We had a wonderful ski trip and loved the ski in/ski out location!
3.0
Upon arriving at this property, everything seemed great. But then there were some issues that were not resolved. The freezer was not working properly and all of the frozen groceries (pizza, Ice cream, etc) were completely thawed in the freezer and went bad during our stay. The floors under the dining table were filthy, there were crumbs and dirt which were not cleaned from the guests prior to our stay. The shower head in the upstairs loft was broken and did not stay in one place while showering. Management was easy to contact and check in was easy as well. Overall, I probably would not stay here again.

Cozy, beautiful
4.0
The condo was great and I would recommend it. The location is outstanding and building is great for families with a game room and close proximity to the lifts and other outdoor activities. A few minor issues with the condo that I feel could easily be fixed. The freezer was broken (basically became an extension of the fridge). There was no ice available neither in the condo nor in the building and even if you buy ice, it would melt in the “freezer”. The filter on the fridge didn’t work either so make sure to bring your own bottles of water. There were a limited number of towels which over the course of four nights, it would be nice having some extra towels. There were no hand towels either so that was annoying. As other reviews indicated, the coffee pot is really small so probably a good idea to bring your own if you look forward to coffee in the morning. The unit is on the third floor with no elevator so it’s a nice little workout getting up to the condo. That being said, the upstairs loft was perfect for the kids so it was worth the extra exercise for us. The internet was not consistent so just be prepared in case this is needed for working while on vacation - hopefully that’s not needed anyway! Other than the above, the family vacation was amazing and the condo was a nice retreat and was large enough for two families to have an exceptional trip - just be prepared for the above as they were small annoyances and hopefully the owner fixes them before you arrive.

great location, perfect for family
The condo was great for a large family, with 3 bedrooms and lots of common space. Perfect location to literally ski in and out. Would highly recommend

Positive Surprise
After finally figuring our the door code (they falsely posted to enter a * symbol after the code instead of a check mark) we were blown away how beautiful the apartment was. It’s much nicer than on the photos and we were positively surprised that there was a second bedroom downstairs. It was perfect for our group of 3 adults and 3 teenagers. I would have given it a 5-Star rating if there wouldn’t be a few minor flaws.
Pro:
Very clean
Completely renovated
Great layout with 2 bedrooms downstairs, multi room loft with cool furniture for kids upstairs
Plenty plates, glasses, silverware, cooking ingredients.
Amazing location which true ski-in possibility directly to the front door
Cons:
Door code changed on its own on the second day and it took 20 minutes for the manager to get back to us and reset the code. Seems like this is an ongoing problem but very annoying.
Dumbwaiter was still broken which I expected to be fixed as I read about it in reviews from about a year earlier
After I signed up and paid the owner made us sign a contract with a clause that we’d have to pay a $100 fine if we wouldn’t take down the trash. Problem was the description of the location was vague and they listed multiple option where the dumpsters might be. Would have probably booked a different apartment there if I would have been aware of this.
The dishwasher was not userfriendly and didn’t dry well. Also not sure if it actually turned on when we left, which was also disclosed as must-do after signing up.
The coffee maker is too small and only holds about 3 cups of coffee.
The communication was spotty. Owner didn’t respond to emails if we could have a late check out on a Wednesday and if there are more trash bags. Also they listed 2 different door codes, the correct one was listed much further down in the driving directions.
Stove fan was not effective at all (might need a new filter) which resulted in a lingering smoke all over the apartment

Great property, inaccurate information.
Really bummed that the listing talked all about the spa and other amenities and they were all closed for COVID. It's not like COVID or the closures had just happened either, the host was just lazy or decided to false advertise.
Also, the email we got to check-in had the wrong door code. I was texting the host and didn't hear anything. Luckily the cleaners forgot something and showed up and punched in the right code. About 30 mins later the host finally texted me back. The hilarious part is she pretended to "reset" the code for me remotely but I know she didn't because it was the same code the cleaners used. Just be honest and say you screwed up next time lol.
Other than that the property was charming and the stay was great.

Great condo, a lot of stairs
This is a beautifully remodeled condo with creative space. Please be aware that it is located on the 3rd floor - lots of stairs to climb and with the elevation that makes it so much harder especially when hauling luggage, kids, etc. up and down. We enjoyed being able to use the fireplace and the wood supply as well as the electric heat controls in each room.
We received a text the day of our stay that they WiFi was out, they did bring in a device that we could hook our laptop up to but we didn't ever attempt to use it. In my opinion the condo could use a deep cleaning and a more intense cleaning between guests.

Comfortable
Great family condo

We had a good stay. Comfortable for our family of 5. The master bedroom is very small but comfortable. The main living area and kitchen are both small. Seems too small for more people. Definitely not more room at the table than 5 or 6. There were some barstools that had been squeezed in behind the bench seat but not real accessible. There are a lot more beds but I would not recommend more than 4 adult sized people. (Queen and King). The other beds are more for kids that can sleep anywhere. My 16 year old (6'2") said the bunk beds were not comfortable for him. There is a loft area where my boys liked to play the video games that were provided. The loft made it feel like we were not living on top of each other! Upon arrival: I printed off the arrival documents but when we got there at 9pm, I got to reading the instructions...all the info was there EXCEPT the code to get into the door. We texted and called management and the owner but no one was there to answer the phone. We had to wait in the garage for about 25 minutes before someone called back to help us. Management said she didn't know why but our code had not been generated. Also, I was not informed until the day we arrived that the hot tub was not going to be usable the whole week we were there! Most everything was closed at the resort due to Covid so I booked this place because they had a large hot tub and game room, and we have 3 active boys. The hot tub being broken was a MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT! All we got was an apology. The first day we were there the people in the unit below came up to tell us to stop stomping. It was only me and 1 of my boys there so I didn't know what he was talking about. Nonetheless, we all tiptoed the rest of the week.Overall, it was a nice stay even with the inconveniences. BTW- The Pizanos (the pizzeria at the resort) we visited at 3:30 on Friday. They close at 4pm. The owner was SOOO rude, we ended up walking out in the middle of our order. (He received some really bad reviews on Yelp as well.)

Brian Head Giant Steps
We picked the wrong week to stay at this property, it is a beautiful unit and amenities very nice. No AC in unit so the week we stayed we could not get the inside temp below 75 which was higher than we are comfortable in. The unit is on the 3rd floor and 4th if you consider you are parking in the basement, no elevator and with the altitude and heat just not enjoyable. For sking and months other than mid-summer this would be a great place.

Grad trip 2020
The condo is beautiful and very clean. I love the set up, and it has lots of sleeping spaces. The kitchen sink utilizes batteries, and it didn’t work. After we replaced the batteries, it worked, but was a bit weird. Admittedly, the sensor faucet in a kitchen was new to us. We had to request the codes for the condo, wood storage, and clubhouse. It would have been nice to have that sent in advance.
Overall, we loved the place, and would definitely stay there again.

Great condo. Building needs some repairs
The condo was awesome and very clean. The only issues were the jets in jacuzzi in our building were broken which is same as last year and the dumb waiter was broken which made getting our stuff to the third floor very difficult. We notified manager and he said he had no idea n would call it in. 3 days later when checking out it was still broken.
