Extra Large (990 sq ft) direct oceanfront 2 bedroom condo that has fantastic bay views also, This condo is very rare to have a direct oceanfront balcony and an additional direct west-facing balcony to capture the beautiful sunsets! Don't be fooled by the listings that claim to be oceanfront that is actually ocean side, or can't even see the ocean.

A lot of new guests ask how have we maintained over 8 years all 5-star reviews, we do that by reinvesting money back into the condo consistently. The Winter of 21/22 was a new water heater and HVAC system, over $7,000 spent, the winter of 20/21 was new carpet, LR blinds, and bed linens, $5000 spent, we do this every year. And every year we replace the heavily used items like pots and pans, etc. We are always keeping up with anything that shows wear or is broken.

A complete remodel of the entire unit was done that includes the kitchen with new cabinets, stainless appliances, granite counters, and ceramic flooring. The bath has new ceramic floors, cabinets, a sink, and a toilet. The bedrooms have new carpet, furnishings, paint, window treatments, 40" smart HD wall-mounted TV in the master and 27" TV/DVD in the second bedroom, and a new King box spring and mattress in the master. The living and dining rooms have new paint, window treatments, a new full-size sleep sofa, and a 46" smart HDTV with a Blu-ray player in the living room.

Our unit is light, bright, and airy with windows on three sides the unit has the most spectacular views I have seen in OC.

There are 2 private balconies for you to enjoy. One is a direct oceanfront where you overlook the pool, beach, and ocean. You can see and hear the ocean and watch a sunrise. The other balcony looks directly west at the bay where you can watch the spectacular purple, pink, and orange sunsets. The direct bay view balcony has a picnic table and seating so you can enjoy those stunning sunsets while having dinner or cocktails outside.

Our kitchen is fully stocked so if you enjoy staying in and cooking meals on your vacation it's perfect for that. We also have a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. We are located at the northern end of Ocean City where it is peaceful and tranquil, away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds and traffic.

Rainbow has 2 beautiful pools, 1 regular oceanfront pool, and also a Kiddie pool. (The pool is open from Memorial Day until Sept. 25th)

We include FREE Comcast WiFi that is private to our unit, no sharing with the building, NO $40.00 weekly fee, and great speed!

There is parking for ONE car only, and there is a $30.00 parking fee per stay during the summer.

Sheets and towels are not included in the rental but are available for an additional charge.

We only do Saturday to Saturday rentals from June to September. 1, 2, or 3-week rentals.

First off, communication with Ron was superb. Any questions I had he answered clearly and there was no confusion, when I got there the property manager helped me find my designated spot and she was a lovely lady. The condo itself was very homey and I always looked forward to coming back to the condo at the end of the day. The beach access was amazing because it is such a short walk so you don’t have to haul all of the beach equipment far at all. The beds were all super comfortable and the washer and dryer were very convenient. My favorite part is probably the location and views, especially with the 2 balconies, once facing the bay and the other facing the ocean so the sunset and sunrise views were incredible. As for location, the condo is in the more quieter part of OC and near a grocery store and some really good restaurants within walking distance. I strongly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a relaxing stay.

This condo has a great view of ocean and bay with the two sepearate balconies, not every condo in this bldg have this option. Has a great pool as well, that is kept very clean by the staff. Short distance to waters edge. Condo had all we needed for our girls trip. King bed was very confy, however twin beds were much less comfortable. All in all was a great place to stay. Highly recommend.

The condo was very comfortable and as advertised. I stayed for two weeks - a combination of work and vacation time. The internet worked perfectly for my work requiring dozens of files open at once, video calls etc. The master bed was super comfortable.The condo was well supplied with the basics and the ocean views, sounds and smells are what we all travel for!

This was the second time we have stayed at this condo and we love it. It's located in a nice location on 112th near restraunts and stores. The ocean view is really nice along with a bay view out the front door.

A wonderful property right on the beach with a Dunkin nearby (I need my coffee!). My only downside is that they required us to bring sheets and towels. Not owning a king-sized bed at home, this was an issue. I imagine it's cumbersome for those who may fly in also. The condo was wonderful, though, and the owners are fabulous.

This condo was the most organized one I have stayed in. Everything was in its place - even in the well-stocked kitchen. Parking and check in were easy and there are plenty of restaurants and markets within an easy walk or drive. Ocean City is quiet this time of year and the condo was quiet - we could easily hear the waves crashing on the sand.

The owner was easy to communicate with and helpful. The property was in a quiet relaxing neighborhood within minutes to drive to the boardwalk or Assateague Island. Plenty of pots and pans and a laundry to boot. We enjoyed both balconies and many walks on the ocean. We were hoping to use the hot tub but it was closed for the season. Many grocery stores and restaurants in walking distance. We were fully relaxed and rested well on the matress. Central AC also helped

The condo was perfect for our 3 night stay. The condo was very cozy and comfortable. The ocean view deck is beautiful. The bayside deck was perfect for the sunset. The bed in the master bedroom was so very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again in the future. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. It was very quiet in the area. My family and I loved the condo. The views and amenities were exactly as described. We were within steps from the pool and beach. It was the perfect location to be close enough to all of the popular spots. Just a short drive or bus ride. It felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

Condo location perfection , clean and very quiet . Could use some sort of fans in bedrooms it got pretty warm since you couldn’t lower ac especially at night and it wasn’t even really hot outside during our stay . Our granddaughters had the pool to themselves on the one day they were able to get in ( first day it was being cleaned the whole time and second day it was a little chilly and water was super cold!) but there’s nothing anyone can do about that otherwise and overall all a nice stay , we had a great time making great memories

Location was awesome if you want to stay out of the busier parts of OCM. Building was old/outdated but the unit itself had been remodeled nicely and decorated super cute! My 4 YO daughter especially liked all the shells, colors, & pics in the unit. The railing of balcony was a bit concerning (the entire building needs to update that) as one of the railings was loose. BEAUTIFUL views with a quiet beach to enjoy. We went during off season but a local we met said that particular beach location doesn't really get too busy anyways in summer. lots of good restaurants near by and quick drive to the pier and busier part of OCM when you want it. We would definitely go back again!

Everything was exactly as described. Communication was clear and thorough so there is no confusion so long as you read everything. The condo is spacious and the view is absolutely stunning! The photos don't do it justice! We loved the private patios and the outdoor table was so cozy to relax and enjoy the sunset with a drink or dinner. I loved the location as it was really quiet and away from the boardwalk area, yet close enough to enjoy so many places. We visited Blackwater Refuge, the Salisbury Zoo, Chincoteague and Assateague. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Great place to get away for a quick vacation. Much better laid out then other condos we have stayed at. Great views from the balcony, and we were lucky to have 75 degree weather in November. Everything was great. A newer more comfortable couch would have been nice, but it was not bothersome. Hosts were very easy to communicate with!

Please see other 239 reviews for much detailed praise. letter just sent to Ron and Laura Zimmerman: You sent a message "just seeing this now - sorry for the lateness of my reply. i was so busy enjoying the views and countless fantastic amenities of 1009, I didn't check my email until the day before we left. don't recall calling you to advise of our arrival, that's on me too; please pardon. after spending well over 20 hours obsessively researching Ocean City condos for rent...you guys certainly had the goods, and it was well worth the wait...I originally wanted to go the second week of August. thanks for providing such a fantastic place and for making the whole rental process so simple and seamless. best, Gil" cannot recommend highly enough...more than five stars needed (although I only gave four stars on accuracy of online listing...because I thought 1009 was BETTER than listed.
