The views are incredible, and the sunrises and sunsets are exceptional. The location is excellent, 5 minutes from town. The house is great, with plenty of room for 4 adults and a baby, and the living room is incredibly cosy. The bed in the master was also extremely comfortable! Highly recommend.

Positives: View is incredible and worth 6 stars, bathrooms are nice, clean and with supplied well. Layout is comfortable although some of the furniture, e.g. the picnic table on top floor, chairs in loft are missing. Property managers are very responsive.
Negatives: In general the unit is worn and needs an update. Various things/furniture are broken, some furniture is covered in spill stains, kitchen items especially pans are beyond cleaning and even rusty. However, the worst thing is that the mattress in the primary is so worn out that each person literally lies in a trough, with the mattress mounding high between them. It was so bad that my husband started sleeping in a different bedroom. Lastly, there is no AC so it gets hot in the summer.

The location of this property and the quiet neighborhood are perfect. It is a picturesque walk into town, with a gentle hill climb on the way home. The panoramic views are absolutely incredible and breathtaking.
The house is very spacious and extremely comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a self-catering vacation.
The lounge room area and fireplace were lovely and open to taking in those magnificent views.
We enjoyed the hot tub on the second-floor balcony immensely... particularly after the marathon! It was a godsend.
Communication with the property manager was excellent and access to the property was seamless.
The only issue we found was the degree of cleanliness.
The carpets are badly stained and possibly need replacing. The decks and deck furniture were dirty as were the tiles in the foyer. I think these things are just cosmetic and possibly just need updating or a really thorough cleaning. We also found a few loose checkers floating around the lounge room, obviously from a game. Just little things, but also not ideal.
Otherwise, we had a lovely stay in a lovely property with outstanding views. Thank you.

This place is great! Split on three levels, but cozy and clean. Directions were clear and communication with the owner was good. The locations is perfect just outside of the town center in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything. Views and hot tub are hard to beat!

Exactly as described. Property manager (Calvin?, if I recall correctly) responsive and helpful with instruction on hot tub controls. Lush towels and lots of them. Kitchen well appointed. Disappointed with gas fireplace. Unless set to heat, whimpy flames and lacking in ambience when it rained. Great location and view.

Had a fabulous stay for an entire month. Close enough to Queenstown to be handy, far enough away to be quiet with spectacular views. Staff were very accommodating and responsive. Very nice indeed.

The house was great. It was spotless, v spacious, the kitchen was large, modern and had everything you could need. The bathrooms were also modern and perfect. The added bonus spa bath was great. The bedrooms were all perfect. And the view the view the view, wow, spectacular, so beautiful, stunning views of the lake from the 2 big balconies off the living room and the master bedroom. The hot tub was awesome. .

Very comfortable accommodation. A fully equipped kitchen with added extras like a great nespresso machine. The hot tub works well and has a beautiful view over the lake and the mountains. Thank you so much for a lovely break away. I have many beautiful pictures from the balcony.

We chose this property as the accommodation for our wedding in Queenstown. We couldn't have been more delighted with our decision.
The place is well presented and well maintained with everything we could have possibly needed to help make our wedding so special.
The outdoor areas on both levels provide stunning views of Lake Wakatipu and the spa pool just off the master bedroom makes taking in those views even more enjoyable.
The property manager was very responsive to all communication and a pleasure to deal with.
