comfortably. Great proximity to lifts. All amenities worked. This is our second stay here. I has worked very well for us.

We had an amazing trip! It is right next to giant steps. Definitely need to come again.

The property is located in a great location, right off the slopes. When we first arrived, we were excited to jump in the hot tub, due to a fairly substantial winter storm. However, when we took the lid off the hot tub, the water looked like that green milk you can buy at Star Wars Land in Disneyland. Pretty knarley. The thermostats were also broken, and the third floor quickly rose to close to 90 degrees F, leaving us little choice but to leave the windows and doors open all night to regulate the extreme heat. The rest of the place was pretty nice, although it does need a deep cleaning. Also, the dryer in the mud room does not work. It turns on, but the heating element is clearly out. How are the cleaning people washing the sheets? They have to bring new sheets and towels every time, so they should know about the broken dryer. Overall, it seems like this might be property the cleaning crew has been somewhat neglecting, maybe due to the weather being difficult? Regardless, when you pay $600-$800 per night (with fees) for a property, you do not expect these issues. I don’t wish to be overly difficult in this review. But if you’re going to label it and charge for it as high end, and if it fails to meet that standard, you should expect some tough reviews.

Was an amazing family vacation. Perfect location, great snow and kids learned to ski… returning to a stunning VRBO nightly was perfect! Thanks Josh for everything!

We loved everything about this place. The location was great, and the condo was very nice. We enjoyed the jacuzzi after the day of skiing. We did read previous reviews and brought extra towels which was helpful. We would absolutely stay at this property again.

Beautiful and comfortable property! Close enough to walk to the bridge and lifts that go to either Navajo or Giant Steps (not from main lodges). Mini. Hot tub was a great way to end the days.
We were two families with little ones (9,5,2) and the bedding situation was good. The condo had so many great kitchen supplies/tools/utensils that it was easy for us to eat in every night. Bring a few extra bath towels because we did only have 6 total for 7 people but thankfully there were hot tub towels available too.

Great condo
This condo is in a great location. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. Having a third bathroom and garage were a huge bonus!

Nice location and convenient
Place was in a nice location but we found it was quicker to drive to wildflower lift rather than walking. You can ski in pretty easily when coming back from giant steps toward wildflower. The hot tub on the balcony was great but you do need to test the chemicals when you get there. We would stay here again!

Everything was exactly as promised. Great location, super clean and quiet. Loved having 3 full baths. The main living area/kitchen is spacious and the mud room and garage were a huge bonus. Would highly recommend.

Birthday Getaway
Brought our 22 year old son out skiing for his birthday! This condo was very comfortable for 6 adults! And very close to the lifts and restaurants. Can't wait to come back next year!
The living space is open so we were able to hang out together and cook play games and watch the football game on TV

Super nice! Loved the hot tub!
Good communication with owner. Literally my only complaint was the beds were super hard...hard enough I slept on the couch 3/4 nights. Everyone likes different beds so I don’t blame the owner. We had an awesome stay otherwise!

Brian head
Owner was very communicative. Accommodations were perfect layout for our group. The technology in the house pretty antiquated. Dvr didn’t work. A Bluetooth speaker would have been nice. Kitchen equipment needs a deep clean. I own a property management company so I am more sensitive to some of this than others. Brian Head is gorgeous and we had a really great time

Beautiful Mountain getaway
We loved the stay at Brian Head and at this Condo. It was clean and comfortable and with 5 adult children, I never felt like we were on top of each other. We all loved soaking in the hot tub and enjoying the views.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful
What a great condo! This is a beautiful place with everything you could want. Beautifully decorated and well stocked with all the comforts of home. The pictures don’t do it justice! Garage parking on the first floor with a two story condo above. Lots and lots of space with balconies off two of the bedrooms and the living room. Nice new hot tub on the balcony where we sat and enjoyed the views. A short walk to restaurants and close to the ski lifts. Great hosts that made us feel at home! Thanks for a great stay!

A wonderful place to stay!!
We really enjoyed our stay in this condo! We had multi generations in our group and the condo was enjoyable for everyone! The main area where you hang out is a wonderful space, it is big and open. It didn’t make it feel like we were all on top of each other. The kitchen was fully stocked, it had everything we needed and then some. We made several meals and every kitchen tool we would need was there. The bunk room was a wonderful area for the kids to hang out, and they really enjoyed having their own space. The beds are VERY comfortable! The view off of the balconies is beautiful! The condo is just a few steps away from the lake where there is also a park, basketball court, and a pickle ball net. The owner Lori is very easy to communicate with and makes the check in and check our process easy. We really enjoyed our stay here!!

The perfect get away spot
Our family loved staying at this condo. Three full baths meant everyone had their own. It was clean and comfortable. We didn’t lack for a thing. A wonderful location and beautiful view!

Nice digs in sleepy ski area.
I actually prefer small ski resorts to the hustle, bustle, and frustrations that come with the larger ones. This Brian Head condo was well appointed, had a great (small) hot tub and nice views. It is also was centrally located for summer Zion and Bryce adventures. We had a great stay!

Great location for Zion/Bryce/Cedar Breaks
We held a mini family reunion here with relatives from the East Coast (we are from Phoenix) who were attending a wedding in Park City. They wanted to see Zion and Bryce, so my wife found this listing in Brian Head and we booked it. It worked out really well. There is enough to do in the area so you can let East coast travelers take some time to get over jet lag with easy days. On the days we went to Zion and Bryce, we were on the road by 6:30 in order to get to the parks before 8AM to beat the in-season crowds. It's beautiful country so the 90 minute drives to the parks were worth it for the scenery alone. The rental is well equipped - we spent a comfortable 4 nights there with 5 people. Communication with the owner was good. We would book it again.

Great spot in Brian Head
We enjoyed our stay in Brian Head! The property is located centrally close to the lake and park. Lots to do in the summer. The property is well maintained. We found the large garage to be a very nice amenity if you have recreational gear (e.g. bikes) to store.

Awesome place that is really close to a lift!
This is one of the rare times where I could say that the place was actually nicer than the pictures. Great location and super clean, with a great view of the mountain. Will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Brian Head.
