We loved the location next to so many station lines, the ease of checking in and out, and we were even able to forward luggage here!
Our room’s main lightbulb was burnt out and it was incredibly dim any time after sunset, and the TV had no antenna connected to watch channels other than the hotel’s welcome menu
4.1
Location is great. There are a lot of bars and restaurants nearby, but the best part is the 7/11 convenience store next door. The bed was spacious enough for 2 people. Last but not least, get the LG Styler room. The steam closet will come in handy.
The room did not have a designated place to keep/hang clothes. If you’re bringing big luggages, it might be a problem since there was no room under the bed also.
Also also, our check in was at 3pm and we arrived in Tokyo like 10am, and when we got at the hotel to leave out bags, there was no hall or seating area where we could rest for a moment or catch our breath.

Staff and location was great.
Laundry machine sucked. The bed pillows were the worst I've every used in my life.
4.1
Hotel semplice ma con tutti i servizi. Nonostante il self check in il personale sempre a disposizione.
Metro nelle vicinanze

Very nice location and the availability of LG styler clothing care system. Also it has an excellent bathroom.
The room was very small.
4.1
Clean room, good location, availability of human check-in assistance as needed, comfortable bed, fast check-in and check-out.
The room is small (fine for one person for one night, but it would have been very tight for 2 people). The window let in natural light, but it was frosted, so the atmosphere was stuffy.

Tres propre hôtel ,les personeel très gentils

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Całkiem dobre śniadania. Szafa do suszenia rzeczy.
Ciasny pokoik. Mało miejsca na walizki.Skomplikowany proces meldunkowy.

Good clean rooms, but it was a bit of Tetris to get three people to fit in one. It was good value, though. Location is great!
The robotic check-in is a novelty. Every person who I saw come through ended up needing a human staff member to assist them. The bathrooms felt like if you pushed on a wall too hard it would just disappear.

Great hotel, in a great lively neighborhood, 5 min walk from C or G train.
Check in was easy and flawless, the room was quiet, very clean and as described.
No HDMI connection to the TV, and there were no english TV channels (but.. you dont visit Tokyo to stay in and watch TV anyways...)

Thé location was perfect
We found the check in tricky as computer didn’t seem to be accepting the switch to English . After a while an assistant came out to reset it

Many restaurants and convenience stores are around the hotel, easy to get food. Comfortable to stay. Hotel is quite near to Tameike-sannō Station, 10 mins walk.
Room was quite small for 3 people, small space, can't move around freely. The price for the room in quite expensive, almost 500MYR per night, considered expensive if compare to my country.
4.1
Very clean and I like the eco stance
Wish there was a little more room to walk around or sit

The location of this hotel is excellent and is in a very nice area.
We booked this hotel for the novelty of the robots. We got there and tried to book in and the robots weren't working. A member of staff appeared who dealt with our booking. He was very helpful but it took the fun out of why we were staying there. The robots didn't work for the next couple and we noticed them out of order the following morning. The room itself was disappointing and felt dated and not entirely clean. We had stayed at the Travelodge in Japan which was far better value, this wasn't. In the morning I tried to put our case in the lockers downstairs but we lost our money (be it only 100 yen) so I wasn't too bothered but told the man on reception who blanked it and charged us again for leaving them behind the reception.

Location was great and close to 2 stations, 7-eleven next to it and a irish pub with good regulars. There are alot of good bars and restaurants in de area.
All personnel that i met are all smiles and nice to talk to.
4.1
The breakfast buffet was very nice, the staff were ready to help and the robot check in and out was fast and easy to understand. Location was good, very well connected with the Tokio metro line.
Nothing I can think of. I really think it was a excellent hotel for the price payed, specially in comparison to other offers we have seen in the city.
4.1
The location was good, near Akasaka station and it was quite easy to reach other subways and attraction sites.
The breakfast was really rich, with european and local dishes.
Despite having a pub at the 1st floor, the room was silent.
There is a selection of manga that customers can read.
Nothing to discuss about it.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks,
There is two metro stations near the hotel, 5 to 10 minutes walking.
The LG dryer was pretty useful and easy to use.
The bathroom was awesome with a bathtub.
The robot made the checking procedure awful, they did not recognize our passports and we had to wait for someone else to come. Plus, they were very creepy, do not go at the reception alone at night.
The room was very small and we had 6 suitcases, it was hard to move in the room
The cleaning wasn’t perfect. During the stay, we saw two big stains on the sheets, we had to call the reception for 3 days to make them change the sheets. The first day, we told them what we saw and during the following two days, they just made the bed with the same dirty sheets. We were pretty annoyed.
Concerning the laundry, it was very expensive, we had to pay 500 yen to wash our clothes during 30 minutes and the dryer was 300 yen for 20 minutes. We did 6 hotels during the month and the normal prices were 300 yen for the laundry and 100 yen for 30 minutes in the dryer.
I guess the Akasaka area is a business area, so there is nothing interesting to do or to see around the hotel. It is not even near a JR line.
4.1
Quieter area, fairly close to three different metro lines, 7-11 just next door, plenty of food options near the hotel. Handy having Chromecast with TV. Coin laundry on second floor, and enjoyed having the LG styler to refresh our clothes.
Room was a bit small (which we expected); no space under bed to place luggage, so make sure to pack light!
4.1
Very easy checking.
Cheap luggage storage easy to access.
Air-conditioning
Ice machine
Great location.
Good breakfast
4.1
Great location. Clean, comfortable, and great deal for the money.
The tv chrome cast was hard to use and limited to only YouTube.
4.1
It was well located and really clean.

Super convenient and safe location! It was very clean and we loved the amenities
The rooms were pretty small so we would’ve appreciated a bit more room but overall it was great!
