Un très bon hôtel

L'hôtel est idéalement situé dans Bruxelles à l'entrée de la vielle ville. Un parking se situe juste en face. L'hôtel dispose d'une salle de sport bien équipée et d'une petite piscine intérieure. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec une belle vue sur la ville. Tout était propre et l'ensemble plutôt bien équipé.

Lovely Hotel, with lovely helpful staff, easy 10 minute walk from station

Amazing reception staff, very helpful. Loved the pool, relax after a long day.

Air conditioner didn’t get cold, it left the window open for fresh air. No milk or show caps in room

Die Grösse des Zimmers und die Lage des Hotels, reichen für mehr als nur einen Städtetrip.

Zimmer: Grösse grosszügig und modern ausgestattet, die Toilette war vom Bad/Dusche getrennt, Balkon keiner vorhanden Lage: Zentral, perfekt für Städtetrips Frühstück: Grosse auswahl und Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt

Aussicht war ans andere Gebäude und Laute Umgebung, ist jedoch verständlich Aufgrund der Zentralen Lage Wasserdruck lässt zu wünschen übrig

Localização excelente, próximo à duas estações de metrô e trem. Dá pra ir à Grand Place, ao Manneken Pis e ao centro de compras à pé. Quarto com excelente tamanho, café da manhã completo.

Novotel stay was incredibly great

Great location that you can walk all the the popular attractions. Grand palace is 2-3 min by walking. Metro and bus stations are very close like 3-5 min by walking. Hotel staff are very friendly and the rooms are perfect. Open buffet breakfast was amazing. Definitely advising. If I will come brussels again definitely I will choose Novotel.

Prima kamer met leuk uitzicht. Royale badkamer voorzien van alle gemakken. Goede kastruimte, magnetron en koffiezetter. Lekkere extra zitbank om TV te kijken

De kamer bleef het volledige verblijf aan de warme kant. Gold voor het hele hotel. Mag (zeker nu) best een paar graden koeler. De prijs van het ontbijt is te hoog.

Steam room was out of order and no one warned that it won't work. Gym has no ventilation, is so hot and soggy in there.

La ubicación es increíble, cerca de todo y un muy buen barrio

Que el personal de aseo, llegaba y entraba a las piezas, cuando limpiaba otras habitaciones golpeaba muy fuerte las puertas de acceso y eso retumbaba en la nuestra y aparte de eso cuando entraban a hacer la habitación, no limpiaban todo, solo hacían la cama y si tenías suerte sacaban los papeles y cambian toalla, por lo mismo, nosotros dejamos en la puerta que no queríamos más limpieza, lo hacíamos nosotros mismos.

Ruhiges Hotel mit gutem Frühstück.

Das Hotelzimmer war relativ ruhig, man konnte gut schlafen. Die Lage in der Nähe vom Stadtzentrum war vorteilhaft. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

El check in es a las 15, un poco tarde la verdad si ademas como fue en nuestro caso llovía mucho y se nos hizo un poco largo para poder cambiarnos agusto de ropa mojada

The location was very, very good. Price was decent.

A huge amount of noise from outside despite being on the fifth floor. As if the windows were missing a seal. The bathtub was too small for an adult male. The room was notably boringly decorated.

Great staff , from the bar to the front desk to the chamber maids.

Location was good. English speaking staff were very helpful and made excellent recommendations.

Room carpets were not clean and showed their age. Insufficient bathroom supplies. No shampoo. Had to request dispensers be filled. No shower cap or other bathroom amenities. No courtesy door reminders for room cleanup.For a four star hotel, this Novotel misses the mark.

jeder preis über 80 Euro dafür ist zu teuer

hotel ist gut gelegen, es ist sauber und das personal war sehr nett! wasserkocher und kaffeepulver war da. Fenster kann geöffnet werden, wc und dusche sind separat.

240 euro pro nacht bezahlt, das massiv zu viel für ein mittelmässiges Zimmer ohne Frühstück. Das doppelzimmer hatte noch zwei zusätzliche einzelbetten drin und war nicht gemütlich. Es gibt nicht mal ein breit gestelltes Wasser.
