Come stay at 'My 401K'. This spacious Sandestin two-bedroom condo located in the Westwinds building features all the comforts of home. Family and friends will enjoy gathering around the large dining room table or lounging on the large wrap around balcony while taking in fantastic views of the beach.
The condo is tucked away so it is peaceful and quiet. It is on the lobby level so no elevators. Your own quick access to the pool, hot tub, and beach. Awesome ocean view and no waiting for elevators! 2 minutes walk from Living Room to Beach!
We take pride in our condo and have added extra levels of comfort. We provide spa towels, 450 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets, fully equipped kitchen and extra cotton blankets for your comfort. Smart TV's in every room, DVD Players, Netflix, DVD's, and countless streaming platforms! Stereo, CD, and Bluetooth audio for your music enjoyment.

We will definitely try to stay at this property again. It was clean, stocked with what you need, and the bunkbeds were a hit with my little ones. I was worried about it being on the first floor, but it turned out to be great! It was quiet, we could see the pool and ocean and a short walk yo the beach.

The Condo is in a great location over looking the pool and a great view of the beach from the balcony. we also rented the golf cart which was great to ride around sandestin! We truly enjoyed our stay and the host is amazing she responds very quickly!

The condo is easy access to the pool, beach, and parking. Wonderful views of the beach and pool from the livingroom. Kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/utensils. The condo has a few beach toys and chairs too! My kids enjoyed the Tvs in the bunk bed area! Lastly, San Destin has so many wonderful restaurants and fun spots, if you need a break from the beach.

I initially had my reservations with this unit being on a lower floor, however we still had a good view of the beach and were basically overlooking the pool. This condo was nicely furnished, management was very responsive and the convenience was the best. Highly recommend and DO get the golf cart

This was our first trip to the area and we loved it. 401k has plenty of room and everything we needed inside as well as items for fun on the beach. Micki was very responsive when we reached out. It all added up for a relaxing week!

Very clean! Beautiful view of gulf and pool area! Nothing much within walking distance, but nice to have tram into Baytowne. Luckily we had a car. Only complaint i have were both beds in 2nd bedroom, very squeaky! Otherwise exceptional😊

This was our second stay here, and I'm so happy we chose it again. The view from the balcony is fantastic and unbelievable for a first floor condo. The condo is well stocked with everything you need from kitchen tools to beach chairs/beach toys/etc. The pool and beach are steps away, and the property is so fun to explore by walking or golf cart! The owner is an absolute dream to deal with and very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

Micki was great to work with and the property was fantastic!! Family with 2 small children and 5 adults stayed perfectly. Bunk bed with tvs was awesome for the kids outside the two bedrooms. Location couldn’t be better to have pool/beach access without elevators is fantastic! Will definitely be back!! Thank you, Micki!

We had meetings at the Sandestin Hilton. This condo had a golf cart with it at an additional fee. It was great having this so we didn’t have to wait on a shuttle. Loved the convenience of lunch and bar service at the pool and beach. Condo had lots of beach chairs and even a small ice chest for guests to use!

The location of this unit is right on the water. Overlooking the pool and steps from the ocean. The Owner was very easy to work with and quick to respond to all our questions. It was roomy and comfortably fit all five of us. The only negatives for us was that the unit needed a little more TLC. Carpets in bedrooms were dirty. Pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. The overall feel of the condo was very dark/gloomy and not bright and airy because of the dark wall colors. I think some updates would make this unit a perfect place to stay!!

This property was perfect for our vacation. Everything we needed was provided for us. Bringing young children I was excited that sand toys were provided so we didn’t have to worry about buying and bringing that. The owner was very sweet, helpful, and quickly responded to any questions/concerns we might have had. We will definitely be returning this property when we plan another beach trip!

This condo was great. Very clean and great location. Ample seating on balcony was nice and the extra beach chairs for our use was appreciated. We also used the beach service - rented chairs and umbrella for the duration of our stay. The beach attendant put out the chairs (labeled with our name each morning) and picked them up each evening. It was great knowing we'd have reserved chairs waiting for us at the beach!

This was a great location with wonderful view of the ocean from the balcony. The condo was beautifully appointed and well stocked. I had not been to this part of Florida before and found the sand to be white, fine and fluffy. The ocean color was blue to emerald, hence the Emerald Coast. I was told that the pool is heated, so even if the weather is cool you can enjoy the pool and hot tub. I would definitely recommend this venue and will be back.

Micki really blessed us by allowing us a late check out since the weather was terrible (red tide) the entire stay until the day we had to leave. They didn’t have renters the very next day so they offered us a late check out which allowed us to finally get some beach time! They are generous hosts, and I very much appreciated their hospitality to us. The condo was in tip top shape and it had everything we needed!

The condo is in a great location! The views and easy access to the pool and beach (and parking) is fantastic. We normally stay in Westwinds when we visit Sandestin... but this was our first time in this unit. By far, this is the best location of all the unites we have rented. Also, the owners are super fast to respond, and super easy to work with. Would definitely be on the top of our list next time we come back to Sandestin!

I am so excited we booked My 401k condo for a first family vacation in 2 years! Booking was super easy and communication with owner was really fast! It is clean and well maintained. The views from the balcony are gorgeous! There was wonderful breeze everyday while sitting on the balcony. Our favorite thing about this condo is the location. You can tell from pictures it is really close to the pool and beach. What you will be delighted by is that you are on the main level and can bypass the elevators! There is an exit door feet away leading you to the pool and beach. You will find a tiki bar poolside during the day if you are looking for food and drinks. They even send a server to the beach who will take your order and deliver to you on the beach! And to top it off, if you like to shop you will not be disappointed. There were 2 major shopping areas nearby with something for everyone. On a last note, it you are looking for delicious seafood, check out the Surf Hut. The food was very fresh, the staff (Lynn) was super nice and the oceanfront view is amazing!
