Bon rapport qualité/prix dans une ville chère

La chambre était propre, l'hotel bien situé à côté d'une station de metro et nous avons apprécié le parking sur place et l'ascenseur. Le jeune homme à la reception est tres sympathique. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Il n y a pas de clim et notre chambre sous le toit était étouffante malgré le ventilateur fourni. Même en ouvrant la fenêtre il n y avait pas moyen de faire rentrer de l'air dans la chambre. Cet hotel est à éviter quand il fait chaud.

location in front of metro station; restaurant on-site, nearby lot of terasses; pleasant walk 15-20 minutes to downtown; gave us free passes for public transportation; comfy beds, room clean; useful small refrigerator ; check-in imediately even few hours before standard time

didn’t need anything else. didn’t expect for more. facilities and price according to classification

Position centrale, sûrement intéressant durant l’hiver

Absence de climatiseur dans les chambres, frigo avec lumière tout autour qui empêche de bien dormir, parking extrêmement pénible à parquer

Value for money.

bedroom was comfortable and clean and good value.

The rest of the property is run down and the neighboring were noisy. No car parking.

Goed, voor een redelijk prijs, maar alles bij elkaar redelijk basic.

We zaten gelukkig in een kamer aan de achterkant van het gebouw. Anders was er wel behoorlijk wat straatlawaai. Het bed was goed, ook zo de badkamer en de kamer werd iedere dag gereinigd, wat prettig was.

De eerste dag hing er een stank op de gang, maar vanaf dag twee was dat probleem opgelost. Er was een parkeerruimte, zo lazen we, maar in werkelijkheid ging het om een strook asfalt waar bezoekers aan het restaurant en hotelgasten hun plaats moesten zoeken.

Nice stay at Residence l"Ours

Comfy bed, staff was friendly and helpfull, good location. Quiet at night. There was everything you need, a coffee machine, teas, coffees, and creamers.

in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, das zwar im Irdtvergkeich nicht zu teuer ist, dringend aber renoviert werden muss!

praktische Lage nahe CHUV, Hotel braucht Renovation - überall. Restaurant-Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit und grosszügig - wird aber von Rezeption-Personal bzw Leitung total im Stich gelassen… ÖV-Karte wurde nicht überreicht, beim Auschecken dann Hinweis, ich hätte es halt verlangen sollen… Rezeption oft nicht besetzt und wenn dann nicht sehr kompetent und erst nach Reklamation im Ton etwas besser… keine richtige Profis am Werk! dommage!…

siehe Feedback oben! auch hat die Duschlampe Wackelkontakt gehabt… nicht so toll, so nah beim Wasser… das gibt kein gutes Gefühl….

gefallen , die Lage und das Saubere Zimmer

Receptionistin sehr unfreundlich , spricht weder deutsch noch englisch alles auf französisch , preise erheblich teurer im Restaurant als in anderen.

It was alright, good location and fine for one night.

We had to wait for some time in the reception because nobody was there, which was frustrating.

The price is very expensive and the service is lousy.

The treatment of the staff is bad. We had to wait half an hour for someone to serve us. It was 36° and it had a small fan that did not ventilate. The building facilities are bad and the carpets look dirty. The worst of all was the treatment of the reception staff.

Bad

Hotel room was too hot so we changed to another hotel in the middle of the night. Too Noisy. No conditioner. Don’t make this mistake and book another hotel, this one is a disaster.

Location of the hotel, very convenient! It's across the metro!

Nobody was at the reception when we arrived. It was around 4pm. We had to wait for a long time. The staff of the restaurant was also the staff of the hotel. So, when we arrived, they said they are still eating and we need to wait until they are done. I find this odd. If you are sensitive to noise, please bring an earplug as it could get noisy in the evening because the street is just beside the hotel.

good location. easy metro. lovely lake. eateries not open till 7.00pn. staff nice. but not around only when we got there

easy location . but on a roundabout. hard to access as was very busy and stressful. once parked . good.

wrong coffee pods for machine. annoying as 5 Swiss francs for a cup. couldn’t use euros.

Right next to the metro at almost the entrance level, close to the centre

The room was hot, and not cooling down. The airco only blew wind but did not cool the air. The sound of the busy road outside didn't help. The shower tap is a hazard. The shower is small and accidentally touching it or opening the shower door against it can spray extremely hot or cold water on you. A large box in the hallway was a tripping hazard and took them 4 days to remove. A cheap coca cola fridge had a light that could not be turned off and made a lot of sound. So we had to unplug it at night.

Very central location, direct access to the metro. Room was okay for a one-nighter.

Hotel needs some refreshing works. But I guess this is what you get with such budget in Switzerland.

the floor of the bedroom has to be redone, there was a slight smell of smoke, you could hear conversations outside the room (and everything happening at the lobby). Cleanliness needs to be improved.

The location was ideal.

The room didnt have a kettle, cups, tea or coffee. It would be perfect to have that, considering the weather.
