Good location. Clean.

Many guests were smoking inside. The curtains did not provide privacy, or block light. This meant that our East facing room would bake in the sun from 6AM onward. The room only had two pillows for the bed, and a single duvet without additional flat sheets. No hand soap was provided. The action to turn on the shower was almost impossible to use without standing outside the tub. I had to turn the shower on for my wife due to the tightness of the mechanism.

would not provide access code - insisted I had not provided documentations prior to my arrival (which I did)- during my train ride from Zurich airport to Lausanne refused to provide access code to the building - I kept sending them by phone pictures of my passport - arrived in Lausanne rail station still without the access code - an hour later the access code came by text perhaps having to deal with Poland is not the way to go

The facilities and location were very good

The only problematic point in the facility was that the working principle of the shower faucet was very strange.

The place is really nice and has everything that you need, the shower was really great

The bed is a regular double bed, and they can't put another one because there isn't place, but is very confortable

The apartment is very close to metro and very nice view

The lights were out and the refrigerator shelf was broken The shower room is difficult to use

Bad facility, water in the sink was clogged. I raised a concern but NO action . Will not recommend this property. But very clean too.

Location and room

Great location, easy to find and very good check in instructions. Modestly appointed and comfy enough but certainly nothing glamorous. Very quiet considering the proximity to roads and the city sounds.

Pretty dated and could do with a refresh. Nothing polarising or terrible but just a bit rough around the edges and the kitchen and bathroom had stained surfaces (but they were still clean).

The studio was very clean and modern fully equipped with a small kitchen Very close to the metro station and to the city center As well as the CHUV The staff let me enter the room before 15:00 since it was ready.

The price was high though It was different from all the hotels i have been to there is no reception and they don't offer breakfast It is more like apartments rental. It's a self check in hotel where you are provided with the code of the main entrance as well as your apartment code before your arrival when you finish the booking and send your passport ID You are not allowed to enter your room before 15:00 since the code won't be working before 15:00. I only saw one of the staff the first day on my arrival and then i didn't see anyone for like 4 days. The office was always closed when i pass by It didn't give me a hotel vibe It is More like a modern dorm studio.
