Really pleasant stay - great apartment.

The location was great! And the beds were so comfortable…so comfortable ! (Would like to find out where to get those mattresses;) ).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the location was ideal.

Location

The bathrooms could have been cleaner as I found hairs on the floor. A safety mat in the bathrooms would have been helpful as my aunt had mobility issues and therefore did not feel safe to shower. We were concerned about leaving marks on the table from cups so placemats would have helped. The side table in the bedroom was cracked but fortunately not a danger.

Great location, very clean, very secure.

Location was excellent, close to train station, close to centre of town. Very clean. Liked how secure it was. The hosts were great and very accommodating. Instructions for codes and finding the key very clear.

Didn’t like hauling luggage up the stairs - we obviously didn’t read the description well before booking. The place also smelled musty, as though it hadn’t been aired often enough.

Wonderful airy, convenient, reasonable and clean. As shown in the pictures. What you see if definitely what you get.

Cleanliness, size of flat , airy, beautiful high ceilings lots of natural light. Great communication with owners, great recommendations. Car park was very handy and once you download the App easy to manage.

Finding it was difficult because no number on the building and no name on the street. Would have been helpful to have been told the intersection (Man era and Henry) and/or the fro t door to building is bright red! The key access was very awkward because it was very low on the wall, also it was my first time using such a device and I had no idea how to find the rollers for the numbers. If the one opposite flat had not already had theirs opened, I would never have figured it out! Forgot there was no lift . The walk up with my suitcase was was okay but a little hard on my almost 75 year old body. Good exercise though.

Amazing apartment

Excellent location to centre of town, car park, train and bus stations. Secure access, apartment full of character, well equipped and tastefully decorated . It was beautiful

shower was leaking water. water in hot taps can get too hot & a bit of a caution when you have small kids.

Delightful period property. A real treat!

Such a pleasure to stay in a period property so close to the centre. Beautiful talk ceilings, en-suite and separate bathrooms. Perfect.

We had a lovely few days break , managed to get a car park space to so winner winner 😊

excellent location , very comfortable , good communication from hosts

was expecting there to be noise as the property is very central, exceeding noisy toilet too though . The apartment doors are fire and very heavy so slam a lot when shutting , someone on the Saturday night of our stay was in and out about 7 times in the space of about and hour and a half , I didn’t get to sleep until very late . Not the hosts fault though and Bath itself is amazing

Great location!

The location is perfect, close to all the sights! The flat itself is beautiful and the parking is super convenient!

The pillows are old and yellow, would be good to replace them more often. We didn’t notice until we stripped the beds on the last day as asked by the host, but it made the whole stay feel a bit off seeing the state of the pillows we used.

Lack of storage on arrival.

. Great location, very clean and elegant apartment

We had to wander tound with our suitcases for 3 hours. Next time we would choose somewhere we could leave the suitcases.Nowedidnt wantto pay20+ pounds and leave them at some cafe.somefreetea/coffee/milk ascourtesy would improve the stay.

Location was excellent and size of apartment was great. Would definitely use this apartment again.

The bedroom doors didn’t close fully and the ladies would have liked a full length mirror when getting ready.

Lovely Apartment

The apartment was well equipped, nicely decorated and was very near shops, cafés and restaurants. It was bright and spacious for my Mum and me.

I am a light sleeper so I found the location noisy as the apartment is on a fairly busy road and I could hear traffic and people until the early hours. However, my Mum slept like a log! I realise it's hard to find quiet accommodation in a town centre though.

Bath was breathtaking, the suite & its location was perfect & we will definitely return one day!

The location was absolutely perfect, the suite was tastefully set up with beautiful decor and colors, and they were able to accommodate an earlier check in time which was greatly appreciated after our long days & travelling!

Paid parking was quite costly. No laundry machine in the suite, however, they offered the opportunity for us to use the laundry machine in their other vacant suite if needed!

Beautifully decorated. 2 bathrooms. Excellent location. comfy beds. a gem!!!

Dead pigeon on balcony, en-suite’s toilet had a stench coming from it when you flush it. this resulted in us not using the toilet. Luckily where was another bathroom. All these could have easily been rectified by owners. Cleaners obviously did not let them know, so might be worth for owners to check apartment after cleaning is done.

Great location, very helpful and responsive owners. The beds were comfortable and the linen and towels were hotel quality all contributing to a good night's sleep. I am sensitive to perfumed cleaning and washing products and can have allergic reactions so I was reassured by the owners prior to my arrival The rest of the appartment was attractively furnished and well equipped. The ear plugs were appreciated although generally it was not unduly noisy inside or outside the building.

The fridge was not as clean as I expected and compared to the rest of the appartment. A can of coke left in the fridge was fine but there was excessive mould in the small freezer section where food stuff had gone off, frozen, thawed and frozen again. It would have also been in keeping to remove partially used personal toiletries ie washing gell face cream etc from the bathroom.

Perfect location for a relaxing stay in Bath.

Very comfortable apartment in a perfect location in Bath, very close to the train station. The apartment was well appointed, clean and very comfortable. The communication from the hosts was timely and told us everything we needed to know and the check-in process was easy.

My only complaint is that the hot water in the shower wasn’t hot enough, even on the maximum setting.
