It’s great! Highly recommended and will stay again!

Food was simply amazing! The heated swimming pools were great. The fitness training staff were great & I tried bike in the water, what fun! If you like running, it’s great running along the promenade!

I didn’t think the receptionists were very friendly and helpful when I requested delayed check out. I do appreciate the hotel was busy and my request might not be possible but the responses were rather blunted.

The hotel feels very new and very clean. There's a lot of greenery on its territory. We booked the option with breakfast only, the breakfast itself is amazing: they have plenty of food to choose from, you can get coffee with lactose free milk and also there's a wide range of plant based milks to choose from. For the dinner we visited their Portofino restaurant, the food there is very delicious. Also, this hotel puts a lot of efforts into environmental protection, first time that I saw such level of dedication.For example, you won't have plastic water bottles in the room, but you will have the jar, that you can fill with cold water from the cooler in 1 min walk from your room.

For me personally, the mattress felt too tough The hotel doesn't have it's own beach. Would be cool if in future there would be installed hotel area on the beach, could be just sunbeds or sunbeds + bar. This would tremendously improve the experience with the hotel and make it best one amongst all the others for me ))))

the location is very convenient, easy access to beaches, easy walking to other hotels, supermarket nearby. the design of the hotel means the pools are near all the various buildings

The location was amazing. The beach, small shops and restaurants, and a small shopping center right next to it. Superb views from the room and when walking around the hotel - you could always see the sea and in the evening you could listen to the waves. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Really loved the eco-friendly approach - refilling water bottles, and sugar straws that you could eat (yum). The room had a glass jar that you could refill with cold purified water which tasted great. The buffet food was excellent. Overall super happy with your stay.

The room we got had a door to the room next to it. Firstly we didn't think much of it and it didn't bother us but on the last two days of the visit, new people moved into the next room and weren't very quiet. We could easily hear what they were talking and they watched tv quite loudly at 7 in the morning. It didn't ruin our stay since overall the people didn't really bother us. But if we would have had a bit more loud people next door, it would have been a bit of a nuisance.

this is not a 5 star hotel I’m afraid to say. heaven for children - the staff running the kids club were really great.

location was very good, sun loungers were comfortable. although we did not have kids with us, the kids club looked great (didn’t spot any grumpy looking kids!)

it’s dated, extremely dated. The breakfast location was very much a type of canteen. The food was 6/10, however there is a limited number of tables outside, and the noise levels indoor was extreme (bring ear plugs). it’s phenomenally busy, and the staff are running around frantically to get the 1000’s of people fed. in the short time allocated for breakfast. it was a relief not to have to eat there anymore. finally, our room a little on the small, what proved to be unpleasant was the lack of a separating wall between the shower/WC area and beds. Also, one of the mattresses was in need of replacement.

Better than we expected, highly recommend. Will definitely come back.

The staff was super nice and helpful, the room as exactly like the photos and as we expected, clean and nice. Amazing shower, good variation of pillows and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good, everything you would have asked for. The pool area was much better than we expected, nice view over the sea/beach and great staff offering drinks and taking orders. The paddle and tennis course was a nice surprise for us, it´s for free you just have to rent the equipment for few euros, we used it a lot. Not many children, mostly elderly which was perfect for us since we wanted a nice relaxation.

The gym was very small, could have been bigger with more equipment and kettlebells for example. But they had good variety of classes - aqua gym, aqua relax, spinning, yoga, tabata, pilates and other nice classes.

Lovely stay with some room to improve!

Location is what we liked the most, also friendly staff all over!

I can be fussy, but few things could be better, like the quality of the toilet paper, room decor, at least one pool could be warmer or have an indoor pool, breakfast should have some changes on daily basis, not same thing every single day..

Fantastic stay, went for a combination of business and leisure. Unforgettable experience

Very good staff, kind and warm. Mr Aníbal took our suitcases and then gave us a 20 minutes tour of the hotel. Mr Vargas was always finding a good spot outside for breakfast. Excellent service. Swimming pool above the sea is fantastic, and one of the two pools is warned up. Also chill live music in the afternoon. Solar panels to save energy. Ventilation of the building. Drinking water spots free on every floor. Direct access to the waterfront. Closed to the best shopping center (which is an open door). Best restaurants in 200/-300 meters. Breakfast very good, french pastry corner, freshly made omelettes, all sorts of bread (mais, whole corn, olives,)

Good time due to staff & fab grounds

Most went well and grounds really nice

Bedrooms are small and narrow, for a 5* hotel, with minimal furniture to match incl. balcony. However, the bathroom, without a bath, in the entrance to the room lacks privacy with it's opaque doors, is cramped into the entrance hall and is most disappointing. This comment is made compared with previous stays in The Abama, Bahia del Duque, Gran Melia, Navaria etc.

poor service by pool attendants, especially as most guest as I could see were elderly and had to move about their own chairs and umbrellas.

Greatly situated and all together nice hotel. we asked for sun on our balcony at least in the afternoon and got minimal sunshine on small part of it from 15:30-18:00.
