It’s next to the train station

It’s far away from the lake by walking you should take transportation The bed wasn’t comfortable, specially the below There is no privacy in the toilet even if it’s three beds room No room service, they would not provide you with water at least

Solide Unterkunft für Geschäftsreisende, im Winter fehlt attraktives Gym.

Lage sehr praktisch für mich weil unterm Bahnhof und in einer charmanten Umgebung mit kleinen Restaurants, Zimmer ok solange man die oberen Stockwerke und Doppelzimmer zur Einzelbenutzung bucht, Highlight ist die Glaskuppel zum Frühstück mit Blick über den See und in die Berge, deshalb komme ich immer wieder. Im Vergleich zum Carlton in der Nähe Zimmer weniger Schnickschnack aber viel grösser. Kaffeestation im Zimmer.

Freundlichkeit des Personals von den Personen abhängig und der Tagesform, Der Teppich in den Zimmern stört mich sehr, das Gym zu klein und klaustrophobisch im Keller, eine Kooperation mit den vielen Gyms in der Nähe wäre toll.

Very stylish accommodation, excellent position in the city, close to station and metro.

We'd requested single beds for our teenage kids: they didn't want to share a double! The staff said they couldn't give us singles, as they had a tour group in, which took preference over a family. This was ok, but odd, as the bed bases were already two singles which could easily be separated. Although one of the reception staff was helpful and said they could provide an additional set of sheets so we could separate the mattresses, another staff member disagreed and we didn't get the bedding. A shame because otherwise we loved this hotel.

Beautiful hotel located very centrally in Lausanne.

The location of the hotel is excellent and the view from the breakfast area is simply stunning!

It was very unfortunate that the hotel charges CHF50.- additionally for a late check-out of only one hour! That's not great customer experience even though I can understand that you have a tight schedule to follow.

A really nice outfitted hotel room, I liked this hotel a lot.

The breakfast room is on the top floor with a great view over the roof-tops, lake Léman (Geneva) and the Alps behind. Plenty of hanging and drawer/shelf space and somewhere to hand big outdoor coats and rainwear. the TV was of good quality and had a good range of foreign and local channels. I really like this hotel a lot, I have stayed in many hotels and apartments of varying prices in my career and this has got to be one of the best.

(Not me, but some may not like the glass walled shower room and toilet).

Perfect for what we needed.

The hotel is a very short walk from the main Lausanne train station and a metro stop, it was perfect for us to get around. The staff were super helpful when our mini fridge was not working and we were looking to store some food in it.

The room was a little small. I did pay a little extra on Booking.com for a room on a higher floor thinking that I would get a view, this is not the case. The hotel is on a hill, so we were on the 4th floor (higher floor), but that was only 1 level up from the street level, so still not much of a view. Had I understood this, I would not have spent the extra money. The bathroom is also not very private with partial see through windows between the toilet, shower, sink and room area. Although some curtains or doors can be closed, nothing fully blocked views between the bathroom and room given the placement of mirrors. My husband and I could get past this, but if anyone is traveling with a friend, they may want to consider this carefully.
