Bien localisé. Correct quand on connaît déjà bien Lausanne comme nous.

L'emplacement, la tranquillité, proximité de tout.

Le manque d'équipement ( vaisselle), le fait que le coffre-fort était hors-service, de même que le micro-ondes. La femme de chambre ne parlait que quelques mots de Français.

Excellent rapport qualité prix en plein centre de Lausanne!!

Emplacement, confort du lit, salle de bain neuve, accessoires de toilette, service à thé avec biscuits, bouteilles d'eau!

Bruits des autres pensionnaires avec un enfant jusqu'à tard la nuit mais l'hôtel n'y peut rien...

Poor

Location is great only

Poor hospitality. Restaurant staff are also staff taking care of guests needs. Received impatient attitude during check in. I think they are more interested in their restaurant business than Hotel business. Beware, there is no lift! And you can imagine the terrible experience having to carry your big luggage up! The room is also in bad condition. The wardrobe is spoilt with faulty door. A piece of cardboard was used to hold the door from opening. The toilet seat is yellowish with stains. And the room is "slanting". It was a stay of 2 person but only one guest card for one person had been given. Why can't another card be issued?

Good enough

Great location, pretty much in the heart of the historic center. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was pretty comfortable.

The hotel didn't have a lift and I stayed on the last floor... The reception is inside the restaurant (open to the public) and the staff's English was not the best. The bathroom door was super heavy and difficult to manage, and also translucent, which allowed for light to get into the room by night. Despite these facts, nothing did ruin my stay or anything.

Exceptional

The location of the hotel is perfect, next to the metro with plenty of shops around. I had the top attic apartment which was spacious and very cozy and clean, with a small kitchenette having everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet too.

Seems the wifi didn't work or I just couldn't connect, but no big deal.

Great position but it's just a bedroom

Very central position and the room was overall pretty clean

I find the price too high for a very small bedroom with a bathroom and no kitchen. Also the structure didn't answer me whether I could check in before 14:00. It turned out I could not because the hotel has also a restaurant and the personnel was busy serving lunch.

Clean and spacious room with city hall view

Very good location. Facing the old town square and jn front of the city hall. Three minutes to the subway station which will take you to Lausanne railway station or Lake Leman. Spacious and clean. Very good value for the price.

No elevator. A bit tough if you have a big luggage and stay on the top floor.

Excellent location

The location is excellent. Right in the centre of town. Lausanne has two metro lines. The hotel is located about 200m from both, putting the whole of wider Lausanne without easy reach. The hotel's restaurant is also extremely good.

There is no lift. Not an issue for me, but something to bear in mind if you need one.

Little Swiss oasis

Warm welcome from the staff, lovely building and wonderful clean room. Bed was so comfy and the bedding was so soft. Amazing location in centre of Lausanne with a metro stop a 2 minute walk away. Didn't have breakfast but the freshly delivered croissants smelt amazing!!!

Cozy hotel right in the heart of Lausanne

Outstanding location in the heart of Lausanne old town, close to important sights and transportation. Clean rooms, spacious and modern bathroom, good price.

No breakfast option before the restaurant itself opens. Not a problem for me personally, but be aware of the steep staircases and no elevator.

It is good value for Switerland and in a very pretty area of Lausanne near all the sights

Fab attic studio with beams and a view of the cathedral. Good bathroom and kitchen. Comfortable bed. Great location

Although there was a kitchen it was very very poorly equipped with almost no cutlery or crockery. I had to ask for a spoon and a bowl. Only one pan for cooking etc. I mentioned these issues at the end of the stay and a member of staff wrote down what I said so maybe this is now better The staff are very busy as it is more a restaurant that happens to have some rooms rather than a hotel with hotel staff on hand to help.

Cosy hotel at the heart of Lausanne

Great location in the city center at the relatively lower price than other hotels in the area.Nice view from the window on the clock tower on the third floor. Teapot in the room with everything needed for tea/coffee.

Dirty towels from somebody of the previous stay were left in the room,as well as a blue cleaning liquid in the toilet. Keep in mind that there's no lift,but that's not that critical. As such no reception at the hotel because it's a restaurant at the same time. But it can be an advantage if you want to take a late breakfast since there's no time limit. No meal served on Sundays.
