Great location and not much else

Location is that hotel best asset, by far. It stands on what I consider is the "good" part of Roppongi, meaning the Aoyama part, just across the street from Tokyo midtown shopping center.

This is your typical chain hotel: business is more important than service. Hence, a room not really thought for customers, with no place to hang your towels, for instance. With curtains not really protecting you from incoming daylight coming from the bathroom. With a blood-stained bed conforter (not by me), that hasn't been washed. Etc.

Loved our stay

We loved our stay here. The room was a good size. Loved the breakfast yummy. Great location!

Our original room was not cleaned well. We complained and were moved promptly to a spotless room.

体をリラックスできて、よい睡眠で回復させられるホテルでした

ベットの品質と清潔さ、水回りの設備の新しさ、部屋のデザイン性がおしゃれです。マッサージチェアと加湿器が設置されているのが何より良かった。マッサージチェアが部屋にあり、日常生活よりも疲れた体をリラックスさせられる。六本木の駅からすぐの場所にあるのに、静かで眠りに特化したコンセプトにしっかりマッチしていると思った。

シングルの部屋にもバスタブが欲しかった。さらにリラックスできる時間が作れて、長期間ホテルに滞在したくなると思う。

Excellent location, very clean, excellent shower, great hair dryer/fridge/freezer

Noisy toilet, trying to use the toilet quietly at night was difficult. Another plug socket would’ve been good. Lacked clothes storage space.

Stunning view and comfort

The biggest flex of this hotel for me is the view and the brightness of the rooms. I always book it when I visit Tokyo. I easily feel comfortable and home in the rooms it’s not just a place to sleep. The sunsets are amazing.

It is a shame that they can support the taxi needs. If you book a good restaurant a bit expensive, or if you want to facilitate your shopping time or airport trip, it would help to book a taxi, even at the corner of the property. I know they can not wait if front but even a bit further…

Nothing in particular. Had I spent more time on the logistics of my trip, I would have chosen something else more suited to my interests. It felt a bit out of the way for what I was after. Overall pretty average compared with the other places I stayed on my 2 week trip.

Location was good, right in the middle and close to loads of things. The staff were helpful and super nice. It was clean.

Nice hotel in an incredible neighbourhood

The room was very clean and tidy. It was rather small but functional and had everything one needs. The staff was welcoming and willing to provide help and solutions. For example, we faced an issue with a noisy ventilation fan, but we were given another room on the second day. The location is perfect: being close to two metro lines, the rest of Tokyo is well within reach. Roppongi itself is an incredible neighbourhood with lots of bars, restaurants and good crowds.

The room was on the small side. Therefore it can feel a bit cramped especially if you have a considerable amount of luggage.

We love our stay, the room with the Tokyo tower is the best

love the slick and modern building. Handy location for two train stations and lots of cafe and restaurants nearby.

Exceptional

Very good location, just 1 minute walk from Roppongi Station and in the beating heart of this neighborhood that especially comes to life at night. Really kind and helpful staff, every single one of them impressed me! We had AMAZING views from our room, which was perfect clean. Especially enjoyed the shower and the comfortable bed. The massage chair was a bonus! Great value for money!

The location is very convenients, many shops around and it is very close to metro Station, the staff was super helpful, every room has its own massage seat (super attractive reason to choose this hotel to stay:))

Room size could be bigger but the Design of the room gives you bigger perception about the size of the room, so not a big deal

Good value for money, great location, comfortable and clean.

Good value for money, clean and comfortable modern hotel in the center of Roppongi. Plenty of restaurants, bars and stores within 5 mins walking. Roppongi station very close. Relatively for Japanese hotels, especially in the heart of Tokyo, it was roomy enough for a couple. The staff were nice and understanding. The checkout time is 12, which was nice for us.

As with nearly all Japanese hotels, the room is on the small side. Really nitpicking now - the elevator always stops needlessly on the 4th floor (where the lobby is) when going both up and down.

We travel a lot around the world, and this is the worst hotel service i ever had! First of all, i have a big family with 8 ppl (some elderly and kids) to check-in together, but i have to spend more than 15 mins to check-in by myself with the machine and the staff just standing aside me ...... It was running a bit late for dinner that night ,we've booked the restaurant and just want to call and confirm if they hold the seats for us.The staff replied us they can not offer this service.I know it is not a necessary service, but when you need help ,you feel disappointed and angry with this "3 -star" hotel . When we have to check out with the machine, again, the staff just looking aside.The machine request us to return the key card room by room,if you only got one room on hand,its fine.When you hold almost 10 card on your hand, its hard to know which cards came from the same room.....eventually i spend 15 mins again to check out as i have to try the key in the machine one by one.... Again,the staff only standing there doing nothing..........
