Clean & comfortable
Lovely town of Waddington. The house was comfortable and clean. Very compact & worked well for 3 of us.
The beds were very saggy.

Excellent stay, we have already recommended to friends.
Excellent location in a beautiful village, three pubs 2 minutes away with great food. We had an issue with the hot water which was promptly rectified. Hosts were quick to respond. We had a lovely stay and would love to book again in the future.
We had a great stay and the following comments are minor things that could easily be rectified. It was lovely having a garden but as the weather is better now it would of been nice to sit outside but the garden needed tidying. Lots of leaves were constantly brought into the house but easily hoovered. The kitchen was generally clean but the oven had obviously been overlooked when cleaning.

The cottage was charming, as we were only there for a short time it was pleasant enough.
Location was pretty a lovely village with places to eat and not too far for supermarkets. As we were there to attend a wedding at Browsholme Tithe Barn we didn’t have much time to enjoy the area.
Access was difficult the street is uneven and cobblestone, there is a steep slope at the bottom making it difficult for elderly or those with mobility problems. No direct parking meant having to haul luggage from the car which was parked around the corner. Not ideal especially in the rain but we managed. The key safe code didn’t seem to working eventually phoned Sykes who were very helpful and we managed that. The heating wasn’t on and I couldn’t get it to work, some instructions might be useful. Phoned the host who soon sorted it out and we soon got warm and had hot water. There is a cobblestone garden area outside which needs some attention very untidy and unpleasant.

A really cute little cottage and ideal location for what we needed.
The location was ideal. Car parking was a bit hit and miss but we always found a space. A very cute little cottage
The cutlery in the kitchen draw was dirty so we have to wash up before we used any of it. The shower didn't drain very well and the top room velux window blind did not stay closed .

Very comfortable stay, well appointed property and lovely village and surrounding area.
Location very good but no direct access with car or for parking however it was a short walk and could always park quite close. Cottage well equipped. Close to 3 good pubs and access to lovely villages by car. Good shower and plenty of towels. Good facilities in the kitchen. Lovely lounge area.
Pillows not very comfortable. Area at the back of the house bit untidy with dead leaves but a useful area for sitting in but this doesn't affect inside space or enjoyment of stay. Hot water tap in bathroom very loose and turns 'wrong' way to switch on and off.
