Couldn’t fault it. It was immaculate when I got there and easy instructions to follow to get to the apartment. The lady there was so lovely and asked if I needed anything else. Pleasantly surprised as expected just a bed and a bathroom. It was a proper flat with cooler and sink, wide screen tv. Knowing what the apartment is like now, I found that £110 for the night was more than reasonable and I would have expected to pay more due to all the amenities in the apartment ! I would wholly recommend this apartment and will use again.
I liked everything.

I book this accommodation for workers in the salford quays. They are very happy here, fantastic location! The workers have found the property managers very easy to meet with and access the property

I book this property for workers, they seem very happy with the accommodation here and it is very close to the quays where they are working

The bed mattress is too low.... like sleeping on the floor. Unable to park close by....had to park 3mile away.

Amazing view out of the window beautiful property and the property owner was flexible and helpful to meet us at the property

The apartment was ok with great views being on the 26th floor , unsettled me to be honest , but was do able
Location was spot on, everything we needed was walking distance.
The lift was unsettling for me, the main entrance to the building was broke ( doors were stuck)

The apartment was a 1 bedroom apartment on the 7th floor. It had plenty of space, a good bathroom and well equipped kitchen.
The location is about 20 minutes on the tram from Manchester Piccadilly. Others had mentioned a nice view, but the view from here was over another apartment building and a construction site.

Facilities and location
Had to ask for deposit to be returned twice - shouldn't have had to ask at all once I had sent my bank details.
Strange smell to bed linen and towels. Floor had not been cleaned properly as there was a sticky patch near wardrobe.
Wasn't a problem for me but be aware that the street parking has resrictions between 8am and 6pm.

be cautious, owner asking for deposit in cash or bank transfer to personal account.
We had originally contacted the host to ask about the parking and specific location for the building as we had received no details except booking confirmation, and we were met with very passive aggressive responses implying he’d already told us what we were asking and making us seem an inconvenience for needing to collect the keys. when we went to collect the keys, the man who was bringing them said we needed to pay a £100 deposit directly to him either in cash or by bank transfer and that it would be returned after the stay which felt very sketchy so we didn’t end up staying. we contacted customer services and they said the deposit should have been taken through the booking.com app not by the owner, no refund was made by the owner despite going against protocol and we only received small compensation from booking.com

Great location and views
Unfortunately the pictures don't reflect the current state of the apartment. Lots of knocks and dints in the walls, walls grubby. Poor old mattress which sagged in the middle and springs could be felt. Very thin duvet which was barely warm enough and 2 very sorry flat pillows. Damaged furniture. Generally felt a bit grubby.

For us everything was perfect room and facilities was okay and I like the location allows one to reach anywhere with trams, the sainsbury shop at ground floor served perfectly and also security was good 🥰

Location was good
Saw a drug deal going on at the bottom of the flats. Only 1 big towel, but wasn’t very soft. Only 2 very sad pillows. Bed extremely uncomfortable. No bedside cabinet light. Weird smell throughout flat. NO free parking!! It is on the road with no street lights, 1 side is double yellow and the other is single yellow.. we were told to park down there and move the car by 8am otherwise we would have a ticket.. was very uncomfortable with everything, was half heartedly done so didn’t even stay at the property and didn’t feel safe leaving car on the dark road. Saw 2 drug deals in total and got threatened by people who live in the block. Being a young female I did not feel safe at all. had to book a well known branded hotel and stay there instead.

Location was perfect.
The bathroom was in good order with hot shower
This apartment was not in good order as advertised. The studio is tatty with holes in wall, water stains, really not suitable for rental. If this had been a hotel room I would have requested a new room. Thoroughly disappointing and left us with no choice but to spend as much of the day outside due to poor condition of the studio apartment.

the view
broken toilet, broken tap. mouldy walls, multiple punch holes in the wall. stank of cigarettes, experienced a power cut. bed sheets felt gross. probably the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. no parking. I got a parking fine to top it off yay. not what I expected of salford keys. also took a £100 deposit that we were not in informed of before booking.

the location was great, views from the high floor were really good. plenty room and everything you need. brilliant shower.
parking was not great but local knowledge might help with that.

Nice view really spacious perfect for a small break away
Cab get cold at night would’ve loved extra blankets

the view of the city was really good and the building was easy to access. was also is a really good location for us, as we came to watch Manchester United. it was also in very close proximity to a tram stop, so getting around the city was made very easy. the property had fast Wi-Fi and a freeview+ TV.
there was a few holes in the wall, and a stain on a bed sheet, but nothing too bad. could have done with a spare duvet cover and pillow covers aswell for the sofa bed.

too much noise coz the working next to the building

Location was great a short walk to lots of bars and restaurants. A very comfortable bed and fantastic veiws of manchester city centre.
The room was indeed of some TLC there was quite a bit of damage. Cracked sink and wobbly tap in the bathroom ,holes in the wall where the bathroom door handle had hit it and general marks on the walls.

Comfortable, modern apartment in a good location right at the Harbour City tram stop.
Little things were negatives - need to push a button three times each day to get hot water, no tea towel, no hand towel, uncleaned oven, not enough pillows - all small things that wouldn’t stop me from staying here again.

The view
Wi-Fi didn’t work. Is wrote to the host but he didn’t answer.
Apartment looked much better on the pictures . It needs renovation. Wall had holes and were really dirty

Nothing
I’m disgusted with the outcome of our stay here. The hot water tank didn’t work most the time, had to have cold showers. The toilet seat wasn’t fitted properly, very loose, resulting in it cracking-so they capitalised on keeping all our deposit whilst not responding to messages/calls. (We even had the courtesy of measuring it for replacement to save him the hassle). Zero communication.

Great location with tram right outside - Sainsburys also very convenient - great views from this top floor unit
Collection of keys was a bit disjointed as we had to keep messaging owner to meet up outside property - a lock box would be more convenient . Unit a little tired / few minor decorative issues/damage
