This beautifully restored two story Victorian home is located within the heart of downtown, steps from excellent restaurants, unique shops, the historic train station, the Hot Springs Pool, the Rio Grande Bike Trail and numerous other biking and hiking trails. This gem will steal your heart with the well appointed interior, gourmet kitchen, special touches, unique character and unbeatable location!

THE SPACE
This historical home, built in 1908, features 4 bedrooms plus a loft and 2.5 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people. The main level features high ceilings, beautiful woodwork and light fixtures and a gas fireplace, ideal for evenings spent playing games or relaxing after an adventurous day of exploring our quaint town!

The updated kitchen is well equipped with anything you may need and there is seating for 9 in the dining room and breakfast bar area. In warmer months, enjoy relaxing or dining on the deck, within the nicely landscaped fenced in yard, perfect for your furry family member.

On the main level, the master bedroom, or the Sunflower Suite, is bright with beautiful stained glass windows, colorful artwork, vaulted ceilings and a queen bed and an en suite bathroom. French doors open onto a private patio. The second bedroom on the lower level is a delightful room with a crystal chandelier and a single bed.

The stairwell leading to the upper level opens up to the Honey Pot Loft, a winnie the pooh themed room with a low double bed, rocking chair and toys. There is no door on this loft room. This cozy space is great for kids! There are also two comfortably furnished bedrooms, both featuring European antiques, one with a small en suite bathroom.

IMPORTANT PROPERTY INFORMATION:

Non-Smoking Policy: This is a NON-SMOKING PROPERTY. The use of tobacco, cannabis, or vapor devices is strictly prohibited. Disregarding this rule may result in a fine.

Cancellation Policy: We HIGHLY recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance as there are NO REFUNDS if canceled within 14 days of arrival, regardless of the reason (including illness, flight delays, weather, road conditions, etc.). We suggest CSA Travel Protection, available at www.vacationrentalinsurance.com. Please inquire for coverage details.

Pet Policy: This home is dog-friendly, with a limit of 3 dogs. PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT PET FEE. Dogs must be crated when left alone. Kindly request to review our Dog Rules prior to your arrival.

New Carpeting: The home has recently had new carpeting installed. Please remove shoes indoors and take extra care to prevent any damage or soiling, especially from pets.

Air Conditioning: The property does not have central air conditioning. However, the two upstairs bedrooms have AC window units, and fans are provided for comfort on the lower level.

Damage Protection: Included in your rental is a $59 non-refundable damage protection insurance policy in lieu of a damage deposit. This required policy, provided by Waivo, covers up to $2,500 in accidental damage. Full agreement and coverage details can be found here.

Nice old home, over 100 years old, with a front gate that drags on the concrete, a back deck that collapsed a foot during our stay, a first generation Visio “smart tv” that had discontinued apps and no access to Apple TV, Paramount+, MLB TV, etc., with an Xfinity cable box in need of upgrading and horribly intermittent internet. The internet literally went down 5 times a day for the entirety of our stay. But, close to town with a nice yard and a nicely equipped kitchen.

Property is in a great location to walk to things. Management was very responsive. The gates are a little tricky to open, my daughter pinched her finger in one real good, but overall a great house. Off street parking which was fantastic as well.

The house was perfect for my family of 5 adults and 3 children with various sleeping arrangements. The kitchen was well stocked and the den had many family games to choose from. The location was perfect as we were able to walk to restaurants and stores without having to pile everyone in cars and navigate parking! This was a gem in Glenwood Springs!

We had a wonderful stay at this Victorian gem in Glenwood Springs. You can walk pretty much everywhere which is fantastic. The home is in great condition and the game stash is stupendous! Our kids had a great time sifting through all the options. Overall, a great stay!

We had a great stay with our extended family. The house is clean, comfortable and the patio is a perfect place to relax.. The location was so convenient, we were easily able to walk to town, the hot springs and the train station. Highly recommend

This was a lovely place for my daughter's bachelorette weekend. It's close to restaurants and hot springs. The moms were able to sleep downstairs while the 'girls' were upstairs.
