خدمة صف السيارات سيئون/ موظفو الاستقبال/ الغرفه حاره وسيئه والمكيف يشتغل ويسكر من نفسه رغم اننا طلبنا موظف الصيانه / موظفو خدمه الغرف مزعجين يطرقون الباب فالشك ان واليوم الثاني فالشك اوت يتصلون وايد ويطقون الباب علينا عشان الشك اوت رغم انه لم تاتي الساعه 12 ظهرا .

Rue and Roshan are the best stuff I have ever met in my travel experience and I loved the resort

I loved the stuff members were so friendly and helpful. Roshan and Rue came through for me big time.. suggested everything nice for me . The stuff were generally good.

بعد الحجز يبلغوكم ان ممنوع احظار الطعام من خارج المنتجع تسجيل الدخول للفلل 4 العصر للغرف 3 واول ماتوصل المنتجع يبلغوكم ان المسبح الداخلي ممنوع لعمر اقل من 18 حتى لو كنت حاجز عشان المسبح الداخلي وتحاول تتجنب التعرض لحرارة الشمس لوجود عارض طبي هذه هي سياسة المنتجع للمعلوميه الرسيبشن غير متعاون غلاية الماء متسخه جدا والحمام مايصرف الماء ومستوى النظافه بشكل عام سيء

Relaxing yet swimming pool was not clean, the kitchen have nothing working except the kettle.

Nice place to relax

You need a golf car to go to the hotel which take around an hour to arrive, in addition the facilities like the kitchen was unsatisfactory since the oven does not work and you only have a kettle where eventually you’ll order a food from the restaurant in the hotel even if you don’t want to.

Frustrating after the charge

The hotel facilities were satisfactory, but I was unfairly charged for damages to a broken holder in the bathroom. Despite the fact that the holder was already faulty, they attributed it to my state of inebriation and charged me $550, which I find unjust and unreasonable.

It’s nice that you have some sport activities like Paddle, Badminton , Tennis or even the kids club but those that you have are costly, so I suggest to reduce their fees.

It was great. I would prefer the workers to be more informed about over seas guests so they won’t be so caught off guard

I loved everything about the property, it was very clean.

One worker in particular kept questioning me and my husband about our changing of money, also any time we changed money she seemed to be unsettled. Maybe she had a bad week? Not sure but other than that 10/10.

المستوى اصبح سيء جداً هذه كانت زيارتي الخامسة واصبح المكان لايطاق المعاملة من الاستقبال الموظفة ورئيسها سيئة و طلبت العشاء باربكيو في الفيلا الطعام سيء وقليل جداً بالنسبة لالفين وخمسمئة ريال الموظفين لايوجد لديهم مرونة في التعامل مع الزبائن والمفقودات لاترجع أبداً حتى لو تواصلت معهم والنظافة كل ماطلبتها قذرة جداً حتى المهملات لايخرجونها شيء بصراحة لايطاق خسرت المال ووقت الإجازة للأسف
