Newly refurbished to an impeccable standard this unique beach front apartment truly is breathtaking. This superb apartment comprises of the ultimate in open plan living. With a stylish openplan kitchen, lounge and dining area with the best views of the south coast. Our property comprises of four luxury double bedrooms all with stunning en-suite facilities and a luxurious family bathroom all with walk in double showers, with one of our bedrooms and en-suite facilities allowing enough space for disabled guests. All bedrooms include 32' flat screen T.V. with freeview The lounge has a two three seater and one two seater leather sofa with the dining area able to seat ten guests. The lounge/dining area has a 55' flat screen 3D T.V with the full Sky HD package. The outside space consists of sofas and chairs to truly make the most of the tranquil setting. Check in 16:00 Check out 10am (guests staying for 2 nights can have a late check out, so they can check in at 16:00 and check out at 16:00)

Just returned from our fourth stay at this gem of a rental property where stepping out of the door straight on to the beach is a joy.
Its beautiful living area, comfortable beds and a comprehensively equipped kitchen make it perfect for a relaxing break with friends or family. The hosts are charming and on hand should the need arise and there is parking immediately outside. The property is located on a private estate which extends along the shore for a considerable distance. As a result the beach with its wide expanse of sand at low tide is never crowded.
We have enjoyed staying in winter when it is a cosy refuge after a bracing beach walk, and in summer when the living area's bi-fold doors open up the property to sea air and sunshine and the outside seating comes into its own.

This was, by far, the best place we could have chosen to celebrate my husbands 70th birthday. The whole family were totally awestruck.
A 10 minute walk to a pub that has a lovely menu. Will definately visit again! Even Storm Antoni didn't dampen our few days of celebrations.

What fun! While we wished we could have stayed longer, we truly enjoyed our 2 day stay. The property is beautiful and very comfortable. A short walk to a lovely little town. And amazing views. But it was the owners that made us feel special and welcomed. We were about 3 hours late due to flights but were still met in person by Paul, who happily showed us around. And left us a lovely amount of food, including a delicious homemade turamasu! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

We've just returned from Bella Vista and enjoyed a wonderful break. The accommodation was beautiful and spotlessly clean, with stunning views across the beach. Everything you could wish for is supplied, from a plentiful supply of beach towels and a very well equipped kitchen.
The owners have been nothing but helpful and welcoming, and I can wholeheartedly recommend Bella Vista for the perfect seaside getaway.

This is a phenomenal property. Right on the beach so superb location. Spotless throughout. Everything has been considered to make your stay as comfortable as possible with lots of little extras too which went above and beyond what you would expect. Thank you to Stewart, Paul and family for our delicious desserts, welcome pack and helping to make our stay so truly special while we celebrated my mum’s birthday.

This beautiful property is situated right on the beach, and Paul (and Stewart) couldn't have been more helpful. It is finished to the highest standards and they have thought of everything you could possibly want. We loved every minute - with family from 20 to 82 staying and enjoying some very relaxed time together for a few days. We can't recommend this more highly to anyone!

We took this trip to get together with friends, the place is lovely and caters for people with disabilities without being clinical. We really enjoyed our time and, although the weather wasn’t favourable, we still managed to get out on the beach which is directly off the property. I can imagine in summer that it would be even more amazing.

Spent Christmas here with the family and it was such a lovely place to for all of us to stay. The property is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The decor and set up also give it a very homely feeling which makes it an ideal home from home place to stay. Lots to do in the area. Really appreciated the extra efforts that our hosts went to welcome us and to make the place nice and Christmassy!

Wow - this place is stunning, the view and location literally takes your breathe away. The house was immaculate and incredibly well appointed. The kitchen was stocked full of crockery and appliances, there wasn't anything we needed.
The whole weekend was just perfect... as was the tiramisu that was left for us on our arrival! yum!

Absolutely marvellous property and the owners could not have been more gracious or helpful. The location is perfect and the amenities are generous. The welcome package was wonderful, including plentiful basics, bread, milk, sugar, butter and much more and even specially prepared desserts for each guest.

Beautiful property in a wonderful location
Perfect place to stay for Goodwood! James and Emiliana were the perfect hosts. The house is very well stocked with kitchen equipment - a real home from home. It is perfectly situated on the beach where we went paddling every day. Highly recommended property.

Bifold doors open directly onto beach. The children loved it and were rock pooling / swimming / kite flying etc etc all day and so were the adults. Excellent hosts can't do enough for you. Didn't want to leave.

New Years’ Eve stay
We had a wonderful stay at Buena Vista with close friends, the host Paul was extremely Friendly & accommodating with checking in/out. Just lovely finishing touches in decor, & such a relaxing atmosphere. Fantastic equipped kitchen, including bread, butter, milk, eggs, even some home make desserts & bottle of Prosecco. We loved our stay there & hopefully visit again. One to remember! Golfing Buddies, West Sussex

Lovely location and property
We had a family celebration for my mum’s 75th Birthday. The property is even better than the pictures, location and view of the sea and beach is amazing. The owners were really lovely and were very helpful and accommodating. All of the rooms are spacious and comfortable, everything is modern and new. Such a nice place and will definitely be back soon!
