We had another fantastic winter getaway in Brian Head at the cabin. It had been 10 years since we last visited and very glad to see it had not changed much, kind of like coming home after being away.
Only comment is the coffee warmer doesn’t seem to keep the coffee hot! All else is great.
It won’t be another 10 years until we’re back!

The house was as described and in the winter, it's absolutely fabulous! Great location, close to slopes, light of windows for natural light. The kitchen and living area was awesome, had a wonderful stay in Brian Head!

Quaint home for the weekend
Stayed with my hubby over MLK Day weekend. Perfect place to kick up your feet. We didn’t ski, but the house is close the lifts and to town. We had a relaxing weekend- just what we needed!

Better than pics, great for family, great location
It was a perfect place to stay for our family of 7 (kids 19-3 months old). Kid friendly with books and dvds. You feel secluded but still close to everything with a view towards Giant Steps out the wall of windows framing the A frame structure in the great room. Perfect location directly between Navajo and Giant Steps. My husband enjoyed burning wood in the fire pit and in the fireplace. Kids built a snowman on the huge wrap around porch. Had everything we needed and more. Although, I could have used a hot tub. 😂 Very clean and look forward to staying here again.

Great House close to slopes
We had a great experience at this home. Close to slopes, clean and comfortable. Only issue was the toilets are very sensitive. Otherwise we had a great stay!

Excellent Location
Very cute cabin and the location was excellent. It is so close to the slopes. We had 2 families and it was the perfect amount of space. Parents took the 2 bedrooms downstairs and all the kids piled in the loft/upstairs bedroom. We loved the large fireplace and wrap around decks. The kitchen and living room had plenty of space for all of us. The views were beautiful too. We would book this VRBO again!!!

Stay during Christmas 2020
We absolutely loved our 5 nights over Christmas week at this beautiful cabin. It looks even better in person! The views were incredible and the surrounding area of the cabin was so fun to play in with the kids. It snowed for 2-3 days straight & it felt like we were in a winter wonderland. The cabin was immaculate & the beds were very comfortable. We also loved the large kitchen, wood burning fireplace & fire pit on the back deck! This was the perfect amount of space for 2 families of 4 with kids. The owner was also so quick to respond to my questions. We’d love to return someday!

It was okay
Check in was okay. Some patio furnitures were broken, dishes we used were dirty so we had to wash them. There were many spiders and bugs crawling in cabin as bathroom, some things were broken in the cabin. WiFi never worked so we couldn’t do family things on the TV.. but the best thing of it all was the beautiful scenery when we traveled to duck creek to check it out..

Cozy, comfortable cabin close to everything
Our stay at Steam Engine Meadows was fantastic! We had a very relaxing and fun long weekend. The cabin was in the perfect location to snowboard, ski and tube. We were close to both mountains and the local restaurants and country stores. Kathryn was super responsive and very helpful while planning and during our trip. The cabin had absolutely everything we needed. Having a washer/dryer was particularly helpful in drying the ski/snowboard clothing to ensure everyone was warm and ready to go the next day. The area around the cabin was perfect for sledding. The fireplaces was a nice amenity and added to the amazing atmosphere. We had a great time and would definitely stay again. Thank you so much, Kathryn, to contributing to great family memories.

A cozy cabin
The cabin was cozy, furnished nicely, and it had a nice kitchen to cook in. However, the side deck was so high in snow that we could not see the view or get out of the door to enjoy it. The patio chairs and barbecue were inaccessible as they were buried in snow. The front deck was cleared. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Luxurious Cabin
This is the most luxurious cabin with huge kitchen and dining area. We stayed a week to ski and loved coming "home" after a day on the slopes. Was very clean, nice furnishings and the perfect location.

Snowy Cabin in the woods
This cabin was perfect size wise for my family and my sisters. We came up to snowboard for the weekend and it was great! We rented all our gear from the lodge by giant steps which was pretty close to the cabin. Cabin is a great size for 2 families and was a great price. I like that there are tvs in all the rooms I do miss that at some other places.

Fantastic
We visited over Christmas and very glad we did. Excellent cabin and location, everything exactly as shown on the website. It was everything we were looking for our get away; seclusion, uncrowded ski resort nearby, small town. We'll be back! (Family of 4 with teenagers)

Best Cabin We Have Rented
My wife and I have 4 kids and found this cabin to be the best cabin we
have rented. It is in a location that offers a perfect balance of
seclusion and yet close to the amenities of Brian Head. Our kids loved
the fire pit and swing located in the tree filled acre of land just
south of the cabin. The kids explored the trees and land for hours.
Mountain bike trails from the back yard led to miles and miles of
world class mtb rides. The cabin itself was furnished with authentic
western tools/accents/art and has a quality that rivals 4 star hotels
we've stayed in at Jackson Hole. Our favorite part was sitting in
front of the fire place with a fire cracking and looking out over
Brian head through the large A-Frame windows that make you feel close
to the woods. My one complaint would be that we weren't able to stay there
longer than four days.
